The Spa at the Wynn is soooooo beautiful and zen and I highly recommend it over any other hotel spas in Vegas. The employees are very well trained, and make you feel comfortable and welcome. You can use the fitness center before or after your treatment like I'm doing right now. I love the Techno gym equipment and the fitness center is very well equipped with plenty of cardio and weight machines. It's very chill in here and it's open until 7 PM. I'm looking forward to my 4 PM oxygen facial with a collagen enhancement. . Andrea was extremely professional and she definitely knows how to recommend the best treatment for your skin. I was going to do the Hydra facial then switched it to the oxygen once she assessed my skin. It was very relaxing and I feel so refreshed! The spa facility is beautiful and luxurious! HAIR: I left feeling disappointed and overwhelmed, though I tried to smile through it because everyone was genuinely kind and I didn't want anyone to feel bad. I experienced more breakage than I had hoped for and left with a headache from the lengthy processing, though I was relieved the outcome was not worse. I had explicitly said that I did not want a shadow root, explaining that it can create banding as it grows out and make future color correction more difficult. I also explained that I wanted an icy platinum blonde with cool blue or purple undertones and that my hair had already previously been lifted to platinum, with only about half an inch of regrowth. Overall, despite being very specific about what I wanted, I left with the exact result I had hoped to avoid: warm blonde tones, a shadow root, and significant breakage. I took advantage of my spa credit and booked a 50 minute aromatherapy massage at the Wynn. If you are planning to use a spa credit make sure to stop by the rewards desk with your ID prior and let them know you want to activate your spa credit. **I already had my spa treatment scheduled** The lady at the rewards printed a code on receipt paper and handed it to me. She then called the spa to clarify that I would be using my spa credit on my visit. I walked over to the elevators which take you to the spa floor. I was greeted kindly at the spa reception desk. I completed a 1 page form before paying the difference of $35 for my massage. Yes, you pay in advance for your services. Gratuity is included in price from what I was informed, BUT I was still asked if I wanted to leave an optional additional tip. After payment I was guided to the spa and given a tour of the amenities and shown to my locker. The spa is beautiful! It has nice locker rooms with everything you would need to get ready afterwards. They have a jacuzzi and one person cold dunk tank as well as a 85 degree one. They also have a steam room and sauna (sauna was out of order). This is all located in the women's area. There is a nice relaxing waiting room with plenty of couches and simple snacks and beverages nearby. The coed quiet area (not so quiet) is dimmed and has many comfy lounging chairs. This coed room has two wings with the treatment rooms. My advice / tips *be more strict on no cell phone usage - a lady was talking on her phone upon my arrival and she was reminded of the rule. Later on there was a young lady on scrolling on her phone while in the jacuzzi area which is clothing optional. She was also reminded and left to put phone away. * The areas should be whisper only - there were many people (even employees) who spoke loudly and that takes away from the relaxing vibe. * I would recommend a new system on finding your guests- do some research on how other spas do it. Many times when I was trying to relax and doze off I was interrupted by being asked if I was waiting for a treatment or asked if I was Mrs- so and so. - NOT COOL! * The staff can add to the relaxing vibe if they walk or move with longer strides and not run between areas. * The beverages (coffee, tea, infused water) and the fresh fruit were great, but the snacks were interesting. - The chocolate covered cranberries yum, the lavender popcorn is unique, BUT the loose granola needs to be reconsidered. These are supposed to be finger foods and loose granola is not finger food... IF THEY were granola clusters that would make more sense. *The women's jacuzzi is showing some wear and walls should be cleaned more often- maybe add glass so it's easier to clean from water splash. The massage itself was GREAT and the heated and adjustable massage tables made it even better, but I would definitely wish it to be a more relaxing environment in order to return. read more

This spa is the most expensive spa I've been to and was far from relaxing. First off, the sauna was closed down. That's my favorite part of a spa. Second off, between the extremely loud jets in the jacuzzi to the extremely loud waterfall shower, you couldn't even hear yourself think. Thirdly, I paid for 80 minute pedicure. I barely got 60 minutes and the lady was none too gentle. Truly the only thing keeping this from a 1 star was the facial. Absolutely relaxing, and exactly what I'd expect from a facial for the price. Hubby was turning the big 4-0 and his main request was to be PAMPERED to a spa day. After researching all the possible places on the strip, we decided on The Spa at the Wynn Las Vegas and it did not disappoint! THE MOOD: Walking to your spa treatment, you already get the feeling it will be luxurious and upscale since it is located at The Wynn hotel. I love seeing the beautiful flower displays as we walked in and we took some quick photos before we headed off to The Spa. As you exit the elevator and into The Spa, you'll see that it is sectioned off by the gym, the hair/salon area, the massage area with a communal area in the middle to relax/hang out. After checking in, someone took me to the women's area and Hubby to the men's area. I was shown my locker where they brought me slippers. I then changed into