I visited QFC, wanted something different and exciting. Lunch time and very hungry. The food at the deli counter looked delicious. I was greeted right away by 5 separate employees! Awesome I was even able to sample the food before purchasing. I chose to go with the sushi. The sushi was delicious and fresh. Ambiance in the store was warm and inviting. It was an awesome experience at this QFC. Each of the associates were happy and willing to help each customer coming to the counter. Very impressive. Hats off to the manger at the deli counter. I will definitely return for lunch or grab something for dinner! Very excellent service. You do not see this type of service often . It's most definitely appreciated! TIL next time. Does QFC just not believe in checkers doing their jobs anymore? I had two separate delivery orders so I go to a checker to help me out. He scans my items, pushes them aside, and then just stands there waiting for me to bag my own items. Look, I could've gone to self checkout if I didn't need your help. If I'm going to a checker, it should be obvious I would like help bagging my groceries. DO BETTER! It's not even just this location either, I've been to several locations with shortened produce belts almost as if to peer-pressure their customers into doing the work themselves. Pathetic. read more

First time visiting QFC ever and I found it to be similar store as Kroger. Inside is clean and prices are marked well. I was looking for Seattles Beechers Mac N Cheese and I found it! One whole section in the frozen aisle. Lots of flavors. I went home and cooked it and it was delicious. Other sections of the store included bakery, meat, seafood, and produce. They also have a nice floral display in the front. No self check out here so I had to wait in line. Granted it was later in the evening but I was hoping they would open up more checkers. Anyways I Plan to visit here again soon. read more

I have visited every QFC location in Bellevue and this is the one that I shop at the least. Even though I drive through Factoria often, I prefer to shop at the other Bellevue locations instead. It is located in Factoria Village, which I do not like driving around to find parking in. The store has a Starbucks and a pharmacy which are plusses, but I find the store to be a bit dated. The Crossroads location has the same issue, but I would rather go there since I am more familiar with the store layout. If I really needed something from QFC and this is the closest location, I would shop here but otherwise would not go out of my way as it does not stand out as offering anything special worth the longer drive. read more

Was just in doing my weekly grocery shopping. As I was headed to check-out I noticed that all the lanes were closed and the only option was self check-out. I had a cart full of groceries so I was going to ask if they could open a register for me - I still remember the days when self check-out was 15 items or less. Well the older woman in front of me beat me to it, she asked an employee if they'd mind opening a register and the employee just straight up said no, you have to use self check out. I did a one-star review of several QFCs in my area because of my experience today with digital coupons. The QFC staff are all great, and I like QFC products including produce, meat and seafood, and deli (Boars Head). I like QFC brands including private selection. My issue is with digital coupons. Today I went shopping and I purchased 45 items. 30 items had a digital coupon meaning most items had one. Each item with a digital coupon required 7 clicks on my phone to clip the digital coupon. This means I swiped and clicked and scanned my phone 210 times to purchase my groceries. Mind you, most of the products with digital coupons were QFC brands (Kroger, Private Selection, etc.). I came prepared with a grocery list, I shopped efficiently, and it still took over an hour to do my shopping. I spent a significant amount of my time clicking and swiping digital coupons. Next, I had to checkout. My local QFC does not have checkers, so I am now required to scan every item, and bag it. I scanned most of these items once, and now I am scanning the same items a second time. I buy a good deal of produce which takes extra time because unlike a checker, I haven't memorized all the produce codes. Checking out takes about 20 minutes and I am efficient and moving as fast as I can. I've now scanned about 40 items and clicked the screen to ring up my produce another 30 times. About an hour and a half later, I'm leaving the store. I've clicked on a digital device about 250 times in total. By the time I factor in the time to drive to and from the store, a simple shopping trip took me 2 hours. I asked the QFC employee, "why would QFC corporate decision makers possibly want to create such a terrible experience for me?". It was an honest question. The QFC employee was nice, and explained the benefits of the app. Although the benefits of the app may be relevant to someone, they are not relevant to me. I spend thousands of dollars at QFC every year. I've shopped at QFC, almost exclusively, for dozens of years. It's shocking to think how much money I have spent at QFC. Why would QFC reward my patronage by making me click a device hundreds of times every time I go shopping, on top of making me ring up and bag my own groceries. I'm sure somewhere there is someone in a QFC corporate office behind this experience, claiming victory for all of this. QFC corporate person, if you are reading this review, I want you to know that you are an idiot that is out of touch with the experience your customers are having in your stores, or you are fully aware of their experience and that makes you a jerk. Someone is reading this review and saying to me, "why aren't you just shopping at Costco?" To you I say, "touché" read more

