I will point out that the bathroom is completely inaccessible to handicapped individuals with powerchairs, wheelchairs, or walkers. I've never had such a poor experience in terms of an incorrect order. I tried Qdoba for the first time last week, at this location, and it was great. Coming back again last night, it was a complete nightmare. We did an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the pickup time, the food wasn't ready. Things happen and restaurants get busy, so I wasn't too upset having to wait a little bit. I didn't open the bag until we got home because I, unfortunately, assumed that the order would be correct. We ordered chips and queso and it wasn't there. My bowl had red onions on it, and because they make my throat itchy, I hadn't ordered them. Willing to look past it, because I could just pick them out, we started to eat our meal. Only to realize that the bowls had been made with the WRONG MEAT entirely. We know we didn't get the incorrect order because the toppings and changes were all correct(minus the red onion), it just had a completely different meat, in BOTH bowls, than we ordered. I really love the chips and queso here. The employees were very helpful and very nice except for this one person. She was really rude to me. She over charge me for what i ordered. I am obsessed with Qdoba. I need to go to QA (Qdobaholics Anonymous) bc I have an addiction. However this location messes up my order every single time. Never had any problems with the Springfield location. I should make the manager a favorite in my phone bc it feels like I'm calling him all the time to tell him they forgot to put something in my bag. I hate being a pain in the A but I have no shame and want my delicious food. I'll still give them a good rating because I'm only interested in the quality of the food when im on here. I hate when people give a place one or two stars due to bad service. If there was a restaurant that punched you in the face between ever bite but it had the most amazing food I'e ever had I'd be a regular there. On to the food......80% of the time I get the Ancho chili BBQ Chicken Burrito. Get it and get it now. It's great. Black beans, extra BBQ, extra chicken sometimes, pico, habanero, corn salsa, guac. Ends up being a lot after all the add ons (extra for extra chicken, extra bbq, and guac). Lately I've been going naked for the "healthy" feel and its easier. Still adds up to around 1,000 calories though. Tortilla soup is one of the best soups I've ever had. Tacos are really good as well. Quesadillas were unimpressive. read more

The Food is HIT or MISS. It depends on who's working there. I decided to stop in after a long day of work. I asked for a rice bowl, the line employee had an attitude dealing with my food and once we got to the queso, I realized there was something (that was not suppose to be in there at all) inside the cheese as she slapped it in my rice bowl. I'm really not even sure how this is possible. I spent over 35$ to order two of their "craft 2s". Which is a burrito bowl and a taco. What i received was about 6 ounces of food. Literally i could eat everything in about 6 bites!! When i called to ask if they accidentally sent me appetizers or something, they replied "well, we only give out a couple ounces of food with each order...." Mind boggling. I was devastated, and after filing a police report, combing every inch of the restaurant and parking lot, putting up reward posters, checking nearby pawn shops...I posted to CL's "Lost n' Found". Qdoba emailed me the next day asking if there was anything they could do and told me how sorry they were. I assured them there was nothing, but that there were no hard feelings, I'd just had dinner at the Qdoba in Conshohocken. I thought that was the end of it. But then these mysterious wedding gifts started arriving from Macy's...The Qdoba folks had looked me up all on their own and found an abandoned registry (it's my 2nd marriage) and they ordered EVERYTHING ON IT!!! I absolutely hate fast food, but Qdoba is a place where you can get good food fast. I have to admit it I'm a fan. I know my son made this is daily food source for his senior year in high school and now that he's in college he visits the closest one near his school. The great thing about Qdoba is that they make everything so that you can see what they add. I'm am a salad lover and the Taco salad at Qdoba is a real treat. I have gotten the vegetarian with black beans and rice and also the chicken taco salad. The lettuce is romaine and I ask for it packed with lettuce which makes a nice base for the tortilla shell which really hold the salad...I'm not a big fan of the shell, but it is tasty and fattening. The corn salsa and regular salsa is tasty and the chicken is cooked in a nice spicy sauce...dressing is tasty, low cal and spicy and cheese and quac finish off the salad. It really is a satisfying meal. read more
