I had such a relaxing experience here. I got the royal treatment! The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable and made it easy to just sink in and enjoy. The atmosphere is lovely too with gentle spa music playing and peaceful landscape scenes on the TV really set the mood for unwinding. I went in for a full face wax today at about 11: 30 a.m and i came out with half of my right face on fire/burned. After walking out of there i noticed that i had cuts and blood on my skin from when she was pulling the wax. The lady that did my wax was friendly but she obviously doesn't have enough experience on doing face waxing.. another thing that happened and that i didnt approve of is that when i was being charged i told the blonde asian lady to charge $40 on my visa, well to my surprise I checked my bank app and their is a charge of $46.05 cents. Kim does decent work too. She double checks her work. I will have to knock them down one star due to state board protocols. Walked in and this is one of those places where it is not a positive environment. The salon is really big for it being only a nail salon. They do waxing but basic waxing. They have a lot of tables set up that aren't being used that just takes up a lot of space and makes the client sitting area look more like a messy maze with only 2 to 3 tables being used the same with the pedicure seat seats along row, but again only three maybe four being used they have more people working on pedicure than manicures and insisting on pedicures when you walk in the creating isn't welcoming. It's more starling the way they shout at you. Also, the customers are all looky lou's looking just as angry as the nail tech the minute you walk in they're yelling what you looking for when you tell them they want you to shot it back out to them for the whole salon to hear and then before accepting they want to see what your nails look like which I don't know what difference that makes and they always have this sort ok take a seat as if they made an exception to work on you I don't understand this concept, but it's very discouraging as you're waiting. They start all talking in their language with a really unfriendly tone behind it. It sounds like a lot of complaining I could be wrong but then again all I'm going based off of is the tone and looks and the road sounds in sighs behind their discussion. I tried not to be so judgmental went through with pushing through and tolerating all of this to then continue being unhappy and regretful that I gave this place a chance they immediately want you to choose your color for your nails before they've even started on you as I'm looking through and they're starting the process on one hand, they keep rushing what color what color I tell the girl I'm indecisive I'm still looking that there's a lot of pretty colors even though there was really not that many. I was just trying to be nice. They continue to push OK but what color again and I had to say that I was still indecisive so then another one comes up and insists on me to choose the color. They have plenty other nail rings that they have. The nail colors they offer so it's not like I'm holding up other clients from taking a look at it, but when I had told the second woman that comes to ask for the color, I'm choosing that I was still looking the start up in their language again and she stands there with her hand on her hip basically not wanting to budge until I choose a color. I don't know why that is such a huge deal to them. Some women are eating at their workstations one employee, I seen picking her teeth with her fingernail, then started to work on a customer when they walked in without washing her hands. Upon my arrival, I asked if they take card they said yes, but after my nails were done and I was ready to pay the woman says when she sees me pull out my card oh no cash I need cash. I said I asked this woman if you guys take cards and she said yes no no I need cash. Can you pay cash? I said I'll have to go to the bank thankfully there's a bank right across the parking lot. She said OK hurry hurry you Go. This was another unnecessary inconvenience. Luckily use the bank that is in the plaza. If not, I don't know what they would've done. I guess they would've accepted my card then I hope to end this I'll give my opinion on the quality of my full set. I found my acrylic nails to be very thick, especially at the tips. They look like duck bills one of the nails was crooked and I pointed that out to her while she was doing my nails and she said no that's your finger. lol my overall experience and outcome of my nails I would not suggest this unprofessional disorganized, rude salon to anyone. read more

The chick doing my nails was being so rough, and was trying to rush even though it wasn't busy at all. Anytime I asked her to fix something, tell her she missed a spot or to clean my nails up you could tell she was annoyed of me asking & she wouldn't even listen she would just say "yeah later" and she still wouldn't fix it. My nails were crooked & different lengths, so I kept having to ask her to file them, or to straighten them out & at one point she even handed me the filer & told me, with the worst attitude ever to "do it myself" to which I declined. The more I asked her to fix things, the more rough she was being with my hands & the more she was manhandling my nails. She was so rude for no reason. Maybe if you weren't trying to rush so bad it would've came out half decent? Anyways it's two days later & one of my nails already chipped & another one of my nails is lifting from the acrylic & im annoyed because underneath are my natural nails. The shape