Not so tidy or organized at this QFC, for some reason the shelves behind the Deli/bakery were messed up, as items were not in the section where they belong to. Employees busy chatting as they idling around, showing no potential efforts to improve it. The cashier didn't even hand me the receipt, glad I reminded him for it. I know things can be harder during corona times , but you guys really letting the store going downhill. Did not see cashiers/ grocery handlers wearing masks or gloves. Empty sanitizers. read more

WATCH OUT FOR COCA-COLA VENDOR Today while I was buying a lot of coke products in the QFC Factoria soft drink aisle, a Coca-Cola vendor [as identified by Samantha the store manager] walked up behind me, and evidently became annoyed having a Coca-Cola consumer in his way. He started a series major bullying plays. With products to stock on the shelves in his hands, he reached right over my head almost banging into my head several times, then started sticking his arm directly in front of my face while I was just trying to gather Coca-Cola products. Whoever this Coca-Cola vendor is, he obviously did not care about the harm he was causing to the reputation of the QFC managers by bullying their customers. Watch out for any Coca-Cola vendors you see in this QFC location, you could be hurt just trying to purchase Coca-Cola product when this guy is around. He evidently is so arrogant that customers of his employers mean nothing to him. He treats them as invisible. Samantha, self-identified as that location's store manager, assured me she would discuss this bullying behavior with the Coca-Cola vendor. I am posting this to alert QFC Factoria customers to be on the lookout for this bully so you don't get hurt badly. read more

I was originally intending to give this store A One star. Here is why. The store doesn't have the same selection as some of the bigger QFC stores I've been to. Ever since Safeway closed down several months ago I have been frequent seeing this place more often. While I was checking out the cashier literally walked away while I was punching in my Club card membership to help another customer at the liquor case in front. I thought that was extremely rude of him. You don't walk away from a customer while they're paying for their items. I had to wait on him while he was helping the customer who was behind me pick out liquor. This guy should not be a cashier. Why I decided to raise my star rating to three stars instead of one: After I was done finally paying for my items and being checked out by the rude disrespectful cashier I was so frustrated and I left important paperwork on the counter nearby where you insert your credit card. As I was walking out the store oh, the kind Bag Boy made the effort to leave his position and returned my paperwork to me. I don't think the cashier would have done that cuz he's a rude jerk. That cashier should be fired and the bag boy should be promoted soon. I do like they're dining room area but they could use better food at the deli and they need better wi-fi in the dining room so I can watch a funny half hour comedy on my labtop with my headphones on ( so while I eat I can ignore some of the crazy Riff Raff that are starting to hang out in the area and finish my meal in peace) read more

This is my go-to grocery store. There is a decent offering of organic produce and the bathrooms are always clean. It's always pleasant to be checked out by Eric and Kevin, they're both so friendly. I like that they carry too pot donuts and beaches cheese products. I haven't found the larger bottles of kombucha here yet, so o go to the Safeway in Eastgate or Newcastle for those. read more

