Love love love this location and their amazing staff! My friend and I were craving a tasty dessert and drink to go with it, so I couldn't wait to come here! Upon entering you see an area to pick up your items, a little further down is the cash wrap. There's a screen located behind the counter where you can see their specials, as well as a large menu and display with desserts. We settled on the adeni rose chai, tres leches, and basbousa. Loved every item and I cannot wait to come back! Not only is the seating area spacious but they also have a prayer room (hello, inclusivity)! They have meeting rooms available for rent as well ($10 an hour) and a spacious seating area for family and friends. BTW, the area is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely better than Starbucks, and they also have their own Qamaria merchandise! Would I recommend? 100%. There's ample parking too, which is always a bonus. Bring your friends and enjoy!

I think this place is just what this shopping center in Laurel needs! It's a beautiful restaurant with really great drink options. I went on the day of their grand opening so I waited in line for about 45 mins which felt less than that because they gave us free samples of their honeycomb cake and coffee in the line. They have a lot of staff behind the counter so they are pretty efficient! They were out of the crème brûlée latte but I'll have to be back for it. So instead I got the Adeni chai latte and that was really well done and nicely spiced. We grabbed a few pastries and I regret not buying a full slice of the honeycomb cake because it was decently moist and sweet. We got the biscoff tres leches (which was pretty good, just less dense than I was expecting), the San Sebastián cheese cake, the meat manoush, and spinach pie. The spinach pie was not my favorite because it was tart inside and just spinach, rather than a cheesy spinach sort of thing. The meat manoush made up for it but could've been bigger. All in all, I'd definitely come back for the drinks and for a nice place to chat with friends.

The space is beautiful and spacious, the staff are nice, and I liked what I tried. I waited in line for about 10 minutes before reaching the register (this was to be expected as it was only their second day open and this spot already went viral). When I got to the front, the cashier told me they needed a 5 minute break (I assume to give the baristas a breather on orders/to catch up) and I didn't mind this. The manager spoke with me for a few minutes while I waited and even showed me the meeting room. It's $10 an hour to rent and $5 for a half hour. Chicken croissant was good but like your typical deli sandwich but the banana peppers were a unique touch. I liked the honeycomb bread a lot. I think that may be my go to pastry when visiting there. They accidentally made my matcha hot at first but quickly made another one iced and they made it just how I like it, so it was perfect. I fear this place will see me often.

I've tried their Qamaria Iced Caramel Macchiato and their Kouign Amann croissant! I especially enjoyed the caramel macchiato and the interior decor because the coffee is nicely sweet and comes with double espresso; the interior is filled with warm colors, and stylish ornaments. The space is medium sized and clean. Customer service is good. Parking is easy. Qamaria walks a fine line between 5 and 4 stars. Because I had such a pleasant, smooth dine-in experience, I will give them 5 stars and look forward to more 5s on future visits. Overall, I'd recommend!

Amazing. This shop is gorgeous. I loved the busyness of it all. Groups hanging out talking, friends catching up over a cup of coffee, employees on their laptops, teenagers listening to their headphones......it made me feel cozy and comfortable. They have a wide selection of coffees, teas and refreshers. Pastries, Cakes and muffins. Beautifully decorated and bright. The staff were all happy with smiles on their faces. You could tell that they really enjoy their jobs. Jose was amazing with the coffee art......flowers, animals and a specially made latte with my name and music notes on it. How exciting! I love this place. Enjoy!

This is a coffee shop redefining your coffee experience. Everything at Qamaria is elevated. From the coffee selection to the seating and the beautiful prayer room. If you are a remote worker this a perfect place to work and keep you motivated. The staff are really nice. I can't wait to spend time here during Ramadan next year God willing. I'm impressed by the overall flavor of the beverages. I enjoyed the Aden Shai lattee, an elevated black tea. It was delicious, I am more of a coffee girl but didn't want to drink espresso so late at night. They are open late and expect it to be full of people. There is plenty of parking available.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The atmosphere's aesthetics and the quality of their coffee are superior. The baristas are very prompt in executing drink orders. I will frequent here from now on.

Honeycomb pastry (was the triangle shape of a piece of pie before we ate some)

Adorable place. Very clean. Service was friendly. Ordered the Marib iced coffee, which was iced coffee with cardamom and other spices (no milk/cream) and the honeycomb pastry (basically a cluster of rolls filled with cream cheese and topped with honey and sesame seeds- delicious)!

Qamaria Latte!

I said you have them on your menu, and I pointed them out on the electronic menu board above the register where there's a sign that says "Order here". The cashier couldn't care less. I got the chicken Nachos. The nachos had a white crumbly chees on top, which I assumed to be Cotija cheese, which I am very familiar with. Nope. It was the definitely the dry almost sawdust Kraft pregrated Parmesan "cheese". I thought the chicken would be grilled Pollo. It wasn't. The chicken had the texture of reconstituted freeze dried scrambled eggs. I own a food freeze dryer and I am very familiar with that texture. The yellow cheese sauce was definitely from a can. Skip this place. It's terrible

Pic below is birra tacos, tastes like delicious pot roast, corn tortillas fresh as can be, served with soup. This dish (14.99) and a single generous serving of rice pudding are enough for two meals. Bakery: In response to Yelper Lani M., it's true that the pastries and bread are dry and plain, but they are supposed to be in Guatemala, Mexico, and other countries in the region. The French style pastries and bread you are used to are made with lots of butter, cream, fruit jams, and sugar glazes that make them moist, rich, and strongly flavored. In contrast, Lain American pastries tend to be made without those ingredients to create a dry texture suitable for dipping in coffee and hot chocolate. Making the pastries flavorful would clash with the hot drinks. Think your noni's biscotti and your bubbe's mandelbrot.

This is a VERY small building and can only hold about 7 people inside waiting area. There is parking in the back with about 8 spots and near the alleyway adjacent to the building but the parking lot is VERY small. Now to the donuts: I got six and ordered their mini burgers since they were available all day. The burgers were pretty okay and standard. The donuts were delicious and my favorite was the chocolate glazed one. I would definitely recommend this over Dunkin which is a few blocks up. I went in on a weekday morning at 8am and it was very busy. But I got my order within 15 minutes. I have also read that they sell out fast, so it's best to get their donuts earlier in the morning.

A very nice selection of donuts. This location also does breakfast sandwiches but that's not what I'm here for! People can't seem to drive in this area so the parking lot area leaves much to be desired... but that's part and parcel of being located on a historical / main street, it seems. Not sure about the regular traffic here to this location but there was a small line indoors. I will have to try some more when I have the opportunity to stop by again.
