Arrived at the office this morning expecting to pull keys for a customers car that was dropped off after hours last night from our keydrop. No keys. Tow driver apparently couldn't drive a stick shift vehicle and just left the car in the middle of the fire lane. He then gave the keys to a "bald homeless looking guy" so the car could be moved out of the fire lane and left without taking possession of the keys back. 2 hours into my day before I find out a neighboring shop has the keys and I should have them before end of day for us. So now I have a car in yet another companies assigned parking where it is legally subject to be towed away because we can't move it to service it. Super respectful and cognizant of putting me at ease as a woman needing to ride with them in the tow truck. Driver angry I took a picture of van being loaded. He took pics of truck far side in driveway & house window unrelated to the job. Claimed I let my dog out to attack him. Later claimed he was bit. There was no aggressive behavior or contact towards him. He refused to drop van at mechanics when he got there. Instead he dropped it & staged pics for roadside service co indicating it was delivered. Mechanics found van a block away and had to push it to their lot. Driver failed to tell anyone about him leaving it somewhere else. Took the key, gave run around avoiding us and returning the key. We understand that a Friday afternoon is busy, so we accepted the long wait with no notifications. What we do NOT accept is the driver LEAVING THE VEHICLE IN THE ROADWAY. Driver flat out refused to do anything to get our car out of the roadway, and left despite our pleas for him to help us move it so it would not block traffic. This company was dispatched by our insurance, they should look into dropping them. SUMMARY: My car needed major repairs (not drivable), and tow truck driver ignored my request not to start the car and drove my car TWICE, potentially further damaging my vehicle. My car needed towed from a shop to my house (I live 30 minutes away from the shop). So I called Premier at 09:10 am and asked for a heads up when the driver had an expected time of arrival so they wouldn't have to wait on me to meet them at the shop. Premier said they'd call when the driver is 30 minutes away. Premier said they were very busy and wouldn't be able to pick up my car until 11 am. At 10:20 am the driver called and said he was 15 minutes away. I told him I was on my way but that we would beat me to the shop because of where I live. I arrived at the shop at 10:55 am which was just before the original time given by Premier. When I got to the shop, the driver made it clear he was upset that he had to wait for me, and that he considered leaving but only stayed because his next job was in the town I live in. I apologized and explained that I didn't get the proper notice and that is why he had to wait. I also told him my vehicle had multiple fluid leaks and no coolant whatsoever following an overheat (which is why it was at the shop). I asked the driver not to start my car because I couldn't move it without issues the last time is was running. The driver ignored my request and said it'll be fine. While I was still paying for the diagnostic the shop conducted, the driver asked the mechanic for my key and left to load my car. He started my car and drove it onto the truck. After I finished paying I drove home and saw my car in my steep driveway. The driver never asked where I wanted it, but I wanted it in the street in front my house. I talked to my wife and she said she never even saw the tow truck, but heard my car driving around outside our house. The driver unloaded my car some distance away from my house, drove it around on my street and up into my driveway (against my wishes again). The driver then just left without asking where to put the car or even letting me know it was done. Overall I'm pretty unhappy because my car needed major repairs and driving it in that condition likely leads to more issues that Premier will not claim any responsibility for. read more

Went to pick up vehicle for customer and even called ahead and told them I was coming. When I got there they had no available truck to move vehicles that had the one I was getting blocked in. Told me it would be 25-30 minutes until they got somebody there to move vehicles. After waiting 45 minutes a mechanic showed up and jumped a wrecker that was sitting there and brought vehicle out from behind the gates. Very poor customer service. This business you can't FIND on the Internet if doing a Google Search. Tells you something doesn't it? Also, at NO POINT during the transport of my damaged vehicle, was any business info displayed on the Tow Truck (Expired Tabs on the Tow Truck also) or paperwork provided verifying their picking up / having my car. I took pictures of the Truck License plate and Tabs and my vehicle being hooked up before they left my location. They DID show me my insurance info on their cell phone which made me feel somewhat secure in their taking my car. LONG STORY SHORT.