The checker was texting on her phone and made me check out an entire cart full at the self checkout with one arm as I held my baby the entire time. Not everything fit on the scale and I dropped many items. She watched as our bag broke and my kids and I picked it all up. Zero help from the checker. I tried to speak to her and was ignored. I like it thick. My wife, on the other hand, likes it super thin. That is a problem for me in a variety of ways. Key though, is that every time I go to a deli counter and ask for ham sliced as thin as possible, I get a 'look' and then usually a half-hearted attempt to slice it fairly thin. They show me a piece or two, I tell them it is not thin enough, they give me another 'look', and slice it slightly thinner, I wimp out and give up, saying it's perfect. I get home, I'm in trouble. Again. "But honey, at least I wasn't at the strip club!" But Justin, on the other hand, working the deli counter, was smiling and friendly throughout, and took slicing the ham as thinly as possible as a personal challenge. In fact, I had to tell him it was shaved a bit too thin, something I have never said before in my life. I was even more surprised when he grabbed the Havarti, and asked if I wanted it thinly sliced too. Hey QFC, good job hiring Justin! Love how much the organics are increasing in store, and also the great array of non-milk 'milks'. Tip: this is a terrible parking lot. Don't park right up next to the store even if a great spot opens up. You have to back out of the spots into constant two way traffic, and it can be quite difficult. Just walk a few feet and park in the main areas of the parking lot - plenty of parking. Tip: check out the alternative milk section. Get the 'normal' almond/chia or hemp milk, or go for walnut, macadamia, or pistachio, for example. read more

This QFC rocks. It's clean, it's friendly, and it used to be really close to where I lived. The seafood guy is especially friendly and the produce stockers make sure that everything is clean and fresh, they don't hide the imperfect stuff like some places do, they just take it off the display. The floral department is small but well-stocked. I hate to admit it, but I love that they have the little lottery machines right next to the checkout stands. It's an easy way to get your fix of get-rich fantasy. :-) Parking at this store can be either great (not at dinner time) or difficult (the evening rush, when Applebee's is sometimes busy and cars parked near the restaurant take up spots that would better serve grocery store shoppers). read more

Kudos to being 24 hours, sometimes you just want a pint of rum raisin ice cream and Digiorno's frozen pizza at 1am when Pizza Hut stops delivering. When I'm not being a vampire and come here during daytime, their deli food is decent too. The chicken flautas are actually fire and for $5, you can get a full meal that consists of fried chicken and 2 sides. Parking is extremely busy and the store gets packed too during lunchtime due to T-Mobile's headquarter being right there, but other than that it's not bad stopping in at other times. This grocery store has a really bad lay out. It was hard to find what I was looking for and never did find it. I also couldn't find an employee anywhere and walked the entire store. As I was leaving, there was a stock guy coming out with a pallet full of stuff, the only dude I saw for 20 minutes. They have the dairy section separated all over the place. Didn't see any lanes open and no cashiers! Only 10 pm. Medium sized store and it's over priced. Big, shared parking lot. Good luck! read more

This QFC is a relatively good place to go for a quick grocery trip if you live or are around Factoria area. It's large enough and has relatively large parking spots next to other strip mall establishments, so you are likely to find some parking spots in one way or another. Alhough this is a relatively large supermarket, selection of some items are still limited. I was trying to find duck breast, certain types of ice cream, etc, for example, but couldn't locate any. OVerall, a decent place to go...but if you are looking for a little more specific item rather than common goods that you find in a supermarket, they may not have it. read more

Got a 7$ Boars Head sandwich and it hardly had any of the ingredients it was supposed to . 2 tiny flat pieces of bacon , a few thin slices of red onion, couple slices of thin turkey and mushy avocado. Not the first time I've gotten a sandwich from QFC with sparse ingredients . 7$ for bread with no flavor. 2pm and the deli was out of almost everything . 2 sandwiches , no chicken, no soup, no nothing. The pre made and packages sandwiches and wraps are soo expensive. The prices went up 2 bucks since a couple years ago. That's even if you can get passed all T-mobile people. read more

Store is always clean and organized! Other than produce and frozen and pantry goods, they have a great selection of wines to choose from. They also have a butcher in the back and a good variety of hot food selections. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Although its a busy shopping complex, I've never had difficulty parking my car. They also have a self-checkout section in there. read more

The store remodel was nicely done They have a great Peet's coffee bar (with gelato to boot ), beautiful produce displays, seafood counter, etc. However, I find the employees here to be rude and haughty. I shop at other QFC's (Mercer Island, downtown Bellevue, Coal Creek, Duvall in Renton, Issaquah) and find much friendlier, nicer employees. So what's up with that? They are always snippy. Last week I bought two meat items that were supposed to be "buy one, get one free". Well, they did not ring up that way. Clerk was so rude, telling me I was wrong about the sale. Undeterred, I went back to the meat dept., and they verified that I was correct. Back to the register, and clerk again refused to ring them up properly. Had to call a manager over. I rarely stop here, only when I have an errand at the Bartell's next door and it is just super convenient.... otherwise I avoid this bunch of sour puss, rude employees, clerks, checkers, etc. Another con: Parking can be difficult, lot crowded and busy. read more

