3:44 pm 3/27/25. The server was excellent, his name is Matthew. The food was excellent. However, many items weren't available and missing off the food line. They only had white rice, no steak because they didn't have time to cut it since a guy was cutting chicken up and it would be a while, lettuce was out and they didn't have any, and other items weren't available. There were two guys at the back counter working to cut the chicken, but only 1 was cutting. Matthew was the only on the line at that time. The dining area, drink, & silverware areas needed cleaning. No one was in the building, except for myself and 1 food delivery guy. First thing you notice when walking in is the front door was that it is propped open with a chair. The wait staff says that the AC doesn't work well and they reported it for years and the situation isn't fixed. After getting my food. Dining room seemed comfortable, but apparently the work area is hot because of the food line and needs restructuring or adjusting of coolant there. It's sad because Matthew did a great job and the food was excellent. But I could see that there were many reasons why other patrons might not choose this location for a meal. Improvement needed on better climate control for workers and providing a full food line for customers and a clean dining area. read more

I began reading the above menu and told the employee that I wanted the quesadilla with birria brisket. According to the menu, I was next supposed to add flavor toppings. As I read that part and was about to tell him what I wanted, I noticed that he had already put my food in the cooker, without asking what I wanted on it. He put my food in a closed takeout container, which was difficult to open, even though I planned to eat it there. My food and drink cost $18. I just had a tortilla with a little meat and cheese and a drink for $18. The food tasted good, but wasn't worth the price. read more

Friendly staff. Website says they have 24 soft drinks. They have a few Coke products. Sign says they have Mexican Coke. This branch does not. They also have no Mexican corn (it's on the menu). THE WORST... we arrived @ 5:45 and guacamole had just started being made and it takes 45 minutes to an hour!! I had to wait 15 minutes for my date. We were THE ONLY ones there. (No mad rush). I'm obsessed with QDOBA...like eat there every other day. So you can say I know my order in-out and backwards. So when first getting there they were out of a couple of items. I went along with it, despite it just being my reliable meal that I do sufficiently function on. When I got to the cashier I expressed my disappointment to my Mom who accompanied me to dinner. Who I presume was the manager? the otherwise in charge individual overheard my disappointment. She briefly made the comment that if we could just hold on a few moments she could put the missing items, so our meals could be enjoyed. Without missing a beat she began getting those items put together for us. She could have simply dismissed us and let us leave without my coveted items. However, she took action and as "old" as it sounds made a loyal customer (as I'm brand new to the area). I've seen some of the low reviews and scores, and I can completely see how a person can feel entitled to that score, I 100% believe she's trying to make this location amazing! Additionally, QDOBA is not the ONLY location/restaurant with missing products, staffing issues, or any other problems. The world is short and given the times miserable. I'm really disappointed in this Qdoba. We were really craving a burrito so we decided to order through DoorDash. Our order got to us quick, but our burritos were wrong! The receipt had the correct toppings listed but the actual burritos were missing some things. For mine, I requested rice, beans, chicken, queso, salsa and tortilla strips. It had tons of rice and beans and hardly any chicken. It had no salsa or tortilla strips and very little queso so it was extremely dry. My husband ordered queso on his and it again had very little and hardly any meat. His was also missing sour cream. How hard is it to make a burrito correctly? I don't understand. We won't be eating here again. Can't wait for Chipotle to open in North BA. read more

We go to Qdoba on weekends because of their fantastic kid's meal deals and good quality. If you compare them to Chipotle's flavor I would say it is a step down but there are some up sides you may want to consider: 1. The kid meals are large and only $1.75 with an adult meal on Sat and Sun up to 2 per adult meal. 2. There is now no additional charge for queso, guacamole, and fajita vegetables. Get all three if you want. 3. Their rewards program offers free entrees frequently. 4. Get free chips and large queso after every visit if you want to do the questionnaire. I go to the BA location and would agree that the service is a bit rushed and there isn't a huge feeling of warmth toward the guests but it isn't bad. I have never had them run out of anything as other Yelpers have stated either. If you haven't been in awhile give them a try again. read more

