This place was so fun, lots of fun holes with unique obstacles. I tried 2 of the 4 courses they had to offer. The advanced ball-tracking technology adds an exciting dimension to each putt, allowing players to track their scores in real-time and compete in various games and challenges. You can drink while you play, they have these little tables that you can place your drinks at every hole. Lots of beer options and full bar, they also have food available. Bartenders were attentive and fast. Only complaint I'd say was the music was a big load to try and have a conversation, but all in all it was a go of fun and I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

Went here on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. It was fun but not worth $38 for 10-15 mins worth of playing. If it wasn't busy it would've probably taken us 5 minutes. I came here twice in the past week, once for a work function and the other coincidentally, with friends. The work outing was nowhere near as crowded, but our team was able to play the ruby course, which is per person and not timed (I believe). On the outing with friends, we split a suite which was $79 for 90 minutes of play, at your own hole but the kiosk attached has different games that can be programmed, like survival or trivia. You can select players and swing at the putt as you socialize, eat and drink. The menu is limited but has gluten free options and upgrades as well as vegetarian ones. Not sure about vegan. They are more focused on drinking as the drinks menu is pretty comprehensive. I tried their version of a Moscow mule when I was with my friends, drank ginger ale for the work outing. I can say that my work group got more attention from the server than we did as a friend group. I also am not particularly happy that there are two pending charges on my account for different amounts from Puttshack and I am waiting to see if one of them falls off. read more

We really enjoyed our date night at the puttshack! When we arrived it was a little confusing to figure out where to go but we used it as an opportunity to check out the whole place. The workers weren't really that helpful but we figured it out. The place is really neat and you can choose to have a private group setting or just putt with the crowd. I will say if you are going as a date (two people) try not to get behind a large group because then you will be waiting to go to the next hole. The idea of Puttshack is awesome but the execution is not the best. We went for my husband's birthday with our family. I made a reservation online & that made checking in easy except we had family ask to join last minute for the second round. They can't add people to a round, only the whole reservation. So their solution initially was to have them pay for both rounds. We declined & then had to set up another reservation for the second round & it made everyone sign back up because it didn't remember the phone numbers or emails they used on the previous reservation. The biggest frustration was the congestion. Since we were a larger group (6 people), small groups behind us kept having to wait for us. So we let them go ahead but then a new small group would speed through & catch up to us. It only took us the average 30min to get through the course so it can't be that we were that slow. Our second round was so crowded groups were standing on top of each other & then skipping around. It was awkward. We decided not to do food & drinks but the pictures looked good. For a couple dollars more you could get an all day pass to another putt putt location that has two courses with 18 holes vs puttshack that has 9 holes & you have to pay per round. It was fun & different. I'm glad we tried it. I would maybe come back to the adult only time because I've heard the environment is more fun. read more

It was a packed Saturday night and you can see staff everywhere ensuring all of its patrons are taken care of. Let's start with the food: We had a table of 9 and everyone's food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Considering how busy they were, it was quite impressive. I ordered the Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger with a side of a garlic fries. That burger was possibly the juiciest burger I've ever had. It was flavorful and prepared to perfection. The pecanwood bacon really set it off! The garlic fries were tasty, not too overwhelming and had the perfect mix of soft and crunch. 10/10 meal. On to the putting: it's a tech-infused mini golf game so it takes away all the hassle of manual tracking. Each course comes with its own challenge, but pay attention to the screens because there may be some trivia attached to it... how cool!? It did get a bit crowded during the 9-hole course leaving little room for people to move about, but it eventually thinned out. I'm sure the scheduling process will get better with time. First time here and it was cool. I think they need to be better organized and stay on track which would help with the flow and crowd of this place. We got there at 7 and when we registered it said we couldn't putt until 8:30 and then one of the staff said no, you don't have to wait go ahead and go back. At first we thought that was nice but once we seen how packed it was we didn't think that was so nice. It being so overcrowded it gets hot and having to wait for each section feels like we're in a line at Six Flags waiting on to get on a ride. Lol I personally think if they would follow the schedule, the flow would be so much better. Had fun though, we did the 9-hole, each section was unique. Didn't have food but had drinks at the bar. Staff was friendly but the drinks weren't all that. I've had better tasting drinks for less the price. Overall, I would recommend the putt-putt experience. Puttshack is really neat. They have several 9-hole mini golf courses. Every hole has its own TV which tells you your score which is helpful. They also have suites for 75.00 for 90 minutes which is cool too. In my opinion, they need an 18 hole mini golf course! We will def come back! read more