It's your typical QFC store, same as you'd find anywhere else. The parking lot sucks - I almost got hit twice by people not stopping at the end of the aisles at stop signs. The store looks small from the outside, but is actually big. It's really dark though, rather uninviting. Inside the front door to the right you can find the weekly ads. All their carts suck; I tried 4 different ones that I could barely even push/turn before deciding to just grab a basket. The aisles are small and cramped, people don't move either. Came in specifically for some soup that was on sale, only to find the shelves wiped clean. Tried to find an employee to ask if they had more in back-stock, circled the store and could not find anyone. BUT, on an end cap I found more soup, so that made me happy! Used self check out, so didn't interact with any employees. Most likely won't come back, not a fan of QFC as it is due to the overpriced product. Use your Fred Meyer card for rewards points here as well. read more

80+ check-ins...... I go here a lot. I've been doing the majority of my grocery shopping here for the last 2+ years. The employees have been friendly from the start and it just keeps getting better. I love going to a place where you can run up and hug the cashier while wishing them a happy new years. The beer selection!! It's not the best I've seen, but it's really good and reliable. I love a place that keeps my local brews available. I rely on their deli a lot for lunch time food. They have everything from corndogs and pizza to salads and sandwiches. They even have pre-made sandwiches located in the clear case by the meats and salads that you can pick up for relatively cheap. Myself and a few others are addicted and have our own favorites. Why not 5 stars? You try parking in that parking lot. It's best to go late at night or early in the morning. Otherwise that place is crammed. read more

I felt like I was living in the movie Night Of The Comet and I'd just found a non-zombie at the radio station. Almost every other store within a 20 mile radius was closed for business when the power went down post-uber-storm in the Seattle area. I'm not one to review grocery stores... but not only were these peeps open for business, the folks working there were completely happy, kind, jovial and upbeat despite the conditions. All the frozen food was roped off and they were taking down the dairy department to stop food from spoiling. It was weird to shop in a grocery store with only 1/4 of the lights on, but I have to give QFC mad props for stepping up to service the community when other businesses didn't. read more

Wow, the remodel has improved this location a lot. Sandwich station, sushi station, hot plates - A TON! I'm glad there's a dedicated meat counter and seafood counter - it just keeps getting better. The lights in the freezer aisle are pretty cool - they're motion sensitive so they light up bright if you are nearby, and dimmed if nobody has passed by for a while. Quite an experience to walk down one end, and have the freezer light my path as I made my way toward the opposite end. Work and home are close by, so I go here often read more

I came here for lunch. They have a wonderful lunch selection here. I didn't have any complaint with that. I wasn't too pleased when they were out of the yummy soup of the day but that happens when you go for lunch at 1:15 PM. It's their check out process that I can't stand! I was in line for a checker but their cash registers don't have anywhere to put your food. So I didn't set my one item on the tiny shelf. Which made the lady behind me think I wasn't in line. It was awkward and the lady was rude. All of that could be avoided if QFC had better queues. read more

I like this store and it has good produce and meat. However they really need to train their people who are bagging the groceries. The past few times they have overloaded bags to the extent that they're difficult to lift and carry. Do they honestly think that a 70 year lady wants to try to lift and carry 18# bags? I weighed mine today and they ranged from around 11 to 18#. They need to know not to put all of the milk in one and not all of the cans in one. It needs to be dispersed with some light and some heavy in each bag. Please do some training! read more

Most confusing grocery store ever! The eggs and butter are hidden behind the wine section in the back corner of produce. The milk and yogurt is on the opposite side of the store from the cheese and sour cream, literally the two opposite end isles. Good luck finding what you need without help... When it gets late only one check out stand is open and there is a dog squeaky toy and a sign that says to squeeze it for an employee to check you out. What a bogus idea. read more
