It is absolutely perfect for an outing with my wife or friends. I've even gone with my coworkers, the only time I see them outside of work. It is an absolute must-do as often as I can. My only two critiques: 1) they don't allow solo reservations. You need to have at least two people in order to play. If they allowed me to play when I can't find a partner to play with, I'd probably play 3x as often 2) at Pointe Orlando they don't validate parking. That extra $8-13 to park my car here for an hour or two *really* hurts, and more than one friend has told me that additional fee is what's stopping them from coming more often. So may businesses at Pointe validate, it's a little crazy that Activate doesn't.

We were lucky enough that no one else booked the room with us so it was a private experience. The room itself was really immersive and looked like different scenes. However, some of the puzzles didn't really make sense and didn't link up properly. So we didn't really know what we were supposed to do. Also, I was really surprised to see that they had regular locks in the escape room. I've been to other local rooms that have more high-tech to the rooms. They also have a deal where if you do one room and decided to a second room on the same day you get 50% off. So we decided to do the Jurassic Park room as well and we actually preferred the Back of the Future room. The Jurassic Park room was also very immersive but some of the challenges were repeated. It seems like you only get a certain amount of time in each room and then they move you to the next one. So even though we did end the Jurassic Park room 12 minutes early, we didn't get all of the puzzles because we were pushed to the next room. I personally didn't really like the way they set things up but if you haven't done escape rooms before and you really like the movies it would be fun to do these rooms. However, we've done most of the escape rooms in Orlando, so we're a bit more experienced so it wasn't really up to par for us.

I wish there were more seats for when it gets crowded and you were waiting. They sanitize all the helmets and have lockers to put your belongings while you race. I do wish the lockers had locks and weren't just based on the honor code though. You also get your printed results of the race right after the race is over. I would definitely come back here!

She was wonderful!!! She had great energy and really started us off on a fantastic foot. My son ended up losing his phone and when we went back to the front desk to ask, the manager was very helpful and we were very lucky that it had been turned in! Thank you to him as well! I could tell between his energy and the energy of Shona that it is a good culture which always makes the feel of a place somewhere you want to come back to! We will always recommend wonderworks!

Unfortunately - Laser Tag not operating - the primary attraction we came for. Unfortunately, only one of two "Wonder Coaster" Simulators were operating (with only two kids going for each turn). Being annoyed, I timed the pace of the line. It took 3 minutes 40 seconds for the operator to get two kids weighed, strapped in, and the simulator started. Total time from weighing one group to the next was 7 minutes, 34 seconds ... ... again, that's for only two kids. Extrapolate that - only 16 kids get on each hour. Unfortunately, we went back to do the Ropes Course a second time, but it was either closed or not staffed.

Our game master did an excellent job of setting us up before the game started. He clearly explained what to expect, pointed out anything that could potentially slow us down, and made sure we could focus on enjoying the experience instead of getting stuck on avoidable mistakes. The location is right in the heart of International Drive, so it's easy why they get so much foot traffic from tourists like me! It is also a fun option for locals looking for something different to do. Whether you're visiting Orlando or live nearby, Will to Escape is worth adding to your list if you're looking for a fun escape room experience. We definitely want to come back to try their Disappearance room, but it was completely booked out when we went. It's a popular spot and I wish them all the success.

My partner wrote a really strong review with all the concerns and the owners actually responded and rectified the issues so I won't waste your time re-hashing fixed things. One of my fav things about this location is that the hints don't hurt your time/ability to get out. It makes it more fun. I also really like the lobby. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're in something Sherlock Holmes adjacent and that feels fun. Plus this location is on I-drive but not THAT part of I-drive. (Iykyk)
