I bought the $20 Groupon for a Spa Pedicure with Hot stone massage. When they started the massage the lady said that I would have to pay $20 more. I asked why and she said the scrub, mask, callus removed & hot towels were all $5 more. I asked what came in my Groupon which was valued at $40 and she said it's just the basic pedicure with a stone massage. They sell the basic pedicure for $20 in the salon so the Groupon had no value. When I asked for a design on my nail she said that's $5 more and I said I would pay. I asked if she could do something other than a flower, since that's what I had when I came in and she said she knew another one. I left with a different flower design. Beautiful salon, love the recent upgrades. Great selection for basic to super pampering manis and pedis. Even when they're busy, your nails will look great when you leave and you are relaxed from your massage. Worth every penny and the drive out from Queen Creek. So happy I found Q polish! Clean, friendly, good service... I recently had an amazing pedicure: You know when you're getting a pedicure.... when it comes to the massage part, and the person doing it is sort of just looking around la la la di da and they're just sort of going through motions? Almost predictably? Well not on this one. nope. He was so focused on the massage. His eyes would close in concentration as if he was intentionally moving negative energy out of my body and making way for good energy to enter... there was a centering peace vibe going on... Plus they recently remodeled and doubled their size - nice and fresh. And bonus: I'm learning all about house remodeling from the TV as I read the subtitles. Love my nails and toes every time I leave. It's my nail place until one of us moves! :) read more

I am sad and disappointed about the most recent visit I had on Friday May 17th. I had gone in for a fill and a mini pedi and expected nothing less than the exceptional service I normally get. I sat for my mini pedi and the gentleman providing the service was super fast and it almost felt like he just wanted me out of the chair. Hmm...ok. Next, he shows me to the seat to get my fill and tells me Mimi will be doing my nails today. Ok, cool...Jeanie who normally does my nails wasn't available, fine. I sit at Mimi's table and she comes over and looks for something making no eye contact or acknowledges I'm even there so I say, Hello :) She smirks and says Hi. I thought, hmm ok, not the best first impression but maybe she is focused on something. She sits down and takes a look at my hands and asks if I wanted gel, I said no. She says, it last longer. I said yeah, not today :) She proceeds to start on my nails and says, I hardly see people do acrylic anymore. I said nothing and looked away. The entire time she doesn't speak so I try small talk with her, "wow, it's pretty busy this time of day" Her: yeah, it's the weekend. " So, are you here all day?" Yeah, 10 hours. "Did you have lunch?" Yes. I then mention that I had 2 nails growing out crooked and would like them straightened out. She stops, looks at me with daggers in her eyes and says, "I'll try my best but I'm not the one who put the tips on." Ok, now I can feel her annoyance toward me and almost that I'm an inconvenience. She now goes into these weird sniffing snorting noises and says, I had the way acrylics smells; there was no one else to do your nails so I had to do them. *turns on fan* In my head I'm thinking ok lady, you have made it known that 1. you're pissed because I didn't want the gel and now you're inconvenienced by doing my nails because no one else was available. If you hate your job in the nail industry, DON'T BE IN IT. I left so pissed off; I have never felt like I was in inconvenience in my previous visits, I honestly don't even know if I will go back. Oh and my nail is still crooked and all she said was, tell Jeanie to take the tip off an put a new one when you come back. I tried to tell her to just add more acrylic to the nail on the left side to widen it and then sculpt it but she looked at me like I was stupid. Jeanie has done it for me before I don't know why she couldn't have done it for me this time...oh I know! she hates the smell of acrylic. Such a shame that this happened, I was planning to bring my daughter and her little girlfriends again to get mani pedis for my daughters birthday but will have to find somewhere else this year. read more

You know when you go for that uncomfortable pedicure where the nail techs are constantly muttering and seem in a perennial foul mood? My nail tech Leah was the happiest nail tech I've seen in a bit. She was in a great mood, constantly smiling and when I smudged my color in a hurry, she touched up without grunting disapproval. She was thorough and patient. I came here with my 3 teenage daughters for manicures and pedicures the day before we headed up to Sedona for my small wedding ceremony. My daughters all decided on acrylics. While the 2 oldest got them the length they asked for, my 14 year old daughter ended up with these crazy long nails. She asked the lady a few times to shorten them and the tech told her she couldn't go any shorter. This was obviously not true because the other 2 girls who were with a different nail tech were able to get the length they asked for. My 2 oldest daughters, (18 and 15) ended up with bleeding fingers because they were cut by the drill. The tech wasn't apologetic, just told them they were fine. I got a gel manicure, which was nice, but the color wasn't the one I asked for. I kept telling the tech that another gentleman had found the gel color for my fingers that match the regular polish on my toes, but they refused to ask him and instead picked out something "close," which was not close at all. At the end, I gave them our 4 20% off coupons as it was all of our first visit. I told them several times that it was our first time there, but we still kept getting questioned. If you don't want to honor the coupon, don't put it on your website. The pedicure was nice, but I will not go back. read more

