The simple polish application turned out very uneven and messy. Another technician had to step in to try to fix it, but the final result still looks poorly done. My acrylic fill is also unacceptable, there was little to no blending near the nail beds, so the acrylic appears bulky and unnatural. I'm now having to spend additional time and money getting everything corrected the day before I leave town for an event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

My cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the gel polish was applied quickly with very little care or attention to detail. Every part of the pedicure was rushed--the callus removal, foot scrub, leg and foot massage, nail care, and polish application. I paid extra for additional services, but they were completed so quickly that I do not feel I received the service I paid for. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, there was no apology, concern, or effort to address the issue. I left feeling extremely frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I paid for a full gel pedicure with additional services, but I did not receive the quality, care, or attention I expected. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway.
