Purvé Donut Stop completely blew me away! Finding a spot was a breeze with their easy parking, and the shop itself is spotless, organized, and super welcoming. If you're a first-timer, don't worry--the setup makes ordering completely stress-free and seamless. What really made the visit special was Brion. He treated me like family from the second I walked through the door, offering the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that's hard to find these days. As for the donuts? Absolutely incredible. Every single one is packed with delicious, perfectly balanced flavors--not a single bite is too sweet or overwhelming, just pure harmony. Pair those warm, fresh donuts with a cup of their great coffee, and you've got the ultimate breakfast upgrade. Purvé literally made my entire morning. If you haven't been yet, go immediately!

Such delicious donuts!! So many flavors to choose from and they have a weekly donut flavor changes every week. The donuts are made fresh as you order them and you can see the process. The employees are always so nice and give my pup a snack when we visit! My favorite is the aloha Mac nut! It's loaded with Mac nuts on top! Yummmm!

There is no better donut shop to visit than PURVE Donut Shop. This visit I got my normal six pack with the "One" free donut that accompanies a six pack. Yup! It's National Donut Day for sure! They were busy... But follow the drill of filling up the order form, pay for your order and wait for it to get delivered to your hungry hands! Be sure to ask for the daily special flavors. Fun Fact(s) Nick & Brion started this bakeshop over 6 years ago; in fact, I think Purve's anniversary is coming around the corner? The fun fact though is Nick and Brion were bartenders and converted their careers to bakers (from bartenders) to settle down, raise a family and you know the rest. Purve hosted a number of Yelp Elite Events and Yelp Unofficial Yelp Events becoming a favorite to quite a few from Japan. Purve now has a location in Kahala although I am partial to their flagship store on Kona Street. The unknown fun fact is "where does that unicorn come from"?
Amazing donuts! Tried these at an event at Ala Moana. The shop evidently had a fan base. The customer in front of me used to live across from this donut shop and could name every donut and describe every flavor to me. These cake donuts are the perfect texture! I tried the "Sunburnt Haole" (Lemon Glaze Blistered with Li Hing Mui) and the "Jimbo" (Cinnamon Sugar Pounded into Caramel Apple Pie). These are exactly the texture you want cake donuts to be! This plus the unique flavor options makes PURVÉ one of my favorite donut spots ever. As of 2024, there are two locations. There's options to order online pickup or delivery. Of note, pricing depends on how many donuts you buy. 1-5 donuts are $3.25 each, 6-11 donuts $3.00 each, and 12 or more donuts are $2.75 each!
Since its opening in 2018, we have been to PURVÉ Donut Stop on Kona Street several times for their creative and sumptuously flavored glazed cake donuts. Oddly, I hadn't written a review for this business back then, so for AAPIHM, I decided to indulge in eating my favorite flavored glazed cake donuts. Admittedly, I'm more of a yeast-raised donut gal, but the cake donuts at this shop have kept my sweet tooth happy. What spurred my sweet tooth was seeing and signing up for the Yelp Elite APIHM Event announcement while I was traveling abroad. I hadn't received event attendance confirmation, but since I had business to take care of at the nearby Ala Moana Center, I first went to satisfy my sugar cravings. It was near lunchtime anyway, and several customers were seated at the community tables, eating donuts and sipping hot beverages. Walking in, both men greeted me as I headed to their counter for an order sheet. At the same time, I inquired if my name was listed as an attendee for the Yelp APIHM Event and found that it wasn't. No problem, I had planned on getting donuts anyway. I like PURVÉ Donut Stops' creative names and delicious flavor combinations for their glazes. Their cake donuts are made-to-order, and their fluffy cake-like texture tastes even better when eaten warm. Thankfully, they have a list of 12 "standard" flavors and one option for a Special Flavor, so I didn't have any decision issues. A single donut will cost you $3.25, but if you order 6 to 11 donuts, the price decreases to $3.00 a piece. A purchase of a dozen donuts further discounts the individual cost to $2.75. The cashier and donut maker, the younger man, was charming in verbally describing the standard glaze flavors and their Special of the Day (Lavender + Sea Salt) as he pointed to the donut samples. After making my selections, I paid for my purchase and waited inside their air-conditioned store while watching the two workers make and decorate the donuts. It didn't take more than 10 minutes from start to finish, and I rushed to Ala Moana Center to meet with my husband (who was also anxiously waiting to eat the donuts and lunch).
