Ok, I love this place. I've been going here for years. Kay- My tech is amazing. Mary and Tina are so sweet. I'm always pleased with my nails and toes. Kay's so good my nails last for 3-4 weeks! But today, a tech named Julie gave me a show. Her romper was so short that her cheeks were hanging out. She was standing behind my tech, bent over and wow! Then she went to do a pedicure, bent over to get needed supplies and well, it's just gross. It's so unprofessional and not what I'm used to experiencing here. I always get a little weird with manicures and pedicures, because they just usually aren't my thing! However, my friend was in town and wanted to treat us so we booked three mani pedis with C & V. They were so kind, so relaxed, and very personable. There are lots of colors to choose from, but my favorite part was the massaging chair coupled with the relaxing pedicure. My person was great, some of the practices at the salon were not.. --Got my pedicure first, the nail technician then used the same equipment on my hands afterwards. This was the first time I've had the same equipment used on my feet first then hands. I have been bringing my grandma here for our pedicures for a year now. We love all of the nail techs. I brought in 5 people; 2 nail sets and 3 pedicures. They were able to squeeze us all in with no appointment even though they were fairly busy. The first time I got great service the lady was fast and talkative and kind. The second time I had a man who I believe had touretts or some kind of twitching disorder but was extremely kind and did an amazing job. Third time coming here I went to get a gel fill. This is what I always get. The lady that was taking care of me had a tattoo on her chest and was kind but did not seem to care about her job at all. She didn't check the length of my nails, she didn't ask me what kind of polish I wanted and then took an hour and a half to do a simple one color fill as I watched two ppl who got their after me also getting fills leave 20 min before me. When I went to go pay the total came out to be $45 and when I have gone previously it has only around $30 I cannot remember specifically. I asked her why it was more expensive and she said that there was an up charge for the reshaping even though I was getting the exact same coffin shape I previously had as well as a "cut down" of the nail..... she asked if i wanted them shorter and I said little bit and they are basically the same length as before. I don't trust people who are trying to upcharge people especially DURING A PANDEMIC!!!!! It is also a week before Christmas! Please show some sympathy and do not overcharge people! Although the tech was nice and does a decent job, I have been to other shops and my nails normally don't break before my next appointment, especially when getting the dip polish which he said would last but no 3 of my nails broke. The biggest reason I would not recommend this place is that every time I went it was a different price (higher). Today I got a regular gel mani-pedi, one color no designs and also my nails are short and it was over $100! So, have been here before with my daughter and it was lovely. So I returned today solo. I had a pedi/mani. It started with the water being cold, so I advised the tech lady and she warmed it up, but it was not "warm". Okay fine. I then ask to do the "Hot Stone Therapy", it was actually very cold today so figured that would feel nice, most notably after the cool foot water bath I had. When it came time for the Hot Stones, she actually grabbed stones and briefly ran them under the hot water in the foot tub and proceeded to massage them, though they had no heat, on my legs. I sort of sat there stunned. The lady next to me seemed to be having a great pedicure so I didn't want to say "Hey, this isn't really a hot stone therapy right"? Or "hey, what ya doing"? I just sat there feeling like it should be evident THIS IS NOT HOT STONE THERAPY, if the stones are cold and you briefly ran them under hot water to try and warm them. Someone needs to be trained or notify Mgmt the stones are not HOT, for a service you're paying for. Proceeded to have the manicure and the pictures here speak for that, no words are necessary. I hurried home and jumped into the shower so I can try to fix my nail beds and get the sticky stuff off my hands that she used. I know I should of said something but honestly, what is happening here? Was it a bad tech? Was it that the Mgmt is not aware the stones for the hot therapy are NOT kept hot, ugh, or did I catch them on a bad day? I was cut while having my toe nails filed. I know it was a mistake but I do think it was from carelessness. I am also concerned about the sanitary standards of this place because the lady used the towel I had my feet resting on to dab the blood. I asked for a cotton ball to compress the area (I am currently studying to be in the healthcare field so I knew this was the best thing to do), and she instead dabbed this green solution on there. Have no clue what it was and I didn't want to be rude so I didn't ask to see the bottle. Nevertheless this happened within the first 10min of the appointment and made the rest of the appointment a little less enjoyable. Sorry but would not recommend. :( read more

Update: I am updating my review because I really loved my nails today. I got a gel manicure and Mary did my nails. She did an amazing job. I love my nails and color is gorgeous. I would definitely be back! They are very rude every time I go in there. I went there more than seven times because I live close by so it's very convenient but I'm over it. Every time, I get the worst nail experience and customer service. When you ask them something or want them to fix your nails or nail polish etc, they start talking in their language. They might not know the person (customer) sitting next to them not a fool, who can judge them easily that they are talking about the customer. I got a gel manicure on May 1st, 2019. The gel wasn't applied correctly and it chipped off after two days. Do not waste your money and time on this salon it is a RIP OFF. read more

Nails salon are not well known for their customer service but this one is probably the worst ! I went there with my mum, her tech didn't even bother say hello over a 30 mins service we could hear "pick a color", "wash you hand" that's about it. In the general Colors gel buckets I picked one ... of course it's more expensive, 30$ ... 10 mins later it's 40$ I guess prices change along with their moods.
