I went in yesterday and they didn't have menus to offer and the owners hardly spoke English. I was confused and showed them Tibet Kitchen photos from Google to order, but they kept saying they didn't have any of those dishes. I wanted dumplings, lentil soup and chai. They brought me some other pork dumplings with no sauce and a clear egg soup to try. It was Chinese food. I saw them bringing out random food for other customers saying things like "Just try it maybe you will like it." I saw other confused customers returning dishes to the kitchen. I felt a bit nauseous that night. Something isn't right with this place. They don't seem ready for customers yet.

She was lovely and so friendly. She even offered to accommodate the menu for our toddlers, offering to make them butter pasta, which one of them ordered with enthusiasm. As for food, we started with a couple orders of the pecan bread, which comes with their homemade smoked sage butter and a fig marmalade. This was a hit! The butter and the bread was on point. The kids ate all of the marmalade, so no chance for me to give it a try. I ordered the Hangar Steak and a side salad (from the bar menu) while my wife and Mother-in-law ordered the grilled shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection, so much so that my other son ate half my order. It came with clay pot rice and broccoli rabe. The rice was good, though a bit on the salty side. My wife enjoyed the shrimp, but my MiL found it to be too spicy for her taste. They paired their dishes with wine and each recommendation they got hit the mark. I won't ding this restaurant on the service because it was short staffed, but the food fell a bit short of expectation for me. After I browsed their menu, I looked at their full menu and reviews on the Door Dash App. The reviews I read weren't the greatest involving spaghetti or meatballs, which are sold separately. But hungry and sticking to my personal craving of choice, I thought, "my pallet differs from everyone else's, so why not give it try?" Afterall, having already experienced every other restaurant's spaghetti dish in town, and I wasn't overly thrilledvwith any of them, I chose to give Piazza Caffe a shot. I decided on their spaghetti dish, while ordering their meatball dish as well and order two meatballs. Within the hour, my Dasher was at my residence, as the dishes were both boxed well and still warm, to my delight! The presentation was extraordinary, with a green leaf of fresh basil atop melted mozzarella cheese and a gracious serving of tomato and meat sauce (marinara) to complete the dish. In the other box were two well put together meatballs that kept their round shape, as my fork cut through them. Then, to top it off there were two thick slices of warm forcaccia bread in tinfoil, along with a bag of seven thin bread sticks. Overall, my meal was perfect, exquisitely prepared in it's own right, with a taste loke it was made and prepared from a loving grandma, with well enough thick sauce, to where you didn't have to ask for extra. That was the icing on the cake for me, as everyone else in town that makes this dish, skimps on the ingredients. So if you're in search of the best Italian spaghetti and meatballs Dinner in town, look no further! Splurge and get both dshes and you won't be surprised-as I'll put my name on it. That's the second time for that one. We also had the Caprese which was fine except they did not use buffalo mozzarella. It was cow mozzarella from the US. That's disappointing.