Magnificent! Without doubt the best pedicure I've ever had. Connie was my pedicurist today, a sweet, charming woman who answered all my questions patiently and good humoredly. I always feel disappointed when a pedicure takes less only 20 minutes, as if I couldn't soak my own feet at home and slap on some lotion by myself. But even the "basic" pedicure at QPolish surpassed all of my hopes and expectations. It was 40 minutes of pure bliss - a good soak, a proper callous scrub, an entire leg scrub with actual grapefruit quarters and a sugar scrub, a deep leg massage, a hot stone massage, and the most perfectly accurate polish application of my life. Purchased a groupon for a gel manicure and paraffin wax for $18. I was a bit in a rush so I told them to hold off on the paraffin wax and asked if I could save it for next time and they said yes. Let's hope they remember and honor it. They had a very clean environment and other than the music, it was relatively quiet. Which I like because you can come and relax. It's not the typical noisy salon where the nail technicians spend half their time talking to each other and you're wondering if they're either talking about you and/or concentrating on the work they're doing. They have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from and it's laid out in a cute floral display so that you can easily see all the options. It's a lot better than other places where you have to shift through dozens of samples in a messy basket. I had a lady prep me at the beginning to remove the gel polish I already had from a previous manicure. She was then replaced by Bob once he was freed up from another service. Bob was very friendly and worked fast and efficiently when I told him I was in a rush. He cleaned up my nails and paid close attention to make sure he got all the random cuticles and didn't miss any polished spots. Once my manicure was done they even gave me a coupon to return for a hot stone pedicure. Although it's a bit out of my way, I definitely can see myself coming back here! read more

Qpolish is the only place I have gone for my nail & waxing needs since 2016. Since then, every time I have come in I have always had prompt, friendly service. I think I have had services done by every tech at this salon and each and every one of them are great and very talented. My eyebrows and nails always look amazing after my visits here! I believe the entire staff really makes their customers top priority and they try their best to get every person in and out in a timely fashion whilst not shorting on the quality of their service. I am moving out of the area soon but will probably make the commute to Qpolish regardless because I really am not interested in trying any other new salon. I would highly HIGHLY recommend! read more

I tried making an appointment here 3 different times, one back in February, another last month and again today. I tell them what day I need and they say they can help me set up an appointment and then proceed to ask how I heard about their location. I tell them that I bought their groupon and they immediately say they are booked without even asking what time of day I need. Remember this happened 3 different times. They do accept walk ins, but the groupon will only be accepted if you have an appointment. I told the lady on the other line I have tried several times to book the appointment and she miraculously had an appointment available but only very early in the morning on a weekday. I told her I was working then and would need an evening appointment. She advised me to get my money back from groupon. If they don't want to accept the groupons then why have them? I dropped my 15 year old off to get a pedicure with gel polish. She asked for a regular pedicure and when he began putting bags on her feet she got concerned and texted me. I tried to call the location and it went to voicemail 5 times in a row!!! I went to the place and told them she didn't ask for a DELUXE $46 pedicure she asked for a regular pedicure with gel polish. She told me she couldn't understand him he didn't speak English well and when he tried to talk to her she just nodded to him. He pointed to the pedicure menus and she said yes, pedicure. Well hats off to these snakes! They took advantage of a young girl and did an expensive pedicure rather than a basic and then when I called them out in it they refused to do the right thing and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay for the service. Good customer service would dictate i only charging her for what she asked for. This place is deceitful and deceptive and we will never go back. BEWARE!!! read more

I got a groupon for this nail salon, and I really didn't think it was a big deal to go in without a reservation,especially on a Sunday afternoon. The man and women at the front was very rude about not making a reservation, saying I couldn't get my nails done without one, mind you there was no one in there. They ended up doing them, but was just very snotty about it. The man who actually did my gel manicure was very good and my nails came out beautifully. Well they are extremely nice here and do a great job. My only disappointment was that we were asked to come back in 45 minutes since they were busy. That was fine except when we came back, we had to wait much longer. While we were waiting, 3 other ppl who signed the clip board after us were helped before us. I came here because I got a great Groupon deal, and now I have a new Favorite Nail Salon. I felt very comfortable in their large, clean and well-kept salon. It is the nicest strip-mall nail spa that I have ever been to, and the staff is professional and friendly. My Groupon was for a gel mani with paraffin wrap, and Eric did an amazing job. He really took his time with shaping and polishing my nails, gave me a wonderful hand and arm massage (don't stop!) and finished it all up with a hot wax wrap for my poor, dehydrated hands.