Came here on a Friday with some friends and it was really busy. The check in process was quick and easy, but once you get into your area, the overall flow could improve. We had to wait like 30 minutes to even get balls to start playing since the other groups were just hanging out and not playing the course. We played the regular courses upstairs, and had quite a few technical difficulties. We had to have the worker reset the data a few times. Maybe the better experience is downstairs in the Challenge area, but we did not enjoy playing the normal course. The workers were really nice but there were not enough of them to help all of the patrons that had issues. Did not get to try the food but will do so next time. read more

went here with my coworkers for a team bonding night. I initially thought about not going but Im really glad I did because this place was so much fun. We started out on the challenge suites. I like these alot. They had about 6 different challenges on there you could play. I ended up winning two of the games so I was happy about that. We ordered some apps and drinks also. We got a cheese and pepperoni flatbread and loaded tots. The loaded tots were super delicious. Had bacon and queso on top with a few other things. The pepperoni flatbread was really good as well. It has a little sweetness to it as well. Like a hot honey drizzle on top or something. Either way, it was really good. I ordered two delicious drinks. One of them had a tiny jalapeño popsicle in it. It was super adorable. The food and drinks were all really good. I think this would make a great date for a date night. After we finished at the challenge suites, we played a course called sapphire. This was a very popular course. I had a really good time playing putt putt and I haven't played since I was a kid. Will definitely be back for a date night or even a solo date night. I had been to PuttShack before in Atlanta and had a great time so was excited when they opened down the road from me. I like the location and the bar area is pretty large as well. It's easy to check-in with or without a reservation. The staff was helpful up front, however the staff at the putting area was useless and just stood around and when asked questions were rude and unknowledgeable about the courses or any basic questions you may have while playing. Definitely need to work on customer service and training for them, especially being so new. It's not the type of service you want. I was disappointed at how small the putting areas were and how all the courses were basically the exact same for the most part. Would've been nice to be able to enjoy different obstacles and courses when you come. The cool thing about this place though is that the ball tracks your putts on its own so that is cool and doesn't allow for cheating if you're competitive like myself lol. Overall it was okay, and I'd come back just for the fun and experience of it all, but I prefer other similar places in the area. Honestly, not a vibe. They have two 9 hole courses, you get assigned a random one when making a reservation. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get through 9 holes. The balls kept disconnecting from the wireless server/tv thing, so we spent most of that time waiting for the staff to fix it. While waiting, the que completely skipped us and had other groups go in front of us... we were mid game on a hole with half our group done. We kept asking for a server to get a drinks, didn't have one come until hole 8... didn't get the drinks until we finished hole 9. Somehow they managed to mess up a basic Moscow mule to be un-drinkable. We thought myself the other course would be better, couldn't get in until 2 hours later. So we left... This place doesn't offer flexibility for parents. Their operations are not design for families. If your kid is hungry , they cannot eat until they finish playing mini golf. You cannot sit with your kids in empty tables surrounding the courses and order food. The only place you can order food while playing is the bar, which is not kid friendly. read more

First time at a Puttshack. Like others said $15/pp which I thought was a good price. Their thing is the tech that tracks each stroke. Sunday night (but it was during the very cold period in Dallas so maybe people didn't want to come out and there were football games) and not too busy. Did not make a reservation and had to wait 40 minutes for our bigger group. They do have TVs near the bar if people are trying to watch sports. Mini golf experience can be hindered if there are long waits from hole to hole, but it's nice that you don't need to go in order because of the tech tracking. And this particular instance it wasn't too crowded. There were a few instances where the tech stopped working but the workers were quick to reset. But it can be frustrating if you had a good round and it didn't 'count.' Would come back again to try the other courses. I think there are 4 total. Did not try any of the food or drinks. read more

If you really great mini golf and good food in a cool place, Puttshack is for you. Some of these type of places end up being more hype but this place was really solid. Sure there is a little hype here but when I come to place to hang out, I'm just looking for a place that works, great service and solid vibe. Puttshack hits all of those marks. We played two of the three 9 hole courses and the 90 min booth. All of it worked great. It was super cool that the system automatically recorded your scores. The holes were unique and fun. We had a great time at puttshack today. We didn't book ahead of time, just walked in and were able to play immediately. We did the 9hole course and had a lot of fun. The golf balls use smart technology to know which player is on the course and how many strokes you take, so no need to keep score but also no cheating. After the game we got burgers, I got a Caesar salad for a side which was surprisingly good but my husband got the garlic fries and they were even better. It's a cool, laid back atmosphere.