Just had one of the worst experiences in my life at a restaurant when it comes to dinning in or getting take out. I order (3) burritos, (1) mini bowl and (1)bowl , all orders were ordered with white rice, but go served brown, two of the burritos were ordered with steak and we got beef, 1 burrito had beef and we got chicken. None of the issues above are a big problem and could be easily resolved yes, BUT when you and one of you children and highly allergic chicken , yes you read that right " ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN" AND YOU RECIEVE IT IN YOUR FOOD BUT DID NOT FN ORDER THAT. Did not notice this until I brought thw food home and my wife realized her food was wrong, then both of my sons and then when I went to open mine and to take a bite, the burrito completely feel apart and everything landed on my lap, thats when I realized my order was wrong, my ENTIRE FN order was wrong and I am furious at this point. So I get in my car drive up there, walk in and I but the order on the counter and said my order is completely wrong, not the right protein on any order, and also someone put items on me and my sons burrito that we are allergic to. The lady that worked there responded by saying "I'm so sorry sir were short handed and we are also short on ingredients, if you'd like I can write your name and number down and have the manager call you tomorrow" also they had notes on the door stating -online orders only per management. No, this is really FN unacceptable and you could have called and told me you did not have the right ingredients to make my order and if you did I would have just canceled my entire order and spent my $70 elsewhere and went on about my marry little FN way, but no instead put in the wrong ingredients in every food item and take the chance someone could get really fucking sick, I mean sick to the point where you or you son could possibly be hospitalized and all because someone that's not even a Manger was told to run a restraunt without any management experience at all and make that one horrible fucking call and say just put the wrong ingredients its OK, they'll be fine. Well guess what QDOBA, I am not ok, I am pissed, I am furious with this store upper management and whoever owns this restaurant should be FN ashamed of themselves for having such poor judgment skills when it comes to hiring a manager. I will be calling the executive office about what had happened tonight and I will not shut my GD mouth nor delete this FN review. This was completely unacceptable and could have completely been preventable if this stores employees would have used good judgment and decision skills, but no the FN complete opposite happened and if me and my family never caught the issue someone could have seriously got hurt tonight and that is not fn ok with me. read more

Terrible. I had not been to Broken Arrow Qdoba in awhile and I regret stopping by today. I got a chicken/rice/cheese burrito and small bag of chips, $9.00 bucks wasted. It was not edible. The chicken used to be white grilled chicken, it was rubbery chicken that could not have been grilled fresh or cheap chicken that was all brown. The chips were hot but tasted like they were fried in old grease, they had a burnt taste instead of the hint of lime taste. Will never go back again. Used to get fresh good food and was only charged ala carte prices since I only get three items in my burrito. I should have also went with my gut instinct to not try it again. The outside of the building looks terrible, no upkeep. Paint is off all over the building the door paint in the back looks terrible. Not mowed or cleaned around the building. My fault. They have raised their prices and reduced their portions to half of what they were from a year ago. The rice had so much cilantro that it was almost inedible. I was very disappointed with my meal. I am giving the restaurant a 3 star review solely based on that the food was decent and the women that helped me was very nice and walked me through everything, since it was my first time there. Unfortunately the bad outways the good. The woman that was working today was the only one working. There were 4 people there but she was the only one doing anything. She was helping all the customers, answering the phone ,doing the to go orders and even being the cashier. The 2 managers where sitting outside the front door at a table , smoking cigarettes. I honestly didnt know they worked there until they came in when a line started to form and went right to the back for at least 5 minutes. At this point another employee shuffled out of the back, looked like he just got out of the back and kinda just hovered around the food service area, doing absolutely nothing at all. The blond manager finally decided to wash her hands and start cutting up steak while another manager just stood next to her talking story. The restaurant is extremely dimly lit , fly infested and filthy. I want to reiterate that the smaller women in the green shirt was the only one that did anything. She even had to deal with a very angry customer because a fly landed on her food while she was grabbing steak from the cutting board behind her. Agian not her fault. The problem is the management team and just the lack of leadership and any pride in their store or their jobs. I will never go back because of this. I wonder if the other locations look like this. I am going to stick to Chipolte. I have been in restaurant management for the past 15 years and the women who helped should definitely be promoted. One star because I want to write the review and there was no option of zero or negative stars! We enjoy going to QDOBA because we enjoy the food, however this evening at approx 8 pm after standing in line for approx. 30 mins and watch 3 customers get frustrated and leave because there was only one lady at the counter trying her best to accommodate the 10 customers that were waiting in line. The other person, John who identified himself as a manager later, was not interested in stepping up and help speed up the service so folks did not have to wait that long, instead he resorted to acting like a clown and making comments on folks who left without food tired of waiting. He also insulted two young girls, one of them with a small baby making fun of them after they left the store because they insisted they should have gotten chips along with their Queso. Finally I spoke up and told him his behavior was unacceptable and he is in customer service and should behave accordingly. His reaction - he took the food that was being put together for us, and threw it in the trash and stated , he is the manager and he can do anything he wants at the store. And that we should leave. Way to go QDOBA!! Needless to say I will not be going back to that store. It's a pity, a good location and good food but a joke of a manager is dishing out bad experiences! read more