these super comfy robes and then met Hubby inside at the couple's lounge. From there, we were brought to our couple's massage room by our massage therapists. Our massage therapists greeted us both so warmly, with smiles, and put us both at ease. They also made sure to ask if we had any areas we each wanted them to focus on. It was Hubby's first body massage experience and I was so glad they made him and us feel extremely comfortable. The room was carpeted and dim, making for a very relaxing and comfy experience. I especially loved their heated tables and they can adjust the heat levels to your liking! From the moment the massage started to the end, it was just pure relaxation and I was transported to a place of just pure zen during those 100 minutes. THE SERVICE: We chose the 100 minute Couple's Good Luck Ritual. This is a custom massage that includes a peppermint foot treatment, moisturizing hand therapy, and botanical scalp treatment (so yes, your hair will be a little oily afterwards!). Let your massage therapist know any problem areas to avoid or want them to focus on. After our service, what really made The Spa stand out was that they gave Hubby a box of chocolates for his birthday! It was just a nice and unexpected touch that we really appreciated. Spa is a good size, they have a relaxation lounge, hot tub, sauna, steam room, a cold plunge, and some heated stone chairs by the hot tub. Cons: their sauna was out of service, no one from the spa notified us before our arrival, for what they charge for massages it was disappointing that we didn't get the full amenities and were not notified either. Pros: great service from the spa staff, nice selection of coffee, tea, and light snacks (fruits and granola). Our massages were great. Also they have a good attention to detail, they wished my sister a happy birthday at arrival and even surprised her with a cute little box of chocolates after her massage. Great experience at the Spa at Wynn. I stayed at Encore for two nights and decided to try the famous spa at the hotel. I made a reservation for a one-hour classic facial over phone and was told that the reservation comes with a full-day access to the spa area. The spa is really nice and luxurious, with an exclusive and relaxing vibe. I went there 40 minutes early before my appointment time and had a great spoiled myself in the sauna room, hot steam room and the pool area. It was a surprise for me that the chairs in the pool area are heated, so it was really relaxing by just lying there by the pool. My actual facial appointment was way beyond my expectation. The lady who did my facial was very skillful and experienced. In addition to the typical cleaning and moisturizing for my face, at the end she also gave me a massage on my face, neck, shoulders, and arms with essential oil. The whole experience was so soothing that I almost fell asleep. I walked out of the spa feeling refreshed and satisfied. My only one tip for first-time customers: if you feel too overwhelmed by looking at their menu online or on the iPad, simply make a call to the spa and speak to them. They usually reserve a spot for you first in a category (e.g., facial vs message, 60min vs 90min) and then let you decide on the very specific style you want to do once you arrive at the spa. For our 1st wedding anniversary, we booked a couple's massage here. We specifically got the Good Luck Rituals couples massage. The amenities were standard to other high end spas. The only co-ed area is a dark waiting room that's meant to be relaxing but people were in and out of there so it really wasn't. They offered snacks, coffee, and tea which was nice to have. I still need to figure out where to get those chocolate covered cranberries they served!! It was delicious. The hot tub, cold plunge, hot stone chairs, and deluge showers were gender separated so I only got to see my husband in the waiting room and in our massage room. The massage was the highlight! I absolutely adore the Wynn hotel and we come here often. I decided to book a pedicure at the salon today and use the spa area. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. I booked my pedicure for 5:30 because I was told the spa closed at 8. Upon arrival, I was told the spa actually closed at 7 and the gym closed at 8. Okay? I booked a pedicure that has a base price of $110. I opted to use gel polish which added $40 and then wanted the maracan oil hot stone massage which added an additional $50. So before a tip, this is a $200 pedicure. My pedicure started at 5:30 promptly. It finished at 6:00 promptly. Apparently if you pay extra for additional services, they just replace what would've been on the normal pedicure with something else and add no additional time. My leg massage was 2 mins per leg.. what the heck? This is the shortest time I've ever had a pedicure done in. When at the Ritz for a pedicure, if you add additional things they don't replace the rest of the service, they add to it. After my pedicure, I head to the spa to use the hot tub. I walked in and sat down & was immediately asked to leave.. they said I hadn't checked in with the desk outside. I had checked in prior to my pedicure. I was asked to sign a form and then I would be allowed back in. The desk employees then speak into the microphone on their coat that a guest is coming in that has been granted permission. When I walked back in, the girl told me where the robes and slippers were and walked away. I wasn't told where the hot tub, showers, restroom or anything else was. I didn't feel welcomed. I have never been to a spa where I wasn't shown around. Because we were incorrectly told the time of closing, I had around 30 minutes in the spa. Okay, no worries right? Wrong. They turn off the TVs, & also take all of the snacks at this time to encourage you to leave. This is bizarre to me. If you close at 7, absolutely do not start closing at 6:30. I do not recommend this place for the spa or for the pedicures. I'm only giving 2 starts because the polish looks nice. But this was definitely not worth $240. read more