Best. Donuts. Ever! Super fresh. Super yummy. Lots of gourmet choices...well worth it if you love donuts and who doesn't love donuts?
This is the OG location. Opened about 6 years ago (before Kahala). They can customise doughnuts and have a few sort of off menu ones. They gave me a "dirty sanchez" and omg that is now my new favourite one. It was so good I forgot to take a picture... Inside is open, and despite having the oil going, it doesn't fill and overpower the store. While I was there, a mom came to pick up doughnuts for what I assumed was a team sport snack. Great idea, actually. Nothing beats a fresh doughnut. It's definitely a great location.
Whenever someone asks me where is my favorite place for donuts... I always say Purvé because they are in my top 3 favorite donut places!! I love how you can watch them make your donuts. It reminds me of Krispy Kreme but way better. Their donuts are made as you order so they're fresh and warm. Hands down my favorite one is still the na-na-nut buster! It's a haupia glazed donut with mac nuts and chocolate banana drizzle. You can taste every bit of flavor equally and it's just so good. If you love haupia, chocolate, bananas, and mac nuts, then you need to try this donut. My mom loves cake donuts so she also loves Purvé and she doesn't eat donuts too often. But she'll eat theirs :) They have a different special donut every week called "Weekly D" so when you visit them, make sure you take advantage of that because if you go back the following week, they'll have a different donut!
Purve donuts are the best. I love that they're cake donuts and not regular donuts. I can totally taste the difference. I usually go to the Waialae location, but it was my first time at this location. I thought that it would be out of the way, but it was fairly easy to find. It's on Kona St. and you go up the ramp of the Iolani building. There's a decent amount of parking once you get up there. My favorite is the Sunburnt Haole. The lemon glaze with li hing powder is so good. The hubby is more basic and went with the Sanchez. It's just tossed in cinnamon and sugar. We also tried the Sanchez with cream cheese glaze. It was so much better with the glaze to me. It made all the difference, but he likes it plain. We also got the butterbeer freeze. I love this. It's delicious. It's similar to the butterbeer at the World of Harry Potter at Universal. It's not quite, but very similar. I could taste the butterscotch, especially with the drizzle on the walls. Get this if you get a chance. The guy helping us was very nice and personable. He answered all of our questions and was a pro at making our donuts. All of their donuts are made to order. There's nothing better than fresh and hot donuts.
Love going here! My favorite is the smores donut. I could eat it every day. The workers are always so nice and Brion is the best! I love the new location although its far for me since i live in Kapolei. That's probably a good thing haha hope they are around for a very long time.

Gourmet donuts at the highest level! The donuts here are super extra fancy pants and ultra tasty! This is definitely not your average donut shop. This place takes it to a "hole nother level" for round treats. The store is located up the ramp on the side of the building. Turn off Kona Street, go up the ramp, and there is the parking. You can order and pay online which makes picking up donuts super convenient. This also allows you to carefully select your choice of sweet sin. This place is definitely worth visiting if you want an exquisite donut experience that might just change your "hole" world. read more

While this is a drive to get to from the windward side, it was totally worth it to get some delicious donuts. It's a little hidden so make sure you turn up the ramp to the parking and you will be a stones throw from their door. We happened to go on a day when they were having computer/purchasing issues. However everyone was still working hard to get customers helped. I'm so glad we were able to try 9 different types and pleased to say that they really have something for everyone. My suggestion but a bunch with friends and family and share them so you get to try all the unique combinations. Not sure I can pick a favorite because they were all so unique and delicious. You can even watch them make the donuts so you know their fresh or you can preorder on their website so just pick up and go. We will be back! read more

