I eat at this location often as I work close by. I never leave reviews, but I had to today. I was just in there and there was a guy and a girl working. When I walked in, they continued their conversation and did not greet me in an appropriate timeframe given that they were just having a conversation. The guy makes my bowl, nothing wrong there really other than they just continued talking about personal things while I was ordering. The real issue I had was I got a side of guac, the guy fills it up which I appreciated, but then he just smooshed the top on and guac is all over the container and he doesn't wipe it off. They just put it in my bag like that. Then the girl who was sitting at the cash register fills my chip bag up with no gloves, she had dirty nails and I'm watching all the chips hit her fingers on their way into the bag because of the way she was holding it. It was gross, unclean and disappointing. I know if they are handling food and customer service like that in the front, who knows what's going on in the back! The goal of this review is not to get anyone in trouble but hopefully management can have conversations with the employees about etiquette and cleanliness. read more

Wow, that was bad. First off, the worker gave me about 6 pieces of chicken (I counted). You woulda thought each piece of chicken was coming out of their paycheck. When I went to eat it I literally spit out half of it cause it was so burned, tasted like I was straight eating the burnt crust off a grill. The lettuce was more brown than any color green. A bowl and a drink cost me about $17... and I couldn't even finish half of it. I think I would have actually paid that amount to not have had experienced that. read more

Between Moe's, Chipotle, and QDoba, I tend to prefer QDoba over the others. Not to slight Moe's or Chipotle, but a) QDoba is closer to where I live and 2) it was the first of the three chains that I visited so it has the advantage having been there first. We've eaten that is location quite a few times and the service has always been good. They're quick to take your order and get it moving down the line. I think my average time from order to food delivery is usually less 4 minutes. The food has always been accurate, delivered hot (it's made right before your eyes) and always flavorful. The food portions are huge, and if you walk away hungry it's because you weren't a member of the Clean Plate club. A few years ago they moved to a different pricing strategy that I questioned at the time but seems to have done them well. Basically, a burrito costs ($x.xx), regardless of the meat/beans/rice/cheese/veggies/guac, etc., so you have a pretty good idea that your $7.00 burrito is going to cost $7.00 and not $9.50 because you added quac and sour cream. One time the pop (soda) (soft drink) (whatever you want to call it) machine was down (damn computers, anyway) so they actually let you get bottled drinks out of the cooler for the same price as you'd pay for a fountain drink. The manager apologized and said that the repair guy had actually just arrived (and he did, because he was working on it within ten minutes.) My favorite food item used to be the Fajita Ranchero Burrito. What an amazing delight that was. However, when QDoba went through one of it's personality changes about five years ago they got rid of the Ranchero sauce, even though I begged...I pleaded...I offered real cash to get them to keep it, but....alas.... All three chains offer grilled fajita veggies for their items, but I'll put QDoba's above the others and I really, REALLY wish I could emulate that exact flavor at home. Whenever we've visited the store has been clean, the line well-stocked, and the staff hustling and focused on making sure everything is in order. Having been do dozens of QDoba locations in about 7 states, this is absolutely my favorite. ...and now I know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow. read more

Makes sense that franchises have bad reviews on Yelp. Only frustrated and angry people take the time to review them. I'm not one of them. I had never been to this particular location before but I met up with some friends before heading to volleyball at Southeast. It wasn't all that busy. There was one family already eating in here and maybe another group of two. It did get busy in here as we sat for the next hour and a half though. We came as a group of 7 around 6 on a Monday night and again, not packed. We pushed a few tables together no problem. The first guy in the assembly coulda smiled if he wanted me to give them 5 stars. But he didn't, thus I gave 4 stars. The second person in the assembly was nice. When I came back to the counter for a cover, she was at the register and acknowledged me as I approached the counter. The third guy who was at the register at first was really nice and actually smiled! The place was clean so I don't have the same complaints as everyone else here. Lots of families come in here as well as high schoolers. I guess that's Middletown for ya. In my opinion, Qdoba tastes a heck of a lot better than Chipotle, which is all the rave in Columbus. Don't know why cuz Qdoba had the queso first and their food is cheaper. I ordered the naked burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, salsa verde (which is actually brown at Chipotle), chicken, corn, and lettuce. I think it tastes much more flavorful and well-seasoned too. I didn't order chips but they look so much more appetizing here. For some reason, they look pale at Chipotle. Anyway, I love Qdoba! Went to Q'doba with my wife tonight. I ordered my normal but she wasn't sure what to get. Fernando and Rico were extremely helpful with suggestions and even allowed her to sample a couple of items so she could find exactly what she wanted. I work next to this Qdoba and often have to order online for pickup. They are very prompt, when I get there my order is almost always on the rack. As far as what to eat, I rotate between quesadilla, burrito, and makes burrito. Today I got the chicken naked burrito with added steak. It was enough for lunch and dinner and I am a big eater. I went with brown rice, pinto and black beans, grilled veggies, jalapeno, diced onion, queso, sour cream, and guac. Delicious! read more

