A 1 Entree Platter ($9.69), 2 Entree Platter ($11.19) and 3 Entree Platter ($12.69), choices of beef, chicken, or vegetable entree served with vegetable fried rice, rice, or noodles. After shopping, I stopped by the food court for a bite to eat. Half of the places in the food court were closed on a weeknight, but Asian Pro was open where I decided to eat. I picked the 3 Entree Platter ($13.77 with tax) and chose kung pao chicken, general tso's chicken, and beef & broccoli with vegetable fried rice. The portion size was decent, fried rice in one half of the box and the 3 meat entrees on the other side. The food was okay, not piping hot, but not dried out either. The meats were on the chewy side and the vegetable pieces were still firm. The vegetable fried rice was a mix of soft light colored fried rice with peas, carrots, and egg was pretty good. This is a good place to stop for lunch or dinner while shopping at the outlets. I wouldn't drive out of my way for this, but at least Asian Pro doesn't serve the dark fried rice like the other local Chinese places in Merrimack.
