For takeout, I like this Qdoba. Food is always fresh and tastes good, usually with enough for leftovers. Convenient location and nicer ambiance than other fast food restaurants. Staff is always friendly, too. read more

Have you ever seen the scene in Monsters Inc. with the sloths at the DMV? That is this Qdoba.. They seemed understaffed, almost inaudible, no energy, no smiles and no plant based protein though on the choose your protein menu "vegetable" is indicated. Not tidy and it appeared take out orders were consuming the time of one of the three employees present exclusively. You probably don't want to visit this location with limited time. Picked up some Qdoba last night from this location. We dont frequently eat out and i have only eaten at qdoba a handful of times in my life, but I do think they have good food. Being that i was a newer customer, was not super familiar with their menu. Upon entering, I was greeted :) After I could figure out how to get to the front counter. They have a little different set up right now i imagine because of covid. I guess I must have just entered in through the wrong door. The person behind the counter was very friendly and patient and answered all my questions, of which there were several. Always is when trying out a new restaurant because of likes, dislikes, dietary restrictions and more. Was thankful for her patience. I got a veggie salad for myself and a veggie salad with impossible meat for my daughter. Lots of goodies to put on top of it. Their guacamole is pretty tasty so got a little scoop of that as well for each of our salads. Prices seemed fair. Would definitely be back if I was hankering for something quick and didn't have time or didn't want to go home and prepare food. Was very simple, fast and easy to get in and out. read more

I love QDOBA breakfast bowls, but not all locations are created equal. This location is dirty, and soda machine is filthy. The customer service is lacking and lady who helped me isn't very friendly at all. The breakfast bowl was alright and was warm which is a plus I guess. My fav is the egg, bacon, potato bowl with pico, cheese, and sour cream. The Pico is always on point! read more

I love coming here after some good hardcore workouts at the gym Thats right across the street for a nice big shot of protein. Their parking lot kinda sucks because its shared with several other businesses & when crowded that shit takes forever to get into & out of (thats what she said lol). Theres a lovely patio outback for when the weather is super sex to eat outside, & the folks behind the counter are always super fast with your order. Fast casual chains are popping up all over. This is primarily because we are demographically becoming more picky about our food, but still want in and out fast service. Food trucks bring that concept to the streets and that business model is booming too. For established fast casual chains such as Qdoba, we generally judge one restaurant's performance based upon the cumulative standards that we experience by eating at their other sister restaurants and try to compare how they did as opposed to their counterparts. This Qdoba has not been around very long, but I'll say that they have a strong future ahead of them. They are right on par with the other Qdobas here in Ft. Collins. I've been to the one on W. Elizabeth, which gets slammed with students since it's right next to CSU. The one on S. Shields is just down the street from there and they mainly get really busy with the work-day rush. This is the same for the one on N. Lemay as well. This restaurant, however, seems to be still hidden by the location and there's not really a rush here. This is the same great food without stampede of people (for now at least until everyone figures out where they are). The cooks and servers on the line were really quick and congenial. I typically have the Craft 2 Menu that includes two soft tacos and a Mexican gumbo for only $6.49; steak is my protein of choice, but their chicken is damn good too. Today, I had a diablo queso burrito which was pretty good with a little heat and nice smokiness to it. I've had their BBQ burrito as well, which is quite delicious. With all of the ingredients and flavor combinations you could easily eat here all the time and never have the same dish. I'm really happy to have this new Qdoba so close to my office because I'll be coming back for sure. read more

Awful service. Stephen (who apparently loves peace and quiet) Made my food, he was extremely rude when checking out and EXTREMELY rude to the other teenage female employees he was working with. We were screamed at the second we stood up from our table (AS WE WERE PUTTING OUR MASKS ON) he yelled, and i quote, "PUT YOUR MASKS ON WHEN YOU ARE NOT SITTING AT THE TABLE." this was extremely rude of him as we were visibly putting our masks before we had even taken one step away from my table. this costumer service is extremely unacceptable and i am appalled. read more

Astoundingly bad. Not bad, like got the wrong salsa bad, but BAD, never going again BAD. Got the order wrong (in-person) and the staff was rude. I know teenagers have bad days but why did I pay $16 to get wrong orders with an eye roll? I drove out of the way to get a burrito from here. Several years ago, my wife and I used to eat at Qdoba frequently. Since then, the quality of their food has gone downhill, way downhill. We've stopped going there altogether. The straw that broke the camel's back was my last visit. I went for lunch during the week. I got a chicken burrito bowl to go. I only live 1/2 mile away, but when I dug into my meal at home, it was cold. Very cold. I heated it up in my microwave and that helped. But the chicken had lots of gristle in it. I provided feedback to Qdoba via their Web site on my experience that day. Their response? Crickets. I'm done with Qdoba. read more

There is an older Hispanic gentleman in this qdoba (maybe the manager) I see and talk to him in the mornings when I get breakfast. He is one of the nicest employees of a restaurant I have every come to talk to. The food is always excellent and everyone has a smile on their faces when you walk in. read more

Food was great, everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. Except for DIANE who worked as a server. She said she wouldn't let us eat food that was prepped to go in the restraunt, and that chips could only be put on the side if it was to go. She acted very snooty and was not very friendly or welcoming. Sad that such a great restraunt like qdoba would hire such an off putting employee. New pricing is understandable and a necessity, but $8.38 for a tortilla and cheese is outrageous and ridiculous!! Lost a loyal customer due to new pricing.
