When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.
