Incompetence at its finest. Went in for a veggie burrito. Mind you, I order this at least once a week due to the few vegetarian options available for a quick bite. The girl put my order in a bowl and when I said I wanted the burrito which is in a tortilla and she proceeded to argue about it saying that my only option for a veggie burrito was a shell or bowl. How is it that I can order online on your website and get a veggie burrito, but can't do it in person while talking to a human being?? If you plan on eating here, please heed my advice and order online as you won't have a computer arguing with you that you can't order something that is in their menu. read more

HORRRRIBLE location. Workers are rude to say the least. And don't even try to order online because they can't simply read a printed piece of paper of what you ordered without messing it up? I had my credit card number stolen from this Qdoba and had $400 worth of charges at officemax in Georgia. This however isn't an isolated incident, 5 of my coworkers so far have all had fraudulent charges after eating here as well as my brother, all of whom have visited Qdoba in the past 2-4 weeks. I have never been to Qdoba so I signed up online and received a coupon for free chips with my order. My wife and I came in. There was no line, which was nice. We told them that we had never been to a Qdoba and received NO HELP ordering or any suggestings. I guess, it was pretty self-explanatory. Anyways, at the end of the line, i couldnt pull up my free chip coupon. The cashier was apathetic and could not look me up by phone number. She pretty much seems unenthused at all. We purchased the chips. The food was MEH. I've had better. I'd eat here again if there was nothing else. Definitely not memorable. read more

Well, I go here from time to time and it is a decent priced meal and if you get the right thing you might leave full. Enchiladas, burritos, tacos, salads....I get the burrito. More bang for your buck and the signature flavors are A-ok!. Today I tried the Poblano pesto burrito. The cheese was good and the salsa with the meat is what I really tasted, not too much of the pesto. At $7 just for the burrito, huge size is a good buy especially with money being tight for alot of people. I just got my Qdoba rewards card and hopefully that'll mean something. read more

Meh. The food has been not great lately. I had Chipotle on Monday which was so good I was still craving a burrito today. Qdoba is closest to my apartment so I went there since it's usually my favorite. The food has been lacking lately and my burrito today which was 80% dried out rice just was not good. Lousy, lousy, lousy. The last quesdilla I had here, the chicken was so tough as to be inedible When you enter the store, the staff disappears into the back so they won't have to wait on you. they barely put anything on our food. the littlest amount of meat cheese lettuce etc. it's not like they're rationing they can put more on. we're paying money and i don't care if they're new they can use common sense and know that we're not a toddler we're a normal person that can have more instead of wasting our money. read more