We got a gift a couple or gift cards for this place and we decided to try it today. We ordered 7 donuts. Aloha Mac-sweet and full of Mac nuts. Rating 8 out of 10. Hulk Smash-green and mint flavor. 7 out of 10. O Face-lemon. 7 out of 10. Unicorn Butt squezze. Fruit pebble and it had a unique flavor. 6 out of 10. Youre Killing Me Smalls. Smores flavor 8 out of 10. The Weekly. 7 out of 10. Sunburnt Haole. 6 out of 10. -Parking on top of the Side Street Inn. -Service was good. Would we be back? Have you seen da funny picture of a unicorn crappin' out donuts??? A picture like that will surely intrigue Bruddah Fran on checking out this cool donut shop! Lol! I will have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of donuts, as I prefer to eat my custard danishes, custard tarts, or custard pies, but whenever there is something worth trying due to the uniqueness of these donuts, I figured I'd better check it out, otherwise I might be missing on something really really good! :D I've seen a lot of my Yelp buddies already come to this place called - Purve' Donut Stop, and from all the wonderful pics posted on Yelp, in the back of my mind, I really made note that I'd come here one day just to take a pic of that - "unicorn takin' a crap of donuts", and maybe try one of the creative donut creations. Recently, my sister had this thing from Instagram where she won a free donut from Purve', and since she wanted to go here to claim her free donut, I told her that I'd go along with her to see what this donut shop was all about. I'm so happy to finally make it here, as I was pretty blown away with the array of donut offerings, as they offered like (13) types of donuts the day I came here. They had the following donuts offerings - 1. Alohamac - Chocolate Glaze Crop Dusted by Macadamia Nuts & Caramel. 2, Hulk Smash - Mint Glaze Double Fisted into a Pile of Oreos. 3. Imagine Chocolate Chip ice cream? Well, instead of ice cream, you're eating a Chocolate Chip donut! Ummmmmmmm! Prices here are on point for these custom hand made donuts. THE BEST DONUTS IN HAWAII!!! If you're ever visiting Honolulu, you NEED to try their donuts! They make the donuts fresh in front of you!!!! How amazing is that??!?! My favorites are "YOU'RE KILLING ME SMALLS" and "UNICORN BUTT SNEEZE"!!! Not only the donuts are exceptional delicious, the whole esthetic of the shop is so cute so instagram worthy. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you've entered the lands of rainbows and unicorns. It's absolutely the cutest shop with the tastiest and donuts ever! All the staffs are also so friendly and always so helpful explaining each donuts because they have so many flavors to choose from. They also do a special donut every week, you can find out what that is via their IG. What a unique donut shop! As soon as you walk in there's two long display tables with models of their creative donuts. You'll be given a laminated menu that lists the donuts in order of appearance on the display as well as a description of it and you order simply by writing down the number of donuts you want per flavor using the provided erasable markers. It seems like there's a smart menu option too that you use your phone to scan a QR code but I was walked through the process by a friendly employee. I got the Hulk Smash (mint Oreo), Na Na Nut Buster (haupia glaze, mac nuts, chocolate banana drizzle), and the Weekly D (chocolate glaze, graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese drizzle, Bavarian cream); aren't these names great?! You can see in shop that the donuts are made fresh and a lot of care goes into it. The donuts also have a surprisingly almost cake-light texture; not puffy and airy nor dense like an old-fashioned donut. I also got the Kona Mocha Granita as recommended by the employee; it was good at first but over time was a little too sweet for my liking. Might try one of the iced teas next time to keep a refreshing balance with the sweet donuts. There's ample free parking located on the second floor with the entrance being on the east side of the building. Just be wary, this part of Kona street is a little rough on the tires lol. read more

