Today, we ordered from Qdobas and my husband likes to order the same thing from there. He gets a burrito bowl and chips, I usually get quesadilla with chicken and they've been getting the order ok. I'd rather order from Noodles, across the way. The food seems to be ok, smaller servings & hubby says, they don't have much ppl coming/going. So service is good, since he's only one there. Today my husband and i decided to order a delivery of two surf and turf burrito bowls (which we have ordered before) However, when we started eating our bowls there was a minimal amount of shrimp but NO steak I called the store to complain and the woman who answered (sadly I don't remember her name) insisted that she prepared our order and she was sure she had placed the steak 'under' the rice. This is completely ridiculous since both my husband and I tasted nor found one shred of beef when I continued to question her about the order, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! When the charge shows up on my card, I will deny the charge. Plus, I will be sure to contact the district manger to let them know how unprofessional and rude this employee is/was. We came in for 2 burrito bowls and had a good experience, they had to make some fresh shrimp which extended our wait time, but they gave us some coupons for free entrees on our next visit. The food is always off in some way. Just got a burnt, dry, and stale quesadilla that tastes like rubber. A burrito that fell apart after the first bite. Chunky queso, I mean you name it. When I was getting my chipotle I couldn't help but think about how dirty it was because of majority of ingredients mixed together and then as I'm eating my bowl I find a little buggy in there. They seriously need to clean up around there !!! The guy standing in the front with straightening things up but for some reason they were low on the cheese low on just about everything and it was mixed in together kind of gross. First time... and last time coming here. I stopped here on Sunday AM to pick up food for the Broncos game. Game started at 11:00 so saw on the QDOBA website that this store opened at 10:30. Great, right? Nope! I arrived at the store at 10:35 and the doors were still locked. I could see people inside and the cooking fire in the kitchen was blazing. After a few minutes of standing outside being snowed on, I called this QDOBA on the phone and asked to be let in to order. On the 3rd call they finally answered and said they couldn't let me in because they were "running behind today". Ok, what sort of restaurant isn't ready to open on time to serve people looking for carryout for Sunday football? That's just bad business and so my business went somewhere else that day. And yes, I get that equipment breaks sometimes... but put out a sign, serve other foods etc... don't just stand around inside the restaurant losing money & customers! read more

Wow my burrito here was bad. I didn't have high expectations, just something somewhat fresh with a little flavor. What I got tasted and had the texture of a block of styrofoam. The only things that had any flavor were the fajita vegetables. The chicken, beans, rice, salsa had no taste whatsoever. How long was this stuff sitting out to be that bad? I visited this Qdoba on May 3 around 1 PM. There was a male worker who was tall, and had a polo on under his yellow qdoba shirt. He had his hair half up in a scrunchie and he had his septum pierced. He was absolutely amazing, very personable, and definitely knew what he was doing. Absolute props to him. However, there was a female with light brown hair and a black shirt on (maybe manager or supervisor?), who was making a larger order, I assume it was a mobile order or a call ahead order. She made a couple comments toward the rest of the staff that were loud enough for customers to hear, and in my opinion, were kind of rude. She loudly said "I'm not on the line" and was kind of in the way of her coworkers who were trying to help the in-person customers. Her tone with the rest of the staff made it feel as though her tasks, and her words were more important than anyone else's. She also made a couple comments on the before mentioned male worker's skills, that could have been handled in a more professional and constructive way, or at a different time than in front of customers. I don't typically write negative reviews, but this whole interaction and her demeanor rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Do not go to this location! We ordered food for take out tonight and got home and there was NO MEAT in our chicken soft tacos. We drove the 8 miles back (with the tortilla that had lettuce and guac and cheese only in hand) and asked that they correct the order or refund our money. Nope! We then asked to speak to a manager and they refused that too telling us "he was busy". They then gave us a voucher for a future free entree! Are you kidding me!? Been coming regularly the past few months and the food is on point. Despite lots of local Mexican restaurants that we have tried, this has become our go to Mexican spot. Lots of delicious fresh vegetables and sauces and it is priced cheaper than the dive Mexican options. Also so much flavor for Vegans, especially the new jalapeno verde and impossible beef. Albert is one of the kings of the kitchen and you can tell he really cares about cooking. Our local Chipotle isn't even close in terms of flavor. read more