We were charged $860 for services we never received, never got a confirmation, and were treated horribly by management. I am not someone who writes bad reviews or tries to escalate situations. I'm an easygoing, reasonable person who understands mistakes happen. But what happened at the Wynn spa was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Three of my friends and I -- all moms who rarely get time away -- planned a one-night Vegas trip and booked massages for Saturday afternoon. My friend called the Wynn spa directly to schedule all four of us for 1 p.m. Saturday. We arrived excited for our day, only to be told our appointment was booked for Thursday -- a day we weren't even in Las Vegas. The front desk staff seemed surprised but were polite; they gave us spa passes while "looking into the phone call." We assumed it would be sorted out. No one ever came to update us, so after finishing in the spa we went out and asked for a manager. We waited a long time before a manager named Rebecca finally appeared. She admitted she reviewed the call and that we did ask for Saturday, but then vaguely said "something happened" and somehow our booking ended up on Thursday. She couldn't clearly explain what went wrong, wouldn't let us listen to the call, and incorrectly claimed we booked online (we didn't -- we called). We also never got any confirmation email or text; if we had, we would have seen Thursday and corrected it. Despite confirming we asked for Saturday and providing no clear explanation of the error, Rebecca said the best she could do was charge us 50% of the "no-show" fee -- $860 -- for massages we didn't get. Her tone was dismissive and unhelpful, and it was obvious she just wanted us to accept the charge and leave. We felt completely taken advantage of. We tried to stay calm and reasonable, but this was an expensive mistake that the spa made, and instead of making it right, they blamed us and still charged us hundreds of dollars. Friends of ours who work in luxury hospitality were stunned; they all said this is not how a five-star spa should treat guests. I am furious that a brand like the Wynn would allow this to happen. If you book here, double-check every single detail, demand written confirmations, and be prepared that if they make a mistake, they may still charge you for it. Spa wise, there's a very Scanda dry sauna, a lovely steam room, a big whirlpool, 2 cold plunge pools and the "deluge shower" which is amazing. There are heated lounge chairs too which are very relaxing - I enjoyed basking on one like a fat, old lizard. If you aren't getting treatments I believe day passes are available. I had a collagen facial with Nina - excellent! She really understood my skin issues and made some adjustments so that I got a good result. She's super knowledgeable and fun 10/10. I also had the Good Luck Ritual with Candace which was pure bliss - a custom massage plus hand, foot and scalp treatments. If you book treatments you have access to the spa all day so make it count! Well that was a waste of time. Let me start with the fact that my wife had an amazing experience. Myself not so much. See my wife had a conference here at the Wynn and did the spa 2 days before I got into town. She raved about her experience and wanted me to enjoy it too. She booked me a massage for 10am for the following day I was in. When I got up that morning I wanted to start off my day early. I called at 8am and asked if I could move up my appointment. They said no. They would have to cancel my appointment, charge me for half of that appointment, then make a new appointment and I would pay full price for that appointment. Because I was in the less than 6 hours cancellation window. They told me I could come down and enjoy the amenities that the spa has to offer. So I did. I checked in and was told to be in the relaxation room 5-10 minutes prior to my massage. I was 15 minutes early because it was relaxing in there. People started to join in closer to the 5 minute mark. Filling up the available seats and standing waiting. When 10am came, they all cleared out but me. That's odd... was my time wrong. I waited 5 minutes then went to the men desk to check the time. 10:05 am. Went back to the relaxation and waited 10 minutes. Finally went back to the men's room and asked if my time was wrong. The attendant checked and said hold on. Came back and tells me that my masseuse didn't show up today. That I can reschedule for half the price. Okay my big question is this... at what point were they going to come get me?! I mean this is a top tier resort. I left disappointed and not pleased. My wife asked me what happened and I told her and she was P.O'ed to say the least. She decided she wanted to talk to them. We talked with Jace. He reassured us that we would be compensated. I asked the receptionist if they could provide a masseuse that would be willing to wear a mask during my massage and that I would be willing to provide a clean mask. I do this because I cannot wear a mask when I get a massage; my nose gets too congested. She clearly replied that no one would be willing to do that there. I am elderly with multiple medical problems and cannot afford to get Covid another time. I was very sick with it last time. This is the very first time a spa has refused to provide a masseuse for me who would be willing to wear a mask. She was from England knew tons about skin care and had been at the Wynn for 19 years. She knew exactly what type of facial and treatment my skin needed. She was pleasant and personable but also let me relax and drift off to sleep. If you want someone personable knows her stuff but also let's you relax and not chat your ear off Marie is your gal. I couldn't get over how relaxed i was from