This is a chain that specializes in huge burritos, burrito bowls or tacos. You get to select the fixings, kind of like Subway is for sandwiches. They were open during COVID. They had lobby and several tables outside available. We got our food quickly and it tasted good. They were allowing free refills on drinks which is nice because many places stopped that during COVID. This is my favorite place to get food in town, however today I picked up a burrito that was about a third of the size of the regular burrito, definitely not $12 worth. It appears my experience was very similar to many others who have left reviews. Waited in line for 20 minutes, then they're out of several items. They act like they had no idea they were out, then it's a 10-15 minute wait if you still want it while the rest of your meal gets cold. Ben the cashier had a big attitude as if he's doing the world a favor, apparently talking tough to people in their 70's makes Ben feel important. I watched three people ahead of me leave the counter dissatisfied by his attitude also, I guess that's acceptable behavior at this place. The manager with green hair has no interest in recognizing that they could possibly have done anything wrong, just full of excuses and disinterest. This is one of the dirtiest locations I have every ate at. I love Qdoba but they need to take care of this location. I saw 6 people in the front and not one was cleaning the place. We took our food to eat outside because it was so unappetizing to eat inside. I have been to this location may times and it is always the same. Absolutely loved the food and the service guys. We got there about 30 min prior to the closing time. One of the girls mentioned that they do close pretty soon but then the manager who was serving as well assured us that we are welcome to order and hang around as long as we wanted. They will not kick us out because of closing time. We just wanted a quick bite before heading back to the hotel and we got our fill. The food was fresh and delicious and there is something for everyone. I have been a Chipotle loyal customer but I guess Qdoba has won me over. If you are a cheese lover they have an edge over Chipotle because there are a few queso options here that is not in Chipotle. Love this place. read more

Disappointed with their grilled chicken they use in their tacos. They don't use the white meat of the chicken and just use the gristle and fat pieces from the dark meat. Qdoba is currently my favorite in the category of fast casual Mexican. They put together your meal in front of you, so you can see everything that's going into it. There are several meats to choose from as well as several salsas.
