They don't understand English, so I tried to speak my broken Spanish to interpret what I wanted. . Basically it was no pickled onions and just to have chopped onions on the side and it did not receive either instructions well. You're still got the pickled onions and I don't know why they ever changed that from red onions on the menu. Music could be a little more a more or a little bit happier than whining Mexican music. I guess this time I wasn't as happy but it was edible and I know the waiter and the chef that came out really try. I appreciate that.

Seems like they have some things they are working out with some of the art on the ceiling and the lighting but overall it was a nice atmosphere with a balance of well lit and darker booths or tables. The staff is very friendly and helpful but you can tell they aren't super experienced. Not a problem, improvements come with time. Food came out fast was the star of the show. The cashier spoke very quietly, and because of my hearing disability, I genuinely could not hear or understand everything being said. Instead of showing patience or basic human decency, the owner immediately became rude and hostile, accusing me of "ignoring" the cashier when I was simply struggling to hear. The situation escalated for absolutely no reason. The owner aggressively reached toward my drink as if she was going to snatch it out of my hand, refused to let me calmly finish my beverage, and threatened to throw me out simply because I decided I no longer wanted to order food after being treated poorly. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, and I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. As a veteran and a paying customer, I expected basic respect and understanding regarding my disability. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and unwelcome. I would strongly caution others, especially Black Americans and individuals with disabilities, before supporting this establishment.
