This is one of my so called tacos.

I was excited for them to open. Had QDOBA before and it was Fantastic!! Well this location left a lot to be desired I ordered the three tacos. Picked my FILLINGS..... What a joke! I would of been better off going to Taco Hell!!! Service area with the food was messy and cluttered with Old Food!! Floors in need of a cleaning. Literally the floor to the kitchen was littered with food items. Won't ever be back. Spent forty dollars and couldn't even eat anything.

How can a new place already be this bad? Burrito bowl was so mushy it was inedible. The bowl had barely any rice and meat and pure mush. Also very cold no fault to the driver.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor, and the portions were generous. The drinks were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. Everyone made us feel valued and ensured we had a great dining experience. The restaurant offers a lively, family-friendly environment with made-to-order Mexican dishes and a great selection of drinks. If you're looking for delicious Mexican cuisine, great service, and an all-around enjoyable dining experience, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

Tables seated after us had already received drinks, chips, and salsa before we were even greeted. Once our server finally came over, things moved quickly -- but I still had to walk around the restaurant tracking down staff just to get napkins and silverware. For food, I ordered the 3-piece chicken dinner tacos and found them way too salty. I ended up using the beans on the side to try and balance the flavor out. My spouse had the birria tacos and thought they were decent. Chips and salsa were fine. At $40 for two people the price was fair, but between the slow start to service and the overly salty food, we left feeling just okay about the experience. Not sure we'd make it back.

Now here we are celebrating another family members Birthday and we were a party of seven tonight (Six of us were from the previous celebration)... stay with me, there's a point I'm going to make. So, we all had very different orders and drinks two months ago and everything was fabulous as it always is and it just so happens that we got the same Waitress tonight that we had before and not only did she remember us, but she also remembered what each one of us ordered. I mean food AND Drinks... down to the Sugar Rim on the Margaritas and the side shots on some other drinks being served! She even remembered that I ordered Lime and Cilantro on the side of my meal and had a preference of Corn Tortillas! COME ON MAN!!! PIA IS AMAZING!!! Juan Miguel's... I don't know what you guys are paying this young woman, but whatever it is... it is not enough! She is phenomenal! Don't get me wrong, we come there for the fantastic food but Pia has made the experience something much more special than we anticipated. She's truly the type of employee that you ALWAYS take care of. She's good for business. We'll see you guys next month. We told her so and we know one thing for certain... SHE WON'T FORGET!

Important point - their salsa served with chips before and with the meals is overloaded with chili powder (dark color) and would make an amazing base for chili. We didn't finish either dish due to the salsa and were really hungry by the time we arrived after traveling. The restaurant was semi full so must be some like that. For us - no bueno! Won't be back. We were kind about our critique and waitress received it well. Restaurant was clean and well kept. I mean this with kindness - Recuerdos! (Best wishes) PS: shockingly waitress agreed with us and stated she doesn't recommend the restaurant even though she works there. Try it for yourself and see if it works for you though.

My wife and I have been running errands and wanted to try something new for supper and found this place on yelp. When we arrived it seemed a little quiet, but the hostess/waitress quickly appeared and showed us to a table. From there everything went smoothly. I opted for a plate of enchiladas, and found them to be very well prepared and seasoned. The salsa had that wonderful tomato forward texture to it that I enjoy very much. The room is small, and it's clear that they get most of their business on carryout. That being said I think if you showed up with a somewhat larger party they would be glad to take care of you. They certainly took good care of us.

Being that I'm on this side of town for a few days, I figured it was finally time to check it out. The location's much bigger with more seating than the Rochester Hills one. Nicely decorated with ample seating, you order at the counter and they run the food out to you. Not sure if they have waitresses or not, but that's how they were running it when I was there. I asked if they had Birria tacos and the man behind the counter said they do, just not on the menu. I ordered the taco dinner with shredded beef, rice, beans and a glass of water. I got served chips and dip which was okay, but the salsa was a bit runny for my liking. The "hot" salsa was good, and wasn't overpowering. Eventually, my food came out and it was a huge portion! I was impressed with all three tacos, rice and beans. It was only $13 on the menu, so I was happy with how much food I was served. The beef was a little on the dry side but still fairly good. Rice and beans were decent, but the music was a bit on the louder side. I docked a star for the meat being a bit dry and louder music considering it wasn't really necessary. The man who rang me up was super nice and friendly and also went through the menu with me since I had a few questions before ordering. Overall, a decent meal for the price and I'd return in the future.
