I've had multiple frustrating experiences here due to the female manager. She repeatedly complains when I ask for queso and chips on the side for my nacho bowl, even though it's essentially the same ingredients dissembled; just not soaked together. I prefer my food not to be soggy, and it's disappointing that such a simple request turns into an issue every time. Customer preferences should be respected, especially when the request doesn't change the order. read more

Very disappointed to go here after loving this place for almost 15 years. The staff is so picky with everything they give you. One scoop too much and they're charging you. It's like they're so scared to do anything. I will not be coming back. It sucks because it's so close to home. I had a very positive experience at this Qdoba! Last week, I went for a "chicken bowl" - man was it good and full of toppings. Great portion size, toppings were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly-ish (nobody loves front line fast food). The chicken was fresh, warm, moist, juicy... rice was fluffy. Toppings fresh and plentiful (even when I asked for more/double). When all was said and done, they could barely close the lid on my VERYREEASONABLE chicken bowl. The restaurant was clean. Well run. I'd rank this at par or even higher than other like-cuisine fast casual restaurants (the C-one). Bang for the buck is awesome! Keep it up! read more

I tried this place as I had grown tired of Chipolte. This place has a double steak protein bowl , so I ordered it . The worker did the bait and switch and gave me a double serving of meat which is not on the menu. It cost me an extra 4.50. When the worker was found out , he claimed that he didnt understand , his english was not that good. I had him call his manager who did the same thing. I wont go here anymore. Average service here. What I mean is, sometimes there're friendly and get my order right and other times it's a complete miss. There is no consistency in quality, accuracy or customer service. Yet, their options are better than Chipotle IMO and my kids prefer it over the competitors, so we continue to come. At this point I always order in person (online pick up order is a risk if you desire accurate). I will say the store is always clean. read more

From out of town so I don't visit this location often. My first visit was wonderful, the staff was great and the food was hot. My second visit, not so much. One of the employees running the line was extremely rude, throwing stuff all over the place and loudly complaining about customers. From my understanding, they were supposed to clock out and go home, but a small dinner rush came in. Again, to a customer, that's out of our control, so to be treated by whatever their going through is not fair to a unsuspecting customer. When we got to checkout, we weren't even offered drinks, chips or a receipt. Despite her, the rest of the staff was understanding and great, Lady with the pigtails was awesome, she's always nice when we come in. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Stopped in to eat today....stood in a line with my son. It was 2 people in front of us. 5 young people in the work area. Noone came to the counter or otherwise made contact with us....took our order or even acknowledged our existence. We walked out after 12 minutes of waiting. This is my second time eating at this particular one. I have always a had nice experience. Friendly staff and fresh food! I usually get the quesadilla or the combo 2 with nachos or burrito bowl. Whenever I go here I'm always met with a horrible attitude by the ladies working on the line. No "hello how are you" they just stare at you with a miserable expression and wait for you to order. The food isnt great either. The server scrapes for the old food at the bottom of the tins before even considering fresh replacements. I had to ask for fresh meat. Qdoba is like Jane Brady. She wants the attention her older sister, Marcia (Chipotle in this case), receives but just doesn't have what it takes to get it. I've been to this location a couple of times due to some people here and there preferring Qdoba's food over the older sister's. I believe they enjoyed the convenience and accessibility as the closest Chipotle is in Pikesville. Anywho, I was in the mood for tacos and because I don't trust Taco Bell and I was limited on time to drive to Pikesville, I settled on Qdoba. I ordered the Drunken Yardbird tacos which has lime chicken, salsa verde, cheese and guacamole. They were decent and satisfied my taco craving but left my wallet empty. Three tacos were $10 after taxes which is a bit overpriced. Another downside is the fact that you can't mix and match your taco fillings. What ever taco you request, you can either get one or three all made the same way. Overall, the food was lackluster. Will just bite the bullet and drive to Chipotle (or another Mexican restaurant) the next time I'm in need of tacos. read more

