So my local Qdoba does a great job treating their customers and has great food. This one not so much. There was a hair in my food and they did nothing to correct their actions with no apology. Two thumbs down. Instead of arguing why the customer is wrong try to be more polite and happy with your customers and you will get s lot further. My favorite was you can't call their customer service but you can email them and expect no reply. read more

I was here a week ago. I decided to indulge in a breakfast bowl during my layover. The menu had a chorizo, egg and potato (bowl, burrito, tacos, etc.) that I decided on. As I went through the line, I asked the attendant to place my potatoes on the side, as I did not want them to get mushy in the bowl. She placed them in a small container for me. Great! Thank you! When the young man rang the order up, I was a little taken aback. I asked if there was $2.80 tax on an $8.95 meal. He stated it was because I got a side of potatoes. I explained to him that I did not get a side of potatoes, rather I asked for the potatoes that come WITH the entree to be placed on the side, instead. He said it didn't change anything, that it was still considered "a side" and the charge was basically $2.00. I had already went through the long line to receive my order, so I paid this ridiculous up-charge. As an afterthought, I should have just told them to forget my whole order and allow them to lose the money they put into my order. If you don't mind getting taken advantage of, then feel free to eat here. If not, I highly suggest picking a different place. read more

Visited the location in Terminal A. I love Qdoba but this location was terrible. They were slow and out of a lot of items. But even worse, the lady handling the toppings was crazy stingy with them. Warning: Don't go. Because you don't know what kind of people are working there. Qdoba should have trained employees to speak properly. Many of them don't speak English and it causes headaches, especially when everybody wears a mask now. Also the employees don't know how to do a nacho bowl. They wouldn't even crash the nachos even if you asked for it. If you didn't want queso sauce they would yell so loud "Are you sure?" "Are you sure you don't want queso?!" It was so rude and loud. I typically don't eat fast food in airports unless it's Chick-fil-A but alas it's Sunday and with a 7 year old I figured Mexican was a safe easy bet. First was their absolute rush for no reason. The line wasn't even that long but they were herding us out like cattle and messing up every single order. The lady in front of me had to pay 3 separate times because they kept messing up her order. They were literally asking for my money and there was still 2 people in front of me who hadn't had a chance to move. It was insane. I order a super simple cheese quesadilla, queso with chips and two drinks. I had to ask for the chips and queso four separate times because they assumed I wanted as my small side of my quesadilla. Well, guess I will now since I had wanted salsa but okay. I was already semi aggravated I was paying $11 for a cheese and tortilla but I gotta do what the kid wants right? Then I get my drinks. I shouldn't be this aggravated about this but at this point I am. I order two drinks. I get them and they are larges. I'm like wait what?! I didn't order larges. "Well you didn't specify either." WHAT?! So extra $2 for my kid to not drink it all. After multiple layovers a girl just wants so queso, salsa and chips and can't even get it without being shoved through a line, repeating herself 4 times and Up charges she didn't ask for. read more

I made the mistake of getting a $10 breakfast bowl because I didn't have the patience to wait in line at Chick-fil-A. It was 8:30 in the morning, I just got off a 5 hour red eye and had little time to catch my connecting flight. The fact that every restaurant had a long line and Qdoba only had a few people was a red flag I missed. I can understand why others may think the staff is rude but I do not believe it is intentional and just a difference in cultures. The staff was straight to the point but never made a rude comment. They were out of all meat except ground beef and chicken. I want sausage, bacon or steak with my breakfast! Side note, why have we normalized not using fresh cracked eggs? I understand this is a fast food restaurant but eggs are cheap and easy to make so I don't understand. I picked around the eggs and ate the beef, potatoes (skimpy portion), pico and shredded cheese. I used to love the concourse A restaurant, but now it is awful. Most mornings you can only get chicken. No beef and no chorizo. Chicken with eggs is not even close to chorizo for breakfast. The workers could care less. read more

Qdoba Mexican Grill is located inside the Atlanta airport. It serves fast Mexican food. I had the taco salad. There's extra fee for guacamole. The meat was tender and the taste was satisfying. Service was fast. One girl makes the food and another girl worked the cash register. read more