Customer service is always import to me and is what makes or breaks my impression of an establishment so let's start there. This place has EXCELLENT customer service! OMG! The staff immediately greats you and comes over to help you. My husband and I have never been here before so we were taking a while trying to figure out what to get. One of the staff members immediately came over to offer his assistance, and helped us figure out what donut went to what name and some of the best sellers. We ended up getting a dozen donuts (picture attached) which was reasonably priced. The texture is cake like- very light and airy, not dense.. I'll definitely be coming back for more, and will post about the other flavors that I try. read more

I've been to this shop often and I love it. Coworkers often bring these doughnuts to gatherings and it's always a hit. I asked them how to say it once and they said it "open to interpretation" and I liked the vibe of the employees. When you walk in you can see a display of the doughnuts and they always a weekly D (specially flavor of the week) so that can be exciting. When you walk in you can also see the doughnuts being made fresh to order. This spot is whimsical, eccentric, and flavorful. Definitely don't come here for a dull experience. read more

This review is super duper long over due but it is definitely needed! I can't stress enough how much this place is amazingly delicious! My usual go to donut is (don't judge me) Krispy Kreme but for some reason, purve has made me turn away from the Krispy Kreme train to some delicious and one of a kind cake donuts. Are they a little dangerous? Yes. Is it worth it? oh, you betcha. Does the picture match the taste? For shizzle. You can't go wrong with any flavor you choose, whether it maybe the HULK SMASH or that Weekly D or even those iconic "Sandlot" days (if you're a 90s kid like me, you know what I mean). The best part is: IT IS ALL FRESH, MADE TO ORDER. One bite of these donuts will make you want more. The outside of the donut has nice a crisp and when you get to the inside, its nothing but nice warm softness that isn't soaked in any oil fat. The icing and all it's extra toppings just blends so well with the donut even the pickiest eater won't complain. The staff there are SUPER awesome and knowledgeable including the new faces I have seen there recently. Oh and they're dog friendly (yes! A place where us dog moms can bring our fur children!); just make sure the fur children stay away from those donuts as some contains ingredients that are harmful to them. Overall, these donuts are amazing delicious, their names for them are memorable (unicorn butt sneeze!!!!), and the staff are SUPER. This is the first time tried their donuts. I could smell of fresh donut from outside. All staffs are very friendly. Very comfortable. All donuts are very special very colorful. I tried Today's special, Chocolate Strawberry with Cream cheese and Chocolate Macadamia nuts, were fresh made, still warm, so tasty and delicious. I thought donuts were too sweet, no not at all, just right. I love chocolate but I will try different flavors next visit. read more

Purve is great if you love cake like donuts and donut mind spending a tiny bit more to try these made-to-order treats (see what I did there). I love to try their weekly D flavors, which is why I only get them when they have a flavor I really want to try like their Valentines Day special. I really enjoyed their Strawberry Shortcake donuts, it legit tasted like the crunch bits of the ice cream! I wasn't a fan of the ubae flavor or the brownie. The strawberries were a nice touch, but I could've done without them and would've preferred a box of donuts instead. They had the Valentines Day dozen special, but that was too much to eat on my own so I stuck with the half dozen. I guess rainbow unicorns does exist! This donut shop's concept is soo interesting. Hidden in the building behind Ichiriki and Teapresso Bar. You have to walk/drive up a ramp to get to this shop. I believe it's free parking if you go on the weekends. As soon as you walk into the place there is the smell of fresh donuts and sweets. The walls and interior are nicely decorated with colorful and artsy images. In the center there are samples of what each flavored donuts look like. Grab a card and expo marker to write down your order. We decided to order 6 different donuts to try. Don't remember all the flavors but refer to my pictures. The donuts were made fresh right after ordering. Tip - eat it fresh and right away! After a few hours or a day, the donut becomes hard and dry. I don't have a particular favorite flavor but it was interesting. The donut was cakey. Very soft and moist when it's fresh. A bit too sweet for me to have so much at one time. If you noticed one of my pictures "The Special Everything Donut" it was not on the menu. While having a conversation with the workers behind the donut maker, my bf said "what if you put all the leftover toppings at the end of the day". This guy literally grabbed a donut and rolled it all over the leftover toppings. LOL You get an epic donut. Somewhere to stop when craving sweets. read more