If you work in J-town this is an excellent spot for your lunch break or takeout... You WILL be waiting in like from entrance to counter if you arrive after 12:00pm until about 2:00pm Their team is consistent and the food is consistent. Online ordering is convenient but I recommend calling to ensure they received the order. The Qdoba Card collects points for a free entree quickly when you and your friends at work are eating there once a week and the BOGO deals are impossible to pass up. Again another Chain... Doing it right... Because they have policies and procedures in place and you always know what you are going to get. MY FAVORITE: Pulled Pork Nachos with regular queso, sour cream, shredded cheese, guac & corn salsa (all on the side so I can dip my chips and they don't get soggy) PS: If you have never eaten at Qdoba yes, the chips taste like lime and are extra salty on purpose. read more

Paid nearly $10 for a naked chicken burrito. Probably had less than $1 of product on it. Got less than a spoon full of rice even less beans. Chicken was tough. I got a little cheese and a bit of lettuces, and sauce nothing else. The food was cold and the employee seemed put out just to prepare my order. Didn't even get a thank you after I paid. I was alway a big fan of this store, but will not go back until things change. I hate to say this, but Taco Bell would have been a better choice. No one else was in line or dining inside. I do group this in the "Fast Food" category and I do refuse, no matter how good the food or service to give them more than 3 stars. This is however the BEST Qdoba in town I have eaten at. The service is always good (Even during their busy lunch hours) and they get you in and out pretty freaking quick. The REWARDS Program they offer is good also. This restaurant location management needs to be retrained or replaced. Everything about this location is dirty dirty dirty!! And smelly too. We were greeted with the sour smell of dirty carpet and it should have been the first indication to turn around and find another place to eat. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt but it went downhill from there. No one had wiped a table or picked up trash all day. The drink area was gross and the floors had visible dirt that looked like it had been there for months. Windows not washed, fingerprints and grime everywhere. We had to eat outside. I was worried that if the kitchen looked like the dining room, we might get sick from the food. There was an A from the health dept by the door, but I'm pretty sure the inspector had not been around in a while. We won't be in a hurry to eat at Qdoba again. read more

A new addition to the area and a great one at that, the more places around her you can snag lunch at during work the better. This Qdoba is a good one. They are always busy so the food has a high turnover and doesn't sit. The Managers her in their black shirts know there stuff and keep their team moving helping get the lunch crow in and eating fast. I'm a fan of Qdoba, and this one is one of their best. The place is clan fast and friendly. I run in and out for lunch when I'm craving queso. I recommend a queso burrito with the hottest salsa you can get on it and enjoy. I'm not a fan of chains normally but as far as they go this establishment has don their name proud. read more

The worst meal I have ever had from Qdoba. I really like Qdoba and feel they are very consistent no matter what location I visit. This however missed the mark on every item that was ordered. My husbands burritos fell part 2 bites in and was a complete mess. My 2 year olds quesadilla was completely burnt and almost inedible. My quesadilla was put together very sloppily and was all over the container by the time we sat down to eat. The chips were over cooked and definitely a day old. The queso was had been burnt and was a very off orange color. It was so disappointing and quite frankly very poor food quality. I will never return to this location and it will be a very long time before I visit another Qdoba location. read more

I'm not sure what is going on but recently the cleanliness of this restaurant is going down hill fast. Trash and food on the floors and left on tables and the drink station area was disgusting. Who doesn't love Qdoba? This place is delicious. However, if you're trying to go on lunch, expect to wait a little while. The staff is pretty friendly and fast, but lunch time can get pretty crowded. Love going to get my rewards points and getting a free meal. read more

WORST MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I ordered my lunch on the Qdoba website because I was at lunch and unable to leave. The ordering process went fine, except I had to add items to reach the $15 limit they require. When the food arrived my delivery driver Janvier who apparently works for Doordash not Qdoba carried my bag in not by the handles but by the center of the bag crushing my chips in his fist, he never verified i was who ordered the food or spoke AT ALL, he dropped the food on the counter and walked out. Once I opened the bags I noticed about half my order was missing (mostly the items I HAD to order to reach the minimum for delivery). I called the store to let them know and hopefully have the items refunded to my card or have the driver bring them back out to me. I spoke with John who states he is the General Manager of the location, he told me that the items are delivered by doordash so it has nothing to do with them (which i disagree if you contract someone to deliver your product then they are an extension of you). I let him know about the items I was missing and he said he knew because Janvier left an ENTIRE BAG OF FOOD when he picked up my order. I asked him if he could let them know and have them bring it to me and he said no, they only had three people working so I had to come pick it up. I told him I too was at work so picking up the items is impossible, he told me that he could set aside up to two entrée cards for me, but again I would need to come in to pick them up and would just be out the food I ordered AND paid for. I told his I was not ok with this and requested a refund he denied my request. I asked to speak to whomever is above him and he quickly snapped back there was no one higher than him, I asked if this is a corporate location and he said yes, I asked for the number to corporate and he said look it up online. I was shocked by his behavior and I said "is this really how you're handling this situation" and he replied saying yeah, I tried to offer you what I wanted to offer and you said no so I won't help you. this was the end of our conversation I then called doordash who then called and spoke with John. The representative at Doordash advised me John told him I could get ONE entrée card and nothing else. I am displeased and I am hoping to get some form of refund for this joke of an experience and I would also like to hear about the companies plans to handle to unprofessional, abrasive, and just nasty attitude of their GM John. read more
