They helped me last week get up to date with my fire extinguishers. I called around and found this place. It was an hour before closing and I said I would be there in 20 minutes. I got caught up at work and showed up about 5 minutes before they closed. I felt really bad so when I walked in I asked if they can still see me. They were so friendly and did not rush me or seem annoyed at all that it was pretty much the end of their day when I walked in. The lady at the desk was very friendly. And the other lady who helped me was also super friendly and extremely knowledgable. She helped me with some other questions I had about fire safety and exit plans and she did not hesitate to answer all my questions. It seems so silly to be so excited about using a company that sells fire extinguishers - I mean it's not like a dining experience at a restaurant. I was just picking up extinguishers. This company is wonderful. We have used them for many years at our storage facility to do the annual maintenance on our fire extinguishers. A little less than a year ago when the technician was doing the maintenance, he suggested that we replace the glass with plexiglass on the cabinets that hold the fire extinguishers. It would be safer than glass if and when it ever needed to be broken to get to the fire extinguisher. What a great idea! Being a storage facility we have 18 of them. They gave us a very reasonable bid and did a wonderful job. They are quick to respond, quick to come out when there is a problem with one of our cabinets or fire extinguishers. I called them last Monday to inquire about a quote. The fire marshal had visited my office in downtown Mountain View and had pointed out that our fire extinguisher was purchased a year ago.
