We weren't getting water and he solved the issue when he pulled the pump out and replaced a union to the well pump that was cracked . This time our coyote box failed and our pressure relief valve was leaking. Patrick again handily took care of it by replacing the valve with an updated version and installed a new control box. Richardson Well Drilling is a great company and we're so glad that we got in contact with them from a referral by another satisfied customer. When we contacted the company within that one-year to request service, we were informed that they had relocated operations to Arizona without any notice to customers. The company refused to honor the service agreement, offered no refund, and provided no alternative solution. Selling a paid one-year service agreement and then relocating out of state without supporting existing customers is unacceptable. I advise against doing business with this company.

A cheap power strip flamed out and set the room on fire and it ripped through and destroyed thousands of dollars of electronics gear. But the worst part is our well control box and pressure tank are in the garage (detached from house, thank God!). So we had no running water. And we share the well with a neighbor, and they also lost water. So first thing this morning about 11:30 I called Nicholson and spoke with super-nice Chris and he actually said he'd be over at 12:30 to "look at the scope" - but he brought another guy, a brand new pressure tank (he just assumed ours would be dead), and within less than 2 hours they had the old one out and the new one in and our water was restored! There were other gizmos and such as part of the system, but Chris inspected them and said they were just fine - he could have just said "it's all trash let's replace it" but he clearly doesn't roll that way. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching and Chris and his assistant clearly showed to me they "have it". I'd have never questioned if they sold me all new boxes/bits - but they simply "did the right thing" I just can't speak more highly of Nicholson. They were willing to hear out our ideas to avoid wrapping the front of our house with ugly hose covers as other companies suggested and even provided useful suggestion on how to make it practical/accessible for personal maintenance. They also were willing to reevaluate their quote to stay competitive with the 3 others I was given. Their admin team provided great communication about schedule and billing process. And their technicians are nice, knowledgeable, and mindful of keeping your home clean. Electricians even disconnected some additional breakers I needed disconnect for future projects since they already had the breaker open. Overall I've personally had a great experience and would continue their service.