This location is not an accurate representation of the Qdoba Mexican Grill (QMG) brand. Here's why: -For starters, there were catering bags sitting out at room temperature on the front counter filled with food during my ~20 minute visit. I wonder who's going to be eating that food. -The register was covered in dust and dirt. So please ask your QMG team member how much your meal is, because it's hard to read it on the register screen. -And please look at that automatic change dispenser while you're at the register--I've seen roadkill covered in less dirt and hair! It's going to gross you out. -Then I had to prompt the cashier for the drink cup I purchased. -My food preparer wasn't wearing a "hair restraint" (violation of Colorado Regulations section 2-503(A)). -The soda machine was out of ice and almost half of the sodas were out. And the area around the soda machine and utensils was filthy. I love QMG, but unfortunately this location is not why. This place will be on my Do Not Visit list for a while! read more

I am noticing a trend with Qdoba - shrinking portions! I ordered a grilled chicken fajita burrito bowl from here earlier this week. The to-go bowls are small to begin with, but mine was only about half full when I paid - with maybe a 1/4 cup of chicken inside. Two cups of rice made up for it (if you're in to rice, that's probably a good thing?) The fajita veggies were cold and limp. Almost $7.50 for a bowl half the size of Chipotle's. The saving grace as always were the chips and salsa. There is just something about their salsa roja I love; the tangy bite from the vinegar paired with the sweet from tomatoes and fire from the chipotles. Pure heaven. read more

Sad sad customer service here! I was asking about my points since my app said I had enough for app. When asking about it the employee that was preparing the food walked over and very rudely interrupted our conversation to tell me there is nothing they can do. I was simply asking a question and showing Hannah (who was very sweet) the gentleman had zero reason to interrupt and be rude, I was not talking to him. This is not typically the qdoba we visit at the other qdoba you actually show the cashier your points and they are redeemed right from your phone which is what I was trying show her. Here's why I like this Qdoba. The people that work there are nice and will make accommodations for special request without giving you quizzical looks, "You want you burrito in a taco shell? Inconceivable!" My favorite though, is when the line cook assaults your meal with the Cheese Crane. It's almost as if they are trying to get Employee of the Day, and the criteria is how much shredded cheese they can pile on. The service is quick, even during lunch. The bathrooms are clean. And, every tenth meal is free with the Qdoba Club Card. Enjoy! read more

I have been to this location multiple times and my last few experiences weren't the greatest. The last few times I got a burrito and it was extremely tiny for what I paid for. So tonight I thought I'd try a bowl to get more food. As I'm taking my first couple bites I noticed how crunchy it was. I did get the tortilla chips pieces in it and I thought that maybe they put some extra in there. Nope that wasn't it, the brown rice was very under cooked. And the entire bowl tasted like raw onions. I did get Pico to Gallo, and all of the red onions were in huge pieces. The two girls working there did not say hello, until I said thank you and have a good one. I am a loyal Qdoba customer but everything was wrong with my order tonight. I ordered a bowl and got a burrito. I ordered regular white rice and got the lime rice. There's not much queso on this at all. I ordered through yelp via GrubHub and GrubHub always gets my current location wrong. Why is that the default? Why can't it just use my current address, the last address I used. The delivery driver was so upset he yelled at me, I mean I don't know what the process is and I'm so sorry that the address was wrong. He claims he's not going to get paid for my order which is just terrible on GrubHub. How are you all going to make all of this right? read more

This place is the home of monster burritos. The staff is terrific, polite and super friendly - they let me take a bottle of Cholula with my ToGo order last week. They have a very nice selection of options, burritos, tacos, combos, kid's meals, etc. I always leaned toward Chipolte because they served pork, but no longer. Qdoba has it all. The thing that keeps it at 4 stars is the guacamole. It's pretty blasé without much taste and odd texture. read more
