They make things exactly to my specifications and even give me free guacamole because I order vegg food! WOOHOO for that! We ordered in store for takeout around 7PM Monday and the man preparing all the food on the front line was not wearing his mask. It was down around his chin, covering only his bottom lip. I felt uncomfortable asking him to put it on, but I was really shocked that no one else working there asked him to. The young woman at the register could clearly see him, and while I was in line two other people working there, mainly in the back, came up to the front and to the seating area several times. Neither said a word about it, and it was so obvious that I can't fathom they didn't notice. This would have been unhealthy if he had been a customer standing in line, but HE WAS MAKING UP THE ORDERS. Two stars because of Covid. We placed our order about 40 minutes ahead of time for a pick up at 8pm today. We arrived approximately 5 minutes early, and walked straight up to the counter where approximately 4 other people were already waiting for pick ups. We provided our name and stood along the wall with the others while 1 person continued to serve every walk in customer. Multiple people behind the counter were just standing there looking lost as if they were in training, but as soon as they tried to help the woman in the black shirt would push them out of the way. I guess she preferred to be the only one assisting this day. 8:30pm rolls around, and we are all still standing there waiting for our pick ups. We have now been standing on the wall for 30 minutes for an order that we called ahead on well over an hour ago. When asked when we would get our order the Hispanic woman who seemed to be a manager told us we had to be patient. We told her that we were patient, but it's now going on 30 minutes. She replied with, "well your order said 8pm pick up" to which we had to show her it was 8:30. She finally started making the food, and we got to leave 10 minutes later. Not so much as an apology, but had no problem making us out to be wrong for not continuing to wait another 30 minutes. This is the worst Qdoba ever. They are always out of something (chicken, soup, ...). The chips (chips & queso) are always stale. The chips today were actually extremely soft as if they were wet. I will not waste my money here again. I have given them too many chances and every time it is a disappointment. read more

Horrible overall experience. If someone orders soft shell tacos, you are required to heat the bottom of the shell on the hot pan so that way they aren't hard as a rock and ALL of the taco contents fall out. My hands were covered in toppings, because a Mexican style restaurant couldn't handle something as simple as tacos. Save your time and go to Chipotle. read more

We returned to give it another try. Admittedly we were given incentive after my last review. Our orders were correct this time. The restaurant was not clean. Tables needed to be wiped and there was trash on drink station and under it. The chicken was over cooked. The staff appeared to all (6 of them) be in training. If I could I would give this place no stars. I ordered from here 3 times and 2/3 they forgot my food. I ordered a steak bowl and they put no steak in it and sent me out a new one so then they sent me the wrong order and gave me someone else's. Before that I ordered nachos another time and received no chips the service is terrible and they are no help when u have a problem I would never recommend this to anyone. I often go to this location because it is the one closest to me. It usually isn't very crowded, but sometimes the line takes a while. It tends to be a longer wait to replenish the ingredients at this location than what I have experienced elsewhere. A perk is that there's always parking and the lot is pretty accessible! read more

Jeez, harsh reviews. It's Qdoba, you either like or you don't. I like Qdoba more than Chipotle. They have more choices, including really delicious Queso. I love the gumbo, its a huge bowl with pretty much everything in a burrito, dolloped with tortilla soup. This specific restaurant, at least when I come, is clean. The staff is generally tolerable, and they get the job done. This Qdoba differs very little from all the other ones, if you like it, you'll like it. read more

Pretty terrible service and experience. We went around 3pm on a Sunday (down time). There were 2 employees working who were incredibly slow. Finally a woman helped my group of 4, she was incredibly unpleasant and unfriendly. My friend had never been there before and asked what the options were to put in a quesadilla and she just says "what you see here." Didn't explain what they were or anything. My sister who was in front of me requested fajita peppers, and the lady put the last of them in her bowl. She asked me if I wanted any too, and I said yes if you have more. She just ignored that comment (I guess they didn't have more?) but any employee should go right to the back and get more or say I'm sorry we are out. So much better than chipotle in every way. More choices, better choices. The peppers are better than chipotles as well as the chicken. They have lots of queso options as well as diced jalapeños. They also have amazing tacos. The staff is always friendly as well. Only issue I have is somehow qdoba's drink stations are constantly down or being worked on. I have been to many and only qdoba has issues with these things. It's weird. Chipotle is just hype. Qdoba is actually good. read more

