Waiting room, you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink while waiting for your masseuse.

Good luck ritual massage, is incredible! I request Giselle the masseuse. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She has magic hands, I always fall asleep during my massage. The room is dark and has relaxing music playing in the background. The spa is gorgeous! When you arrive there is an array of cold and hot herbal teas and fruit to pick from. The waiting area is quiet and relaxing. There are several hot and cold dip pools. There is also a steam room available to use. My favorite thing to do is to sit in a lounge chair in the quiet room and take a nap after my massage.

I loved my oxygen facial with Tria. She asked me about my skin concerns and customized her approach to address them. I was so comfortable and relaxed. The rest of the spa is beautiful and clean too. I only had time for a quick session in the hot tub before I had to leave. Next time I would love to stay longer.

    Pretty in Pink!

My time with Mira and Heather this morning was relaxing rejuvenating and so. Enjoyed! Thank you both for making this conference attendee perk back up to tackle another day. A true pleasure!

I took advantage of my spa credit and booked a 50 minute aromatherapy massage at the Wynn. If you are planning to use a spa credit make sure to stop by the rewards desk with your ID prior and let them know you want to activate your spa credit. **I already had my spa treatment scheduled** The lady at the rewards printed a code on receipt paper and handed it to me. She then called the spa to clarify that I would be using my spa credit on my visit. I walked over to the elevators which take you to the spa floor. I was greeted kindly at the spa reception desk. I completed a 1 page form before paying the difference of $35 for my massage. Yes, you pay in advance for your services. Gratuity is included in price from what I was informed, BUT I was still asked if I wanted to leave an optional additional tip. After payment I was guided to the spa and given a tour of the amenities and shown to my locker. The spa is beautiful! It has nice locker rooms with everything you would need to get ready afterwards. They have a jacuzzi and one person cold dunk tank as well as a 85 degree one. They also have a steam room and sauna (sauna was out of order). This is all located in the women's area. There is a nice relaxing waiting room with plenty of couches and simple snacks and beverages nearby. The coed quiet area (not so quiet) is dimmed and has many comfy lounging chairs. This coed room has two wings with the treatment rooms. My advice / tips *be more strict on no cell phone usage - a lady was talking on her phone upon my arrival and she was reminded of the rule. Later on there was a young lady on scrolling on her phone while in the jacuzzi area which is clothing optional. She was also reminded and left to put phone away. * The areas should be whisper only - there were many people (even employees) who spoke loudly and that takes away from the relaxing vibe. * I would recommend a new system on finding your guests- do some research on how other spas do it. Many times when I was trying to relax and doze off I was interrupted by being asked if I was waiting for a treatment or asked if I was Mrs- so and so. - NOT COOL! * The staff can add to the relaxing vibe if they walk or move with longer strides and not run between areas. * The beverages (coffee, tea, infused water) and the fresh fruit were great, but the snacks were interesting. - The chocolate covered cranberries yum, the lavender popcorn is unique, BUT the loose granola needs to be reconsidered. These are supposed to be finger foods and loose granola is not finger food... IF THEY were granola clusters that would make more sense. *The women's jacuzzi is showing some wear and walls should be cleaned more often- maybe add glass so it's easier to clean from water splash. The massage itself was GREAT and the heated and adjustable massage tables made it even better, but I would definitely wish it to be a more relaxing environment in order to return.

My friend and I came for a pedicure at the Wynn Spa + Salon. The pedicure cost $115 plus 20% gratuity so it totaled $138. With this service, we got full access to the spa, which was an amazing experience! It included a hot pressure shower, cool plunge, heated whirlpool, cold plunge, sauna room, steam room, showers, heated lounge chairs, and a relaxing lounge room. They also had complimentary snacks, water, and tea.

For our 1st wedding anniversary, we booked a couple's massage here. We specifically got the Good Luck Rituals couples massage. The amenities were standard to other high end spas. The only co-ed area is a dark waiting room that's meant to be relaxing but people were in and out of there so it really wasn't. They offered snacks, coffee, and tea which was nice to have. I still need to figure out where to get those chocolate covered cranberries they served!! It was delicious. The hot tub, cold plunge, hot stone chairs, and deluge showers were gender separated so I only got to see my husband in the waiting room and in our massage room. The massage was the highlight! Their massage table is heated and contours to your body. It was diiiiivine. Our massage therapists Nadine and Natalie (?) were amazing! Truly the best massage we've had, ever. Also shout out to Safiya my attendant that helped throughout my stay! Edit: It was expensive.. for the couples Good Luck Rituals it came out to be under $900 including automatic gratuity. Through AMEX, we got a $100 spa credit which helped but still way up there.

We used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and locker room facilities, and everything was consistently clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. My wife had a deep tissue massage and said it was excellent. However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!
