DON'T! This place is dirty, very disorganized, mismanaged, and VERY overpriced! Oh, the $12 burritos are cold. Trust me -- just DON''T.

The service was friendly and the food was decent. The restaurant was filthy, though. The tables were covered with crumbs and fingerprints and nobody made an effort to come out and clean them. The trash was overflowing. I witnessed an employee collect the dirty trays and stay them behind the counter near the food service area. They were eventually picked up and brought to the back to be washed (I hope) but dirty dishes should never be placed in the food prep area. This restaurant could be excellent. They'll need to hire more employees to keep up with the cleaning, though. read more

The food selection at the outlet is pretty bad and unhealthy. This is my go-to after a long day of shopping. I like Qdoba because they don't charge extra for guac. Their food is tasty but not better than Chipotle imo. I usually get a quesadilla. This particular location can be slow but that hasn't stopped me from returning. read more

The staff is so nice and always willing to answer questions and concerns, which I like. But it's dirty. The floor around the soda machine was so sticky, it ripped my flip-flop right off and the condiments bar was gross, I was hesitant to take anything from it. There was a small box of limes that was disgusting looking and tint flies all around it, plus the trash reeked. The tables are the same way with dirty napkins and food all over them and on the floor. The staff was hanging out in the back talking and gossiping, which is fine because they're all high school kids, but it seems like they need someone there to tell them to get back to work. read more

Dinner. 8:15 pm. Friday night. One other diner who took it to go; when we left about 45-minutes later, there were about 10 people there. Restaurant was messy..many tables hadn't been wiped down: food scraps, liquids and paper trash evident; the condiment area was messy... straws both opened and sealed were strewn over the counter; the inside bottom part of the storage area where the hot sauce bottles were stored looked orange either from rust or spilled sauce (even though that row contained the green Tabasco sauce). The cooks were very nice, but they should speak louder from behind the counter. Quesadillas were tasty, made to order with fresh ingredients and served fairly quickly. Would eat here again, but more attention needs to be paid to the appearance of the place. It doesn't take much time or effort to wipe down a table or pick up trash. I know it's no fun to pick up after messy eaters, but hey...it's a restaurant and cleaning goes with the job. It's a good option when up to the outlets, the decor, staff, and most of all food is good if you're just looking for a quick meal.

The food tasted fresh and good and service was prompt. They do not offer recycling of their soda bottles so I took off a star for that. Prices are not cheap but are competitive with the food court at the mall and with a better quality food. read more

I like Qdoba... I really do! However the service at this particular location is severely lacking in speed. I live nearby and have only been here once where I could walk up and order. The other times I have stood by and watched as one person fields all of the orders while one or two others putter around doing busy work. One person in particular moves like a sloth when she does help out (I think she might be the manager) The food is awesome especially the Mexican Gumbo and Quesadillas if you have the time to spare. But if you are in a rush, Chipotle might be better for you. read more

I have gone to many places like QDOBA (i.e Chipotle or California burritos) and I must say that this play doesn't even hold a candle to them. My main issue was the rice. It was so under cooked, and no not the grainy sort of rice. The rice was so under cooked that some bits were as hard as if they came out of the bag. It actually hurt my teeth and it was awful. And my other big complaint was the veggies. The veggies weren't cut up at all, they were big and round in there original form. Like who doesn't know how to cut veggies at all. Trust me when I say this, go to Chipotle or California burritos, they cost less or as much and they are a 1000 times better. read more

Food was absolutely terrible. I got a bowl with brisket, all of my brisket was stuck together with fat, some of it was completely red. My boyfriend got the pulled pork quesadillas and his meat also had a lot of chewy fat on it. It was our first time there, should have just got chicken. Pork was also in a pool of water. Don't really want to go back. We tossed our meals in the garbage and then went to chipotle. read more

Extra mediocre. Ran out of most things by Sunday @ 7 (they close at eight). Had to eat outside, b/c air conditioning was on full. asked to turn down the a/c, but they "couldn't" Tried to have my child use the bathroom @745, but doors were locked. Never been to a Qdoba, but thought it would be nice to try. Major disappointment. Service was disorganized and they were out of two of the key items for my burrito, at midday! Only one of the staff appeared to know how items were made and was yelling back to the kitchen, "we need more (fill in the blank)!" My burrito was assembled on a piece of foil that was too small to keep it from touching the counter as it was dragged along - right across some old black bean sauce. ewwwwww. Meat content was low, it was mostly rice, and not even the rice I wanted because they were out of that. Taste was not impressive either. First impressions are lasting - I will not be back. read more

I've eaten there on the weekend, and not had problems; but avoid mid-week evenings. The staff need a lot of training. There were only two customers on their way out when I arrived. I had to repeatedly ask the man to repeat himself. It took a very long time to get food. When I was called for my order. Not all of my order was there. Additionally, it was incorrect. I specifically asked for no sour cream only guacamole, and there was more sour cream than entree. He asked if I was allergic and I said no. I asked them just to scrape it off, I was in a hurry. The cashier was willing to do that, and gloved up, but the man took it out of her hands. I repeated that I was in a hurry and asked that they just scrape off the sour cream and add the guacamole. He said no and threw it away, and insisted that it would only take a minute. It took 15 minutes the first time, it was going to be faster the second time?