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I gave my key to the driver of the Tow Truck and he dropped it into his left shirt pocket before he drove away. My vehicle was to be towed to a business in Federal Way WA. but before the Tow arrived I called the business to confirm their location and availability. Unfortunately, they were full and could NOT take my car. The Tow driver informed me that they could STORE my vehicle until my insurance company could locate another repair location. They informed me that I was covered for the storage and they took my car to their location in Puyallup. After they left, I contacted my insurance company and was given a NEW location for the car to be taken to for repairs and I informed them that the Tow company was on the highway currently and they should contact them immediately to update the Tow drop off location. They said they would and I relaxed at this point. After a few hours I contacted the NEW drop off Location to confirm the delivery of my vehicle and was told it was NOT their. After 4 DAYS of calling relevant companies involved, and being told each time that it was being DONE as we speak, I found on the 5th day that Premiere would NOT release my car from STORAGE until PAID by my insurance! Understandable, but VERY Frustrating. After further calling on the 5th day, and eventual release of my car, Premier Towing towed my vehicle to the repair location WITHOUT my ignition / Car KEY! After finding out that my key was lost, I drove to the repair location with a spare key and asked for the business information on the company that towed my car. I was told they had NO PAPERWORK!!! I was NOT a happy camper at this point. I drove to a Diner and had breakfast and called Premier Towing to get their address so I could inquire in person about the whereabouts of my vehicle key. The person answering the phone at driven asked me WHY I wanted their address, and I said "Why does that matter? Can I please have your address?" I was told "I will NOT give you my address until you tell me why you want it!" I couldn't believe it, but I then told him my name, and Immediately he knew WHO I was (My insurance company dealings with them) and went into full blown DENIAL that they lost my key! I said wait a minute, I watched the driver drop the key into his shirt pocket and he even commented on the small size of the key when I gave it to him? The person on the phone started going on a rant again and I said "Thank you for your time, and I want you to know that YELP will be getting a shout out from me about your business practices in the near future" he started YELLING again and I hung up my cell phone. found their business FINALLY on the internet using "Premier9towing" on a google search but have found a FEW different names, Listed above, and this has me HIGHLY CONCERNED. A reputable business would NOT be this hard to locate and not have ANY verification of any kind during their business operations, correct? This person at Premier that answered the phone, Total unprofessional and I assure you that I was POLITE during the call and had breakfast before calling to insure I was NOT keyed up. NOT even my Insurance company could tell me the business identity or location or Premiere Towing. Apparently it's a 3rd Party business they use to dispatch tow trucks to insurance claim locations for a Tow. Progressive Insurance I'm NOT happy with BOTH my insurance carrier or Tow Company. My car had a broken clutch cable and wasn't going anywhere. I had towing coverage through AMA and they'd attempted to get me a tow from a different company that fell through. We were waiting on the side of the road with the car for hours and getting concerned, but when they contacted Premier Towing to come out and help us, they arrived ahead of schedule and with a rollback truck to tow the car safely. The driver was very helpful and was able to tow the car straight to the shop and help us unload it right into the shop bay. Would gladly call Premier Towing again. read more

Danger, this place is FRAUDULENT, doesn't deliver your car to the desitination and holds it for RANSOM until thier "STORAGE FEES" are paid. I needed a tow through Ram roadside service who contracted with Premier Towing. They were supposed to tow it to a Ram dealer in Seattle but they decided to take it to "their yard" without authorization from me. I spent the next three days tying to get it towed to the dealership but they wouldn't tow it, or let anyone else tow it until the "storage fees" we're paid. I spent 3 days on calls and chats with Ram , tow truck drivers, and Premier Towing to get Ram to pay the storage ransom fees and for Premier to release the truck for towing to the original destination. Premier didn't deliver the truck to the destination and instead kept it for ransom until their storage fees were paid. Of course, they had a higher number for me to pay the ransom vs. if Ram paid the ransom. I finally convinced Ram it was their contractor and their problem that my truck was being help ransom and that I was going to report it stolen if it wasn't delivered in a timely manner to the destination it was supposed to go to. read more
