A first catering order for our office was placed on line Tuesday and picked up today (4/24) without a hitch. The order for 20 people was accurate. They included plenty of napkins, bowls, serving/eating utensils. It was ready to go when I arrived for pick up. Food was excellent. Lots of chips, chicken salad dressing, flour tortillas, taco sides to build your taco, salsa. Ordered Fresca salads as well. The cheese and strips where on the side which was really important for our various dietary issues at the office. Appreciated the compostable bowls. However, thought there should have been more than one 2 oz portion cup of cheese and another of strips per salad. Overall a job well done. I have never been so shocked at a group of employees. From the moment we got in line we noticed customers being treated horribly. Example: One customer's quesadilla was burned and the employee laughed about it and said if she complained he would remake it. When my daughter ordered a bowl, she was sworn at for ordering "too many **** toppings! I was honestly in disbelief! The employees were so unprofessional and RUDE to everyone that we decided to just leave. Please also see pics for how unclean the food area was. This qdoba is right by my sons swim class, we have been coming here frequently for the past couple of months due to proximity and we like the food. After today, we will never be back. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, and in front of my 19 month old soon... I could not believe it. First of all, we were not greeted, honestly I don't care about this, but it does set the tone for the rest of the visit. The woman working on the line was visibly angry (at what? I can't be sure... we were the only ones in there when we walked in and she was making online orders). When she finally greeted us it was "what do you want" accompanied with eye rolls, slamming bowls and tortillas on the counter, and glaring looks. While starting my bowl after asking for white rice, she proceeded to look up at me, glare and not say a word (this was her waiting for a response for my protein I'm assuming...) but at this point I had enough. I said actually we're good, I don't need the attitude and we left. My 19 month old son should not have to see a qdoba worker being so rude to his mom and dad just for ordering food at 7 pm...... We will never be back and I vow to spread the word how awful the employees are here. read more

I got a burrito with hard dry rice, dry almost cooked black beans, lettuce and a solid half piece of avocado in the middle. No sour cream and no cheese. This was at 6pm, dinner time... Nacho no longer comes with rice. 4 adult nachos looked like kids meals, bottom and side of the bowl were visible. Many ingredients were not present! There was no pico, no salsa, etc. For $55, this is one of the worst chain restaurants decisions ever to be made. With the food that was present, it was blended together. There was less than a tablespoon of meat. As I dove into trying to eat more of my order, my fork pulled up a long strand of intermingled hair which wasn't mine. I don't need to tell you what happened next. The delivery person did not follow the instructions. They rang doorbell and knocked. I called the restaurant and the manager was kind and refunded my order (didn't know about the hair yet) while telling me of the new direction Qdoba was taking that was out of his control. At this rate, Qdoba will be on the chopping block with the rest of them. By the way, getting rid of the vegetarian cauliflower option was also a huge blunder for the restaurant chain. Qdoba has been a staple for us, a go-to healthier option and I don't know if I will ever feed it to my family again. I suggest a serious reevaluation of some of the new poor customer service decisions made by leadership. It's an even more competitive world out there these days and Qdoba will not survive at this rate. The refund was simply not enough, it was that bad. just went to this location two days ago and food was okay. Burrito fell apart immediately but the quality was okay. Service was pretty slow, but manageable. However, the Sweet Tea container was DISGUSTING. The last couple days I've had major stomach pains and recently discovered the container had not been cleaned in several weeks and attracted mold of some sort. I learned when I went in for pick up they were accepting cash only for take out orders. Online they said they did not have pico salsa but in store they did. When I recieved my food all of it seemed cold and of a strange consistency. The steak in my burrito was so cold I felt uncomfortable eating it. The queso had a strange consistency that was thick and chunky. The burrito tortilla crumbled like it was quite old and was very poorly wrapped. I like Qdoba but this place hasn't been "open" in months. We get there and it's online order only. Once we're already there it's not worth waiting for the time it takes to get the order. It's usually a last minute decision to go and I don't actually even like ordering through apps, so online ordering isn't ideal. Hope they figure out their staffing shortage soon. read more

I am a big fan of Qdoba and ranks #1 in their fast-casual restaurant category. Fortunately for those who like adding extra add-ons to their meals, their prices are awesome! However, I stick to the basics, so with their new Free Extras campaign, I went from paying $7.09 to $8.27 for the same dish. With that being said, my first visit to the Free Extras Qdoba was still magnificent. Every item was fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my naked chicken burrito. This place is a JOKE. Over 5 times now I have tried to order online and they are not taking online orders. Then I get there just to see a sign on the door that says due to staff shortage you have to order online... YOU CANT EVEN ORDER ONLINE. Then the doors are locked. I knock on the door and nobody is answering. I waited a minute to see and then someone comes running out from the back and grabs something and runs back to the back. Absolute BS! There was a good size line and the 2 workers (were clearly high school kids) looked so angry and looked like they hated their lives. I've never been into a place with such bad energy. The food was amazing! No complaints there. Customer service was also okay. My issue was the way the girl working the line and how she was talking to the cook in front of a lunch rush. This poor man was working all alone in the back trying to keep up with fresh food. The female employee with the snake bite lip piercings was just barking orders at this man, rolling her eyes to the customers because of his speed, and she even said "That's what drugs do to people". I have never been more uncomfortable waiting for my food. I do NOT like bullies, rude behavior or making people look bad in front of others for your own pleasure. This is unprofessional. The food itself was typical qudoba quality. It was good tasting food. The one very obvious issue this restaurant has is with the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area as well as the food preparation area. It is very clear this place is not cleaned properly on a regular basis. I'm not talking about, "it has been a busy day and they haven't cleaned up yet today", rather, they rarely clean this place, and certainly don't clean it the way it should be done. Considering this is a fairly new restaurant, this is not a good sign. I came middle of the day and virtually everything appeared to be grimy and unkempt, from the fountain drink machine, to the utensil area, to the tables, the floors Etc. Only ever tried bowls here but need sled some change in my life. Pandora wouldn't stop with the commercials and made the shrimp sound good so I had to get some much needed doba. I used the app to order couldn't figure out what I wanted to save my life so better this way then to stand in going "uhhh" lol So ordered the shrimp nachos and added brisket for $2 more and got as much as if it was the main meat for the entree. All the toppings I wanted, fresh hot food, couldn't be happier. Was a bit worried getting shrimp from a faster food type place but wasn't disappointed it wasn't over or under cooked; just right. The man ordered a quesadilla this sucker was packed with brisket, roasted corn, Verde salsa, sour cream, peppers &onion, jalapeños and cilantro. And you know had a bit it was dank.