Definitely one of my favorite places to dine. Been there plenary of times and every time I've been there has been one hell of an experience. Their ingredients are never fresh and too much lemon/lime zest whenever a recipe calls for it.. My burrito is never wrapped nicely. The service and atmosphere is as bland as they come. Hey, it's not a great burrito, but we're in suburban PA; I don't whine about not being able to get a good Hoagie when I'm in Tucson. Qdoba is a chain, counter service restaurant that is barely distinguishable from Chiptole. The place is clean and the service is fast. I agree with a previous reviewer that the food can be a little bland - I compensate by asking for less rice and more salsa. read more

Let's be clear-- I'm a huge fan of Qdoba. This Qdoba is the only location that has let me down. The staff is extremely slow, provides small portions, and is generally disinterested. It seriously takes SO long for you to get your food here. Once they put brown guacamole on my burrito and I complained, and the manager/owner told me that was the normal color of guac and she gave me hard time about giving me a fresh product. That was a shocking experience. Oh and I swear they cook their rice with butter. Their rice does not have the lightness that all other Qdoba rice has, theirs tastes like it was made with butter and it's way too oily for Mexican rice. UGH this location really sucks. not only am i disgusted at my order from doordash but this is my second time ordering bc i figured the first time was a mishap but boy oh boy should i have listen to my gut when ordering a second time. i paid for extra chicken and only received half if hat. the rice was hard as a rock. i had no sour cream and so little of guacamole that i barely seen it in my bowl. i dont know why this place is still open bc they dont care about people food. they are practiculy robbing people taking my money giving me way less. its not right. i work at a hospital caring for patients and have to suffer with a poor meal. read more

I have given Qdoba of Jenkintown a try 3 times now over the past several months -- thinking foolishly each time that maybe next time the service/staff/management would have improved. Well, silly me! Every time I have come to this Qdoba, there has been relatively short lines (3-6 people in front of me), yet every time it's taken over 20+ minutes to get through and to the checkout. That is a disgrace! The workers here are not assigned to any position; they do the mobile orders/UberEats, etc. while you are in line waiting for food and instead of serving you (the customers waiting), they do the mobile orders and get around to you "when they feel like it". The management is complicit. They allow this stuff to go on. Each person should be assigned specific positions (one person does Rice, one does veggies, one does meat, one does to-go orders, etc.). The final straw for me this time was the disgusting dirty counter and a comment made by one of the staff members working the line to another -- the girl said that she did not have shoes on. That is unsanitary, gross, and disgusting. Every last worker should be fired including the manager. Either one of two things needs to happen here: the franchise owner either needs to fire everyone or the Health Department needs to SHUT THE PLACE DOWN. read more

The restaurant was clean. The employees were friendly. They give free drink refills. I'm sorry, that's all the nice things I can think of to say about this restaurant. My son and I ordered basic hard shell beef tacos; not too easy to mess up. The ground beef tasted muddy or something like that. The salsa wasn't good either. Quick and Easy Ameri-Mexican food. Qdoba definitely has more choices than Chipotle. If your in a hurry but still want to chow down on some really good flavor, this place fits the bill. If you like salad you have to try the Mango Chicken it's pretty darn good. The service at the Jenkintown location could use more training and be more friendly for sure. But, it's not like you'll be spending that much time there.. It's FastMex Food! read more

The only reason I even gave this place one star is because the queso is really good. Other than that, the service was awful, the restaurant and bathroom was filthy, and the food was tasteless and burnt. I just love mexican food from qdoba. There bowls are awesome. I usually went there to have bowls. I have no words to explain how wonderful taste they have. I just want to suggest that please cut your salads little more smaller. I wish i get bowls daily in my lunch. I mostly love corns and black beans in my bowl.
