Took my chances and went in on Sunday afternoon. Had a lovely experience with Ruby who did a full set of acrylic nails. I showed her a picture for reference, and the result was almost near perfect! I had my pedicure done with Mai, I had to ask her her name because the word she did it was so detailed and gentle and she was so patient with me that I would ask her specifically again when getting a pedicure. Very unprofessional. Especially the main owner lady. Totally disrespected me in front of a lot of people for not liking the quality of job they provided. The main owner said "we are not your slaves" to me when i asked for a refund because the job was so badly done. The owner said she thought they looked good. Lady who did my pedicure was gentle and made the experience very relaxing for me. If she was the same one to do my nails it would have been a five star experience. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The man who did my gel nails started cutting away. Didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails or even the length I wanted. He literally just started cutting. I HATE the square shape and that's exactly what he gave me. Shape was lopsided and uneven on the thumbs. Sadly my gel manicure didn't even last :( I had the gel done on Monday and by Friday it was already chipping off. I normally go in for gel pedicures and they always do a great job. I decided after a year of not getting my nails done, I was finally ready to have nails again. A coworker recommended Ivy. When I went in (without an appointment) I asked if I can get a full set with Ivy. She was luckily finishing up a customer before me and gladly started working on my nails right away. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she did a phenomenal job. She is very kind and we had many great conversations. When it was time to add on diamonds, they didn't have enough, however during my pedicure she went to get more diamonds. I am in love with my nails and will recommend her to everyone. I started getting my nails dipped close to a year ago and never have I been unhappy with it. My nails look warped, thin and terrible filing job. She only dipped my nails twice (norm is about 3X-4X) and my nails are super thin already as it is. I can bend my nails and when I showed her, she said it's more natural look...lol. Worst experience ever. I went in with my mom to get her a pedicure and myself a full set. They helped my mom pretty quickly but the end result was bad. She had cuts on 2 toes. I was told to wait 10 minutes but 30 minutes passes and I still hadn't been called. Then they lost track of people waiting and allowed 2 girls go before me. I was willing to wait because my mom was still getting worked on but after she finished they finally acknowledged me and told me I would wait another 15. I left immediately after we paid. First off I've been here quite a few times. Everytime I ask myself y I come back. They charge me every time 85-95 for my nails and I give 25+ dollar tips. I always am super nice. So I have a fungus on 2 nails n tge only place who's done my nails is them. I went in to get another set n I had a fungus under n they were still going to put nails on top of it. So I said no. There's a fungus. Then they said ok ticket at front. Ummmmm y tf did they charge me 15 to remove my nails nor a fungus they caused. I seriously can't anymore. The crazy thing is their reviews are horrible and their prices r outrageous. Eventually they will loose all of their business if they keep up this time of work. I gave Jim a 3 dollar tip although I shouldn't have but I tipped him fir not hurting me through removal of nails. So 18 dollars which is almost a pedicure. Ridiculous. Terrible service. I made an appointment ahead of time and when I got there the nail tech who is named Kim, said she was too tired. That she had been working all day and she didn't want to do my nails. Initially I thought she was joking but after waiting 20 minutes for her she told me she didn't want to do my nails because she wanted to go home. That's absurd. I wanted a 45$ pedicure. I had a 50$ budget I was going to tip 5$ . She kept pushing me to get gel I didn't want it. So we go on with a pedicure and she gets to the part where she puts the wax in a bag around my feet and I was confused because she hadn't scrubbed my feet so I asked her if a basic scrub was included and she said that no I would have to pay 5$ so I felt like I was getting scammed and decided that I would have to use the 5 for her tip to pay for a scrub which ended up being the lemon refresher callous remover my nails came out horrible because she didn't buff them out before she put the polish on them and one of my toenails had broke when the gel came off of a previous pedi I got with them. She didn't even them out or straighten them out I was so mad that I didn't even bother letting them dry because I was going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed anyways. Management or whoever I complained to was no help. After arguing about it they said they would discount the 5$ but I paid 50 and walked out unsatisfied..I won't go back there again. read more
