I'm so happy to say that this was the best experience with Qdoba. Usually the people at the front get impatient with complicated orders, but Joey totally was super kind and very nice. This place is the home of monster burritos. The staff is terrific, polite and super friendly - they let me take a bottle of Cholula with my ToGo order last week. They have a very nice selection of options, burritos, tacos, combos, kid's meals, etc. I always leaned toward Chipolte because they served pork, but no longer. Qdoba has it all. The thing that keeps it at 4 stars is the guacamole. It's pretty blasé without much taste and odd texture. read more

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Was our first time in Colorado and we decided to try the food here. We ordered food online at 9:36 pm and received confirmation that it would be ready at 9:46 pm. We arrived a little early and as we drove up, we saw all 3 employees standing around and talking. There was also no customers in the store, completely dead. We decided to wait until 9:46 before we went in to see if our order was ready. When we walked in, I told them I had an online order and provided my name. I guess one of the girls didn't understand me and rudely told me to go where we was not realizing I said online order. When they finally figured it out they told me they were "just working on it". Okay? We literally saw all of you just standing there when we drove up. Do better please. read more

It's Qdoba, not quite as good as Chipotle but it will do. I like this particular one, its generally clean, and never too busy. However, the staff never knows any of their specials or deal.s They are always having to call their manager on any specials Qdoba is offering. That's a management issue though and not the general staff. The staff could be more friendly. It's always business and never a friendly. Far as the food goes. Well never get the tacos, learned that the hard way. Qdoba seems to have this rule of giving you half the meat on a taco as they would a burrito. Also their meat selection is ok, not as good as Chipotle. I do like the fact they do have queso over Chiptole, that is really about the only thing I like more about Qdoba. What would be really coo is just get some onion and cilantro as a topping item. read more

I have never had a bad experience coming to this Qdoba! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make customers happy. I broke my leg a few weeks ago and I'm on crutches but I NEEDED Qdoda. I made my way over and just as I was about to open the door for myself, one of your employees was already holding it open for me. The employee constructing my burrito bowl was also extraordinarily pleasant as well. On my way out, seeing that I was struggling with crutches and food and such, the same employee who held the door open for me rushed to help me not only carry my food but walk me safely to my car. I really didn't want him to bother as it looked like he was on his break but he insisted. You guys are my heroes! Thank you for allowing me to indulge my cravings even with a broken leg :) read more

I ordered dinner here and my visit was not a great one. The counter where they prepared the food was a mess: cheese and lettuce everywhere. The girl who made our burritos was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be doing her job. I don't think anyone here smiles. It's not a very busy location anyway but with little to no traffic you'd think that this place would be spotless. Probably won't go here again. read more

Service gets worse and worse every time I come here for lunch but this just takes the cake. One tables are never clean and two staff acts like they hate their job especially with customers. After I got my food I went to go sit down and I accidentally spilled my water on the table and floor. I tried my best to try to clean it up with napkins the table was fine but the floor was too much so I gave up. What made it worse is the employees didn't even acknowledge what happened instead they watched me clean it. A couple minutes later I finally had a chance to bite into my burrito and it was cold. My conclusion is, I'll be going to Chipotle from now on I can live without the queso. read more

Solid performances from your Flatiron's neighborhood Qdoba. Although this location will never have the 5-Star friendliest service people. They consistently deliver on quality meals and they are unafraid to be generous with the portions. The Flatiron's Marketplace store was the test store for the one price for many options menu and I was skeptical at first. I felt the guacamole at no charge was the only redeeming reason to not write off Qdoba's new and current game plan. I perceived it as a price increase at first, but after the sundry supply of add-ons and customization I feel like I am definitely leaving with more food for my money. It's good food, so I'm very happy. More good food is the next best thing to more free food. Unlike the Walnut Creek location that pairs pans placing the new food on top of the old food, creating a chance at some over-cooked rice or meat which has spoiled my past meals, Flatirons Marketplace Qdoba consistently delivers. They may never hit my standards of restaurant perfection, they are a standard option for my quick and inexpensive take-out dinners. read more