is decent now. But My nails came out janky & the paint job is blotchy & messy. My pedicure was decent but he barely cleaned up my nails or scrubbed my feet, he only scrubbed for like half a second & the paint job is also messy. Also my big toe nail was broken which he said he was gonna fix but didn't he just painted over it. Anyways I will not be coming back here no matter how desperate I am. I love getting pedicures and my mom gets a manicure and the staff remembers my mom now and they're very sweet to her even though my mom only speaks Spanish. Came in desperate for a pedi since my usual spot unexpectedly closed and I like to avoid the neck ache of working on my own feet. It wasn't crazy busy, only 4 customers being worked on. They had me sit down and put my feet in semi warm water which became cold after the first 8 minutes. I sat waiting for 25 minutes before they got to me. Had to pay 5$ more for callous scrub which should be standard as it is at every nail salon I've been too. So 27$ for industry standard pedicure not including tip. PROS: 1) They put a sanitation bag in foot tub which is good. 2) Exceptional Callous removal 3) Nice selection of colors which not every salon has, although I brought my own today 4) Nice decor CONS: 1) On the pricey side. 2) The foot rub is more of a light calf rub with gyrating hand movements than intentional motions of pressure. 3) The application of the polish was okay/ not perfect but clear top coat application was sloppy where my person didn't cover the entire nail which left lines. I tried touching this up at home but had to completely redo one big toe and pinky toe. At 32$ for a pedicure, I shouldn't have to do that. I've gotten my nails done twice at this place once was acrylic and the other was just a regular manicure. I had gotten the acrylics for a school dance and they had all popped off not even a full week later, not to mention the day before the dance. I asked for a French manicure which I've gotten before and really love the look of, however the guy doing my nails completely missed the mark, they are super sloppy even though he took so long doing them. they are bumpy and uneven. The chair did not work so no massage, pedicure was super fast I got a baby light scrub on my feet, nails were not cut properly and the skin around not cut either, she "massaged" my legs w hot stone for all of 45 seconds. I waited an hour while my friend got her toes done to be told the lady that was currently doing nails was going to do mine when she was done.. Which was going to be another 45- 1 hour. Also while waiting, they had 3 ladies working on nails and had 4 walk ins for pedicures AFTER I came in. They decided to help the people who came AFTER me for pedicures. I am usually patient when it comes to waiting, no problem. I work with people all day. So I get it, but this was a little ridiculous. I will definitely be going somewhere else. It is hard to be old and in a wheelchair. I only needed a cuticle treatment and some filing for my daughters wedding. My cuticles bled for 2 days and my fingers are peeling at the cuticles, and they weren't before. Water to soak was cold, station wasn't cleaned just covered. Not very hygienic and in these days that's kind of important. I'm not a girlie girl, i would not be what I call a regular customer so why treat me well? I went and got my nails done two weeks ago. I usually wait to put my review because you might feel differently about the experience a week or two after. This is specially true for nails since many times they look great, but last that way only shortly. The experience itself was ok. They were friendly but overly busy, yet managing to do their jobs quickly (kind of good but definitely impacts quality of the job). One of my nails bubbled up and she was going to leave it that way. I asked her to fix it and she charge me $3 for doing it. Not very kind on her part, but I was pleased with the nails do did not think much of it. Two weeks have gone by and take a look for yourself. They turned yellow and cracking. I have an office job which means my nails dont get expose to much. I personally do not plan to return. I can only speak in this one experience, but very clearly it was poor quality material or the fact that I was in and out in 30 min. read more

This place was aweful, they don't let you know the pricing of anything and they are forceful about what goes on your nails, I asked for almond nails and the technician completely botched them, they were not even all the same size or the same shape, she was going to leave glob a of dried nail polish under my nail and I had to ask her to fix it which she did but it seemed to bother her when I asked for it to be fixed, I will never go back, on top of everything else I was charged $45 for things I didn't want but were forced into thinking it was included in the $25 acrylic price. They were rude and aggressive in the way they spoke to the girls. When it came time to pay, the charge was more than my daughter expected so she only had $5.00 to tip. The lady collecting payment says this is it you need to tip more. My daughter who is a teen was so embarrassed the lady treated her as if she didn't have enough to pay in general. She pulled out her last $3.00 to tip and the lady took it. If I remember correctly a tip is at the leisure of the customer. Typical a full set and design is about 1hr and is around $65. The shop is pretty clean they offer candy and water well you are getting work done, call you by the first name. They do get there rush times Thur-Sat and can sometimes forget to change out the towels, you have to give Sapphire a little reminder. read more