So cute! I had to have one of each. The store is on the Second floor with plenty of parking. Once you walk in, you will have a menu to choose the donuts you want and check them on the list. They have samples where you can see how they look like before you buy. Once you pay, they will start decoration the donuts as you watch. As of now, I have only tried one donut, and I have 12 more. Trying to ration it one per day so I don't blow up They have nice wall art with a unicorn pooping donuts. And you can pretend to hold the umbrella as the donut showers down. Finally made it to Purve. Curiosity had got to me and my wire., after reading many Yelp reviews. I'm not a big fan of fancy dougnuts. I'm a Krispy Kreme glaze kinda guy. But the unusual names of their doughnuts and the pretty decorations got to me. We ended up a half a dozen. The doughnuts are on the caky side. Ive already eaten two of them. One I liked and the other was ok. I think you should try their doughnuts at least once. The guy that helped us was pleasant and explained their procedure in ordering to my wife. Nothing beats a box of the Lucky 13 (each flavor plus the Weekly D). Love that the donuts are made to order, always warm and fresh. We stopped by after a hike and it was everything I wanted & more. They person working the register was super friendly & helpful. They have a display of donuts with a form you can fill with the ones you want. Once you pick, take it to the register and they will take your order. All the donuts came our hot, freshly made and tasted amazing. Also ordered the Ube Granita which was very refreshing, sweet and really good. Check out the photo captions for donut names. read more

Wake up on Sunday morning and he goes, you want donuts???? I'm having cravings. My inner child went UH YEAHHHHH!!! Lucky me I get to choose! He's been here before and honestly he doesn't enjoy the cake donuts with fancy decorations. In his opinion it's not a real donut. He thinks they are pricy and it's better to buy more to make it worth it. Then again, I'm boujie so he thinks everything I like is expensive. XD I have tried these donuts many times from potlucks before I enjoyed them with all the fancy pancy names. Some are a hit and miss to my taste buds. DELICIOUS! It's like a full on gourmet dessert in donut shape and size. The dough is fluffy and moist but not greasy with that unpleasant lardy feel that some donuts have. The moisture kept until the next day... which is great since I really shouldn't eat these all in a single day :D We got a three pack variety of the donuts for the day... "You're killing me smalls" aka s'mores was my favorite of the bunch! The unicorn butt sneeze *little kid giggles* was a fruity refreshing treat! My friend and I stopped by on a Wednesday, 3/17/21, at 11:30a and decided to experience what Purve Donut shop offered. We were pleasantly surprised by the bright lights and decor. It is an intimate shop where we were greeted by the door and offered their menu and how to order since this was our first foray into this donut establishment. They have actual donut samples to look at as you stand in line and review the very creative donut names. I ordered 3 donuts that caught my eyes. The O Face, The "Jimbo", and You're Killing Me Smalls donuts. All the donuts were made to order and it was composed of cake and yeast. Then you got a chance to watch your donut being made. I ate my donut, You're Killing Me Smalls, right away, which was topped with warm Gooey Marshmallows with chocolate and a graham cracker cookie on top. If you love S'mores, this will appeal to you. I loved the sweetness and chocolate drizzle and the crunchy texture of the cookie. The other 2 donuts were exceptional as well. The O Face had a Lemon glaze, cream cheese topping with a cute graham cracker cookie. If you enjoy the tartness and sweetness of lemon and cream cheese this will appease you. The "Jimbo" was covered in Cinnamon and Sugar with a Warm apple filling on top. This was very tasty indeed. It is reminiscent of a pie. The next time I visit, I was intrigued by the Hulk Smash. It had a mint green glaze topped with crushed Oreos. This place is wonderful if you love fancy donuts with fun names. It is a well lit and friendly establishment that will attract all of your senses. Holy molly! I love this place and the amazing combinations of donuts is crazy! Located off of Ala Moana you can't go wrong. There's always someone in the shop always busy which is a wonderful thing. What I like watching is the donuts placed neatly in the fryer and rolled out to the toppings and boy are there a variety of toppings. I don't have one specific favorite I love it all! Don't forget to try their featured flavor it changes ever so often. Now go and try it you will not be disappointed. read more