Extremely friendly staff. I had never been to a Qdoba before and an employee was nice enough to give me chips and salsa on the house. She also threw in some samples of queso. I love friendly employees. That is the kind of stuff that makes me recommend a place to people. I ordered a bowl and it was delicious. This is one of my favorite lunch spots during the week. The food is always very fresh and consistent. I personally enjoy the craft 2 selection. I have always had great customer service. This is a pretty standard Qdoba, with a little extra bonus - the staff are champs at zooming through the lunch line. My only real complaint is that even if I ask for "just a little" hot salsa, I get the full scoop dump. But whatever. It's fast, clean, close to my office, and yummy, and for those reasons, I'm here at least once a week. But Qdoba people? Can you please go a little lighter on the hot salsa? Went to Qdoba today for the first time in years it seems... I am usually the Chipotle fan over Qdoba. But I was out voted today. We were there early - 11:30ish and so there were only 2 people ahead of us in line. But only one person working behind the counter - so we had to wait a few minutes. I ordered the Poblano Pesto Burrito with chicken - in bowl. I got it with black beans, cheese, roasted corn salsa, and the roja. The chicken was really good and flavorful, but I don't think the chick behind the counter put any "pesto" on it.. I sure didn't taste anything remotely close to pesto. Pretty much this amounted to a chicken bowl with rice and black beans. I ordered a cup for water and my total was $6.50. Not bad. The hot roja salsa was far from hot though... I added some Cholula to my bowl for some extra flavor and spice. Maybe next time I'll get the extra hot salsa. The restaurant was clean and neat and there was a line out the door by the time we left. I still can't say I'd pick Qdoba over Chipotle... but I was pretty satisfied :o) Now I just need to go walk it all off... read more

Terrible. It seems like every time I go the rice is ALWAYS undercooked, crunchy and hard. And most of the other ingredients look like they sit out too long and aren't very fresh. Plus, if you're going to work at a place that sells burritos, learn how to properly make and roll a burrito. Never going back. read more

Gross as it may sound, I come here for dinner 5x a week and spend roughly $350 a month here. Today I went in to get my usual chicken burrito and chicken salad but was told when asking for "1 scoop of brown rice and half a scoop of white" that they could no longer accommodate that request. The response I got was that management will no longer allow more than one scoop of anything. Now, I'm no mathematician but a quick google search for cost of rice reveals that half a cup equates to roughly $0.01. So, despite the insane amount of money I spend here, they're no longer willing to give me an cent's worth of rice. As a matter of principle, I won't be going back to this location. read more

I have been here a few times, and I love it every time. I started fairly conservative with my burrito, but over time I was more experimental. The best part about this, regardless of what I requested, they gave me it not problem. The most odd thing I get is a naked burrito in a taco shell bowl (I love being able to "eat my plate" at the end). This place doesn't skimp on the meat either. Their food is awesome. Only thing that is an inconvenience is the fact that I have to pay before I get my burrito... a little weird, and a dumb thing to do, but not worth -1 star. read more

It's an "okay" kind of mexican grill but not as good as chipotle. It's more expensive too.

Decent. I work nearby and it's convenient. I agree with the majority of the universe that it's a poor man's alternative to Chipotle, but it does the job. I deducted two stars for two simple reasons; one, the chicken is gross. The steak is surprisingly tender and adequately cooked but the chicken is often fatty and I've had to ninja-spit gristle into a napkin on more than one occasion. And two, the price. Reviewers like Crystal B. are the epitome of why Qdoba's new "extras are free!" business model isn't rejected by consumers. Take a look at her review: "It might be a bit more pricey than chipotle but ... all the extras were free! Free quac!?! Yes please." Instead of giving you the freedom to customize, it's now a flat rate. It used to be about 6.50 and now with tax it's over 9 bucks. Since queso used to cost a buck, I'm paying 2.50 for it since I don't get fajitas and their milky guacamole tastes like it came out of a can. And I'm not alone - even the company estimated only 25+% of their customers get guacamole, so that means 75% of their customers are paying for something they don't want. Point is, it's a business model designed to make a profit - which I can appreciate, but the delusion that extras are "free" makes a lot of sense to people who are terrible at math. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! Very rude and lazy employees here. This is the newest Qdoba in our area, yet when we went today it was grimy at the order pick up area.