This place gets a gigantic F. Ok , maybe a D because as others have mentioned it is pretty cheap and the portions are large. But I don't want huge platters of slop. This food is seriously DISGUSTING. I had the chicken quesidilla and that heaping portion of all dark meat chicken was no bueno. And this is not a good choice for traveling. I couldn't clear customs without interruption when I got to jamaica due to a medical emergency that occured in the bathroom. Maybe it was an off day, but this was horrible. I had always heard about Qdoba so when I saw it in the food court I decided to try it. My mistake. I had a salad that was mediocre and overpriced. That's fine, I understand it's in the airport. However, the attitude of the employees were horrendous. Qdoba makes me nostalgic. So many veggie burritos were consumed during my vegetarian stage at their Northeastern University location. I probably owe one thigh to qdoba's guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. So many dates with my then boyfriend for lunch, sometimes just seeing the little cactus sign brings a smile to my face Last time I had qdoba, I was saddened. But it was later on a weekday night, not prime time. I decided to give it a shot here tonight. Veggie burrito bowl: white rice, black beans, then i could either have veggies or guac not both..., mild salsa, corn, sour cream. They ran out of guac for my order so they allowed me to have veggies and the pitiful spoonful of guac. I should have paid more attention to the corn...because I am so trained by Chipotle that I assumed it would be salsa, nope just corn. You can tell the quality of their food is not as good as it is at Chipotle. For one I won't be spending anymore money at Qdoba no matter how much it brings me back to a simpler time. I will say thank you to the cashier that gave me the employee discount for my troubles, but you forgot to give me the chips that came with my burrito bowl. read more

I'm not a big fan of this place and it has been a number of years since I have eaten at one but I found myself stuck in the airport in Atlanta and here I am at this food court with the same boring fare and I'm just not in the mood to wolf down one of Mickey' D's cardboard burgers or the microwaved Chinese so I figure I'll go ahead and carb-down at the Qdoba. It wasn't so bad this time. The lady who made my burrito gave me a generous amount of meat to go with the rice and beans and I added guacamole and some spicy salsa. If I could get a decent burrito at Qdoba everytime instead of the rice and bean laden bricks, I'd probably eat there more often. read more

It was weird and I wouldn't go again. Why does airport food always have to so questionable?! I ordered a taco salad and watched this girl pull a shell out of a big stack that all looked dirty. The quality of their ingredients didn't look anywhere near as good as Chipotle and everything looked a little dirty. I purchased a bowl and a bag of chips there. (It seems they sold them as a bundle , at least I didn't order the chips and I was charged about $9.) I asked for lettuce and they put really "countable" leafs inside so the bowl ended up in half filled. The chips had some unusual smell but not quite strong. Normally when I order Qdoba, I order a "fajita burrito" which is a normal burrito with fajita veggies instead of beans. This is not the same as a "fajita ranchero burrito". I have NEVER had a problem with this order at any other Qdoba. However, at this Atlanta airport Qdoba, they proceeded to make a ranchero burrito.... after I saw them put on the ranchero sauce, I questioned why they were doing that. The man told me they could remake it without the sauce, but would still have to charge me for the ranchero price. I appreciate speedy service, but this was super rushed and I was caught off-guard. The employees were rude and didn't try to help me at all. They also were very messy with the sauces and it was all over the foil and outside of the burrito. I'm not sure how much it was supposed to cost, but my card was charged $9.37 for the single burrito, which is very high compared to normal. Just had a chicken burrito bowl here. Pretty tasty. Should've gone with extra hot salsa if you like it nice and spicy.

Not sure how to give them no stars because the food handling was disgusting. When the gold shirt guy was handling my food and handling the cart that came from the back and I asked him not to touch my food , he appeared to be disgusted. He took my food and threw it away and then proceeded to stare at me as if I had done something wrong. I would never recommend somewhere that does not know how to handle food. The Customer service Call that I made was never returned after 30 minutes. One of the managers did call me and tell me she would work with that manager that was on duty. I paid $10 for a ginormous vegetarian burrito and a bottle of water. That is not a bad price for such a great burrito. They customize your burrito. I think it is a thousand times better than Willy's or Moe's. I generally hate airport food, but this is where I will go the next time I need lunch or dinner at the airport. It is what it is. A Burrito from a chain restaurant. Don't know what it is that they do but I could close my eyes and eat it and just know it was from a chain restaurant. Not that is is a bad thing. Qdoba concourse E at Hatfield Jackson takes the cake for hands down best playlist at an airport establishment EVER! We're talking Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, the Beatles, and some other bumpin' tunes I just cannot remember because the list got too long. I didn't eat the Qdoba food but I did sit with my husband while he did and by the looks of it he was content. Wow they have a new Qdoba on Concourse A. The people are so fast. When I got in line it was so busy and to watch these employees it was like watching a real friendly assembly line. The cashier Diamond gave me my credit card back and said "Mr. Kendrick have a great flight now that's service. I fly for a living I frequent lots of airport restaurants. this is by far the best.