My friends & I were excited to try Purve because the donuts looks so yummy & the rave reviews this place has earned further solidified our desire. Unfortunately, we were not very impressed. We tried almost every flavor on the current menu & they were either decent/ok. None that we would actually crave again. Their online ordering is great. We got to order ahead & choose a pick up time so we can be in & out (convenient during covid times). Donut flavors are unique & had funny names. Menu isn't overwhelming. Donuts tasted fresh & moist. Overall, worth the try but probably would only come back if new flavors were introduced. Pricing: Singular is $3.25 each 6-12 donuts are $3.00 each 12+ donuts are $2.75 each So it's most worth if you're getting a dozen or more with friends/family. What a fun little place! I finally made my way to this donut shop. I have to say.. it felt a little sketch driving there. This is on a back street in Kakaako and the corner of the street there was about 60 homeless people who all set up their tents and carts. Don't let this deter you from still going! Go up the ramp to the top of the building, there is plenty of parking. The entrance is so cute and nice! It is a main entrance that you go in that takes you to 3-4 small businesses. Purve is to your left once you enter. They have the donuts on display for you to choose from with an easy to use ordering system. You might as well just try them all! I went on a Sunday around 8am and nobody was there. They were made to order for me so I got to watch the pro's in action! It is a great little gift to bring to your favorite people to just let them know you are thinking of them. read more

It's been a long time since I've been here so I went today and got 4: "You're Killing Me Smalls" - S'more of Chocolate S'more of Graham S'more of Marshmallow. Alohamac - Chocolate Glaze Crop Dusted by Macadamia Nuts & Caramel. Na-Na-Nut Buster - Haupia Glaze Lei'd with Macadamia Nuts & Chocolate Banana drizzle Sunburnt Haole - Lemon Glaze Blistered with Li Hing Mui They were all good, but the one that stood out to me was the Na-Na-Nut Buster. I could taste the coconut flavor along with the chocolate and mac nuts. I'll definitely get this one again! During these COVID days they only let 5 people in at a time. You mark on the laminated menu how many of each you want and bring it to the cashier. I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes and it was closer to 15 minutes. The good thing about waiting is you know the donuts are hot and fresh! They did have a slight crunch to the outside with a moist and fluffy inside. The donut itself is the same, just different toppings/glazes. It does make things easier, choose the toppings that sound the best to you! I like more chocolate than fruity, thus my choices. read more