I find it hard to enjoy the food when the restaurant is so filthy! The carpets are grease and dirt soaked, at 11:15, shortly after the store opened, I had to pick which table was less dirty. It is obvious that restaurants are trying to get back into the game after a year of closures, followed by a year of being short-staffed, but people still need to eat in a clean environment. If you have to open a few minutes late or arrive a few minutes early, please clean the place! I will chose another Qdoba to go to. My stomach can't take the BA location anymore. read more

We eat there almost every weekend, went in today around noon, no other customers inside. The lady at the start of the line looked at the lady at the register, and asked her, "are we not serving anyone not wearing a mask?" The lady at the register, who was NOT wearing a mask said in my direction, "no we are not, we are real anal about that." (Super nice choice of words there.) Again, she wasn't wearing a mask, and neither was the delivery person who was there also. I said, forget it we will go somewhere else. As I left, I saw there was a sign up, but it is on tinted windows, and I did not notice initially. I've never had a good experience at this location. They couldn't be slower. The worker didn't change gloves or wear a mask. After waiting for over 5 minutes for the person in front of me to check out, she went and made 2 burritos for online orders before taking my order. Waited for 10 minutes in no line. Another worker in the back just walked around and acted busy. Please take your business elsewhere unless you want to wait 30 mins for an overpriced burrito. read more

This location has been getting worse every time I go. Previously I had been to the same location. I was one of three people in line, with 25 minutes before the store closed. The three employees were yelling some pretty negative things, and decided they refused to serve anymore costumers and locked the door. Yesterday I went back for the first time in a while. There seemed to be three employees. In the 20 minutes I was there the guy at the register messed up all four orders at the register. The other guy didn't seem to have clue how to prepare most of the food, and was dripping sweat in the line. While he seemed to nervously sit there and not help the girl he did manage to make my burrito when it came time at my turn. After watching him drip for the last twenty minutes it was about the worst $8 I've EVER spent on a single burrito. Also the chips are a mixture of stale and not stale. Then the guy messed up my order at the register too, and I finally made it out of there vowing to never return. read more

Be patient and be prepared if you visit this place. During my visit there were 10 people in the restaurant and 4 people behind the counter. The employees seemed as though they couldn't handle that many customers at once and looked completely panicked. They asked for my order but did not listen to my requests. Unfortunately, I made them keep redoing the order until it was right. Inside and out it appears to be a great place. It's the service that needs some serious attention.