Didn't even order food - the place was so dirty I just didn't want to take the chance. The rice had bits of the surrounding food in it, the steak looked burnt, and the countertop was visibly dirty. On the walk out noticed that pretty much everything else was just as dirty. I had taken a break from this place just for this reason and now they are on the "do not order" list. No need for customer service to contact me - there is nothing you can do to make this right except hire staff that keep your restaurant clean for the people that are still willing to go here. I do not want to be contacted, nor do I want any free food or vouchers. read more

As a Chipotle stan, it took me awhile to come around to Qdoba. My boyfriend is the opposite, and we used to "lovingly" disagree on which place had better food. He would always argue in favor of Qdoba's queso sauce. I didn't really care that much about the queso, but one day I woke with a craving and I HAD to have it! Ever since that fateful day Qdoba has won me over, and in my opinion, Chipotle may have some competition! Aside from the queso sauce, I like the fact that Qdoba has a more varied menu. In addition to burritos, they have tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos, and soup. Even better is their "Craft 2" menu option, where you can order two menu items at a smaller portion than normal. This is great for those times when you can't decide what to get, or when you want to try something new but also want what your usual order. I'm not sure why this particular Qdoba has low ratings...every time I've come here, the service has been fine and the food is always up to par. If you're ready to shake things up a little bit, try something different and give Qdoba a chance! read more

No complaints here, you get what you expect. I would say sometimes people are friendly, sometimes they aren't but their food is consistent with the chain and very good. We get carry out from here often since our office is right down the road. They always get the order right so no complaints there. I went there last week and placed an order for the surf and turf. I asked how much it would be if I ordered chicken as well. The young lady told me I will have to create my own. She could not understand that I wanted to just order additional chicken. The guy told me it will be an additional 2.49. He was able to stop all that confusion of her, not understanding. I paid with apple pay. Right after it dinged my card. I saw all these mice turds by the register. There were other people in there so I did not et anyone know but I emailed the corporate office to let them know, I did not want to destroy the business. Corporate has not gotten back to me after a week. That is why I am leaving this review. I wanted them to correct the problem but they ignored the issue. This is very nasty. It means they have a real problem with mice and obviously corporate is not taking it seriously. read more

My husband and I stopped in today for a quick lunch the restaurant was empty . We were the only customers in the store . The employees were standing around as if they had nothing to do we notice what appeared to be the manager in the back joking around with employees. I arrived at this location around 9:00pm and the young lady working in the front disregarded and ignored me standing in front of her. She continued to wipe down the area where the food was for about 5 mins until she mentioned that she would "be right with me." I literally watched the rag that she used dip into the pinto beans as she kept wiping! I was so disgusted, I Immediately I left out and went somewhere else for dinner. I got the tortilla in a bowl which was pretty good. I don't really eat here so wasn't sure what all to expect. I like that they offer ground beef as a meat option...yum! I have a thing for ground beef, queso & sour cream. I was however disappointed in the guacamole. I love chips & gauc, and this definitely fell short. The guac just didn't have a good taste, the chips were meh. they do have a good queso. I hope they can improve on the guac. but will be back for the bowl. read more

Definitely the highlight of the meal. A couple small things kept it from being a full 5 stars: the mashed potatoes came out without gravy, and the cornbread was a bit on the dry side. Not deal-breakers, but worth noting. Overall, the flavors were good, the portions were fair, and the service was warm.

There was a really nice girl that came from behind the counter to help me because she could tell I had not been there in a while. It had been a year. I guess it showed on my face . We talked and she walked me through the sauces with a sample of the ones she recommended. Again super nice . The restaurant was clean and bright. Some employees were cleaning and greeting customers as they entered. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to go home and indulge. And.... I had a birthday brownie waiting me ?! The staff clearly see customers standing there but choose to ignore them. I was looked at several times, yet nobody bothered to take my order or even acknowledge me. Employees would walk right past without saying anything, as if I wasn't there. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me were served and completed their orders much faster. On this visit, I waited around 30 minutes before anyone finally approached me. This is not an isolated case either -- out of about 10 visits, I've experienced the same kind of delay and disregard at least 8 times. It feels like there is no proper system or accountability in place. Whether it's understaffing or poor management, the result is the same: customers are ignored and service is extremely slow and disorganized. The food is not even the main issue -- it's the complete lack of basic attention and respect for customers. After this kind of experience, there is little to no reason to return.