If you ever been to Portland, Oregon, a "must visit" is the Vodoo donut shop which honestly was quite disappointing and didn't match the hype. Why do i bring up Vodoo? We got a Honolulu version of the donut shop with similar unique flavors and you can save the trip across the ocean. You can really taste the freshness and higher quality ingredients of the donuts, try going to Safeway for their dozen donuts for $5 friday special for a comparison. Big kudos for their quality control and insisting on only selling fresh donuts. Some interesting ones to try: Hulk Smash - mint glaze with Oreos Sunburnt Haole - lemon glaze with li hing hui The Sanchez - cinnamon and sugar Pricing is a bit on the more expensive side but you get a discount when you buy more: 1-5 Donuts $3.25 each, 6-11 Donuts $3.00 each, 12 or more donuts $2.75 each. The new normal, eating out during COVID19. PURVÉ Donut Stop is located on the second floor of 1234 Kona street (upstairs the ramp of the old Ginza location). Currently they are only letting in a few customers at a time and they wipe down all the pens and menus after use. The ordering is super easy you just mark on the menu the donuts you want to order, pay at the register and then wait outside for them to bring out your freshly made donuts. The donuts come out fresh and hot. They are on the sweeter side because of the toppings. But the donuts themselves are so delicious. This donut spot has been recommended by most friends and social media postings. Finally was able to get my hand on some delicious donuts. PARKING: Parking for Purve Donut shop is located on a ramp connected to the building. There are few parking spots reserved for the shop, but it wont take long once you know what you want to order. Once you enter the shop, its pretty organized how you take a menu and put in what donut you want and how many. As soon as your done with your order you handed to the cashier and then make it on the spot. My friend & I were there about 30 mins to closing and they made a whole new batch of donuts for us, so it was nice and hot! It reminds me the donut shops in the mainland and it was very flavorful and tasty! Warning, they are sweet haha! So be ready for some sugar rush after these delicious donuts! read more

I was never a "donut" person until I came here. This place was relatively easy to find and get to. Its smack dab in the middle of Kona St, and parking is right outside of the storefront, up the ramp. As part of a birthday gift and other FiveStars freebie, I got to try their Unicorn Butt Sneeze donut. It was lemon glazed with Fruity Pebbles on the top. I love Fruity Pebbles, so this was very special to me. It went perfectly with the lemon glaze flavor and added great texture of crunchiness to the donut's soft texture. And their donuts are more cake-like - dense, moist, and not too sweet! I loved every single bite and crumb of it :) Prices are great! $3.25 for each donut. The flavors are awesome and the donuts are made fresh! Definitely great price for a delicious treat. Gotta say, the workers there are excellent. Great customer service! They are so nice and welcoming. This just makes the business stand out among the rest and makes me want to come back even more. Will definitely come back here for a delicious treat. I was really, gladly surprised when I visited PURVÉ Donut Stop for the first time today. I'm a big fan of yeast donuts so I was apprehensive about trying PURVÉ but my friend convinced me--so glad she did! Since I'd never tried their donuts, I decided I'd order a couple different ones. I got the Hulk Smash, O Face, Unicorn Butt Sneeze, Smurf Balls, and the Weekly D (Banana Cream drizzle). Of them all, the Smurf Balls (berry flavored) and Weekly D were my favorites! It's a fun little shop they have upstairs at the Iolani Wear building (old Xylohs, lol). When you enter, it's like being in Willy Wonka's factory but for donuts. You fill out an order form and they help you pay and get your wonderful donuts really quickly. They do sell a limited beverage menu as well as some PURVÉ apparel too. The donuts were hot, fresh and made to order. Will definitely be coming back for more soon! read more

On the day I was introduced to this place, I was dressed up in my daily work uniform and walked into a donut shop. Go figure.... cop and donut. LOCATION: So this donut shop is located on the second floor of 1234 Kona Street. It's so easy to remember their address.... 1234! Once you find the building, go up the ramp that takes you to the second floor.... you'll see it once you get to the 2nd floor. PARKING: there's a few spots up there... I came around 3pm on a Friday.. so it wasn't as busy and had lots of parking. SERVICE: I felt so welcomed when I walked in. I think my excitement may have scared the other customers away... oops! Nope. Just cake donuts - but done sooo well. Crispy outside, fluffy inside. By far the best cake donut I've ever had.
Is there a discounted price for larger orders?
No idea. Give them a call about a special advance order. All I know is they've sold out of most everything if I show up late.
Do they take Apple Pay?
Sorry. I'm not sure. But if go to their website you can email them. They're very nice and he should get to you right away.
