    I repeat do not eat from this facility while eating my lunch. It was a whole bug in my food. Call the store and the general manager thought it was funny. Now we were offered to give me my money back will upload pictures as well.

    Broken soap dispenser in men's room... Coupled with out of order lady's room.

    Worst Qdoba ever. Abysmally slow service, minuscule amounts of meat, and no soap in the men's room because the dispenser is broken... Oh and an out of order lady's room. How do the employees wash their hands after they use the bathroom? Hmm?

    This is my second time eating at this particular one. I have always a had nice experience. Friendly staff and fresh food! I usually get the quesadilla or the combo 2 with nachos or burrito bowl. I enjoy their chips with salsa and queso. I would go here for a quick eat and quiet meeting place.

    Delicious food. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Staff is nice. Prices are fair. Everything was very fresh.

When I arrived I parked on the side of the building since they don't have any parking in front. There were not many people in line so I was able to place my order quickly. I just wanted a little cheeseburger a regular fries and a regular drink. Total came to a little bit more than twenty four dollars. I didn't remember how expensive it was. While waiting for my order to be ready I went over to fill my drink I noticed the floor was very slippery. It had been raining off and on all day so maybe that was why. Her tone seemed rushed, and she didn't come across as very friendly or personable. There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant at the time, although I understand there may have been pickup or online orders that needed attention. Even with that in mind, I felt like I was being rushed through the ordering process rather than welcomed as a customer. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because the staff is usually upbeat, engaging, and makes the experience enjoyable, so this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying she was rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth and customer engagement. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.

My son and I were looking at the Menu to do a DoorDash order, all of a sudden, my husband stated, "We can just get dressed and go to the store." Great idea! From the time we walked in until the time we left, Service was A++++++. My husband asked my Son and I if we wanted to stay or go home, I'm so glad, we chose to stay and eat in. As we sat there waiting for our food, they were getting busy. All of a sudden, the Manager came from out the back and began helping. He washed his hands and started assisting on the Front Line, once that was caught up, he then washed his hands again, and assisted on the Grill. Never looked like he broke a sweat. Omg, and the Young Lady that helped with the Desserts, Customers, taking Orders, bringing Orders to the Table, was amazing! She didn't break a Sweat either! After my family and I received our Meal, I just couldn't stop watching the positive things that I saw. I went to the Register to speak with the Manager to explain how I was truly Impressed with the Service that was bestowed upon us and others. The young ladies name that kept that store flowing like it was nothing, is Leynah. She has a wonderful spirit, and didn't allow anything to Steal Her Joy. She is the Best!! There was a really nice girl that came from behind the counter to help me because she could tell I had not been there in a while. It had been a year. I guess it showed on my face . We talked and she walked me through the sauces with a sample of the ones she recommended. Again super nice . The restaurant was clean and bright. Some employees were cleaning and greeting customers as they entered. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to go home and indulge. And.... I had a birthday brownie waiting me ?! I seen it in my rewards when I entered my number . So don't forget to sign up for the rewards.

The staff clearly see customers standing there but choose to ignore them. I was looked at several times, yet nobody bothered to take my order or even acknowledge me. Employees would walk right past without saying anything, as if I wasn't there. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me were served and completed their orders much faster. On this visit, I waited around 30 minutes before anyone finally approached me. This is not an isolated case either -- out of about 10 visits, I've experienced the same kind of delay and disregard at least 8 times. It feels like there is no proper system or accountability in place. Whether it's understaffing or poor management, the result is the same: customers are ignored and service is extremely slow and disorganized. The food is not even the main issue -- it's the complete lack of basic attention and respect for customers. After this kind of experience, there is little to no reason to return.
