I get more takeout food from this restaurant (if that's what you want to call it - it's more of a hybrid between fast food and dine-in) than any other in the Boston area, and I always come back for the same thing: the Chicken Taco Salad. Sure, the mounds of veggies, meat, cheese, and salsa kinda defeat the purpose of the whole "salad" concept, but I'd be lying if I told you I didn't love this gem. Top it off with a delicious tortilla bowl and you'll be stuffed for a measly $6.50. If you decide to sit down and eat at Qdoba, you can expect a clean environment, complete with multiple TV's (including a huge projector when big time sporting events are on) and excellent, expedient service. Don't call it a Taco Bell knockoff, this Mexican takeout is in a league of its own. read more

The food is really good here. We had the taco meals, one pork and the other chicken. The additional corn salsa and regular salsa with guacamole complimented it well. We always add a little rice as a filler, but it also adds to the taste. We were happy with the result of our choices and pleased with our meal. We have been a customer for a long time but haven't been there in awhile. It seems like every time there's a management change, the staff becames so concern about portion control. I liked it when Eugene was running the show; he was a great manager and very friendly, and you felt a bit better about the value for the money because of how he trained his staff to prepare the meals. Good: the place is clean, the service is fast, it's never too crowded. Also good are the burritos and tacos. Bad: I love nachos, really really love them, if you think of the variations of "super nachos" most Mexican chains and bars have. Here, their "3-cheese nachos" are the worst excuse for super nachos I've even seen. First, the "cheese" sauce has almost no cheese in it and is some sort of cream sauce. Then if you ask for extra cheese (the real kind), they'll put it on, but won't melt it. So stick to their tacos and burritos, which are good, and get your super nacho craving (if you have one) satisfied elsewhere. read more

I love Qdoba, but this place is at the bottom of my list. They have to improve on preparing a Qdoba worthy burrito. The servers were kinda dismissive and not really caring about preparing me a decent taco; suspicious ingredients were placed on my sacred flour tortilla, having my eyebrows recoiled into frowned position. People need to understand, the food industry is something way more serious than what's becoming. read more

Staff throws the tacos together...don't seem to care if anything actually goes INSIDE the shell. Mine had sour cream slopped all over the outside of the shell....kind of hard to pick it up. After my hair cut at James Joseph at Wellington Circle, I stopped at Qdoba for quick bite. but they burrito is not long and nice like Anna's. They are fat and easy to break. After ordered a fresh Juice, it can cost around $10. Anna's has a choice of regular and super and regular cost less. Anyways, a positive thing is there is parking space around if you drive. I came in here looking for nachos. They have something called "three cheese nachos" on the menu and when I asked for it, the guy at the counter literally had NO idea what I was talking about. I explained that I just wanted chips & cheese. He still had no idea what I was asking for. Another lady asked if I wanted the chips & queso. Sure. The queso was fine. Very weird service. My very first experience at this place made me decide to completely avoid Qdoba brand. For an unexplained reason, after the cashier had given out the receipt to me after I bought my very first burrito bowl at this place, she asked me again my credit card. Then someone who seemed the person in charge came out and took away my credit card into the back room. Till that point, no one explained to me what was happening. Instead, they were talking in a foreign language. After a few minutes, the guy came out holding my credit card and told me that the transaction did not go through. I asked them if the transaction did not go through, how come the receipt was printed out. I requested him to cancel the transaction and I gave them back the burrito. Since I was concerned about their unusual behavior, I checked my credit card account online. Of course, my card was charged (pending transaction). Immediately I called my bank (it was a business card) and explained to them what had happened to my card. They suggested me to replace my card with a new one. Since it was a business card, it took me two days to replace with a new card and to have the transaction unauthorized. Sigh!! I emailed to Qdoba regarding their staff's unusual behavior. read more

It might not be fair to give this place four stars since I have only been here twice and got the same exact thing both times. However the Ancho Chile BBQ chicken burrito is so damn good!!! Firstly, its huge and takes me an hour to finish. Secondly, the taste of the BBQ sauce always leaves me craving more. The location in Wellington Circle completely sucks and parking (especially on Friday nights) is almost impossible. Not sure where everyone is because the two times I have been there, the joint has been completely empty. The staff is not offensive, nor are they overly friendly. The prices are terrific and I don't care much for the atmosphere because really I just want my burrito. As a matter of fact, Qdoba for dinner tonight sounds damn good!! read more