just a simple facial. I've never felt this way from a facial before i will definitely be back. The spa facilities themselves are pretty small but enjoyable. Those heated chairs they have are probably the warmest on the strip they get toasty but boy do they feel good!! They also had these massive jet style showers that had such hard pressure that was almost like getting a massage in itself! Small heated hot tub and 2 smaller cooler pools to dip in. The attendants were always working and helpful super on point. Absolutely no phones allowed to be used anywhere except for the gorgeous lobby area where you wait for your attendant to grab you which in a way was relaxing it forces you to be off your phone and enjoy. One of THE best spas I've been to! As we were staying at Encore, we decide to look up spas to do a nice massage and I'm glad we picked The Spa at Wynn. It has been completely reimagined with a contemporary new aesthetic that reminds you of nightfall to relax the mind and body. We arrived a little early and was greeted with some beverages and just relaxed in the open seating area. We decided to go with the head, hands and feet renewal for 50mins which was amazing. Once you walk through the doors, you are in awe with ambiance as everything is so elegant. You'll have to see for yourself but I can gaurantee you won't regret it. This is a place that makes you feel like a King/Queen. I can see why this was named the first spa in Las Vegas to receive a Forbes Five-Star Award. My therapist gave the best deep tissue massage I ever had which relieved my back pain and the stiffness in my shoulder. We especially love the coed relaxation room as my husband and I we're able to relax together which completes the couple's experience. Had to have a nail fixed from me previously breaking it. I came in to see what they could do to help. The woman was extremely rude and irritated right when she saw the situation. Made me feel like a complete inconvenience. My friend who is licensed herself was also with me. My friend and I were also talking about how we were unsure if we should go the route the nail technician recommended. We were extremely polite but just unsure if it's what I should do.. immediately the nail technician Miri said "excuse me are you manicurist? My friend said yes.. I am.. she then reply's "yes but are you even licensed?!" Extremely rude. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. The moment she saw us sit down she was rolling her eyes and extremely passive aggressive. The manager was also not helpful and very strange. Do NOT come here if you are looking for good customer service. We weren't bothered that I probably wasn't going to get it fixed.. I was bothered that her attitude was so UNCOUTH!!! eventually I decided I felt so uncomfortable that we should probably just leave because we didn't even trust she had my best interest. I could go into more detail but I think this is beyond enough. Shame on you the Wynns spa manager and employee. She clearly should not be working in customer service. I thought the Encore spa was fabulous but this one is even better! First of all, I love the Astrology-themed lounge! It's so beautiful and relaxing with great lighting in there. My check-in experience went smoothly I was shown the facilities and got set up with my locker. I came in for the Good Luck Ritual massage. Erick was my therapist. He was phenomenal and nothing but sweet and gave me the best massage I had in a while. He focused on my problem areas the whole time and helped me relax and eliminate many knots and tension. I loved the Good Luck Ritual. Especially the tuning forks or whatever he used to cleanse the environment. It also came with a scalp massage. I felt like later on in the week my luck did turn around and I left feeling brand new. It was a spiritual experience. I recommend doing an 80-minute massage. The ladies' side is so pretty I loved the Koi fish painting in the wet area. I loved the Lounge on the women's side too. The fireplace adds a cozy at-home environment. The tea choices were plentiful. I was happy to see my favorite Jasmine Tea available. I enjoyed the cranberry-covered chocolates and the popcorn and fresh fruits as well. I loved that they had pomegranate juice as an option as well. It is not a common juice to find in spas in town. The steam room and sauna are kind of small but I came on a day when it was not too crowded. :) read more

I went here last Sunday before my flight Monday morning. I got the CBD massage and hot oil scalp treatment. My massage therapist was great and really listened to my likes and dislikes. She made me 100% refreshed and relaxed for my 4 hour plane ride. My friend also stated that her therapist was able to get tension she's been struggling with over a year. My other friend stated she had one she's struggled with for 3 years was also relieved. Both these women go get massages frequently. That should speak volumes on the quality here. 10/10 would recommend, worth the price. read more

SMALL BASIC SPA We stayed at a different hotel but came to the Wynn for their spa because their day pass was pretty affordable. $125 versus the $165 at resort world. Here are the pros and cons... Pro's - clean and beautiful interior (but nothing wow) - bathrobes and slippers were comfy - snacks were bananas, oranges and apples,, popcorn (stale), chocolate covered cranberries and granola. Teas and coffees. Juices and sparkling water also available by request. - I didn't get a massage but several ladies there raved it was the best ever Cons - it's a lot smaller than I expected. The steam room, wet room can fit maybe 4-5 adults. There's one small jacuzzi in the middle fits maybe 6 comfortably. - the two other small sitting spa is a cold plunge (not cold at all) and a lukewarm one. - the co-Ed room was dark and relaxing except the lounge chairs face each other and it was akward sitting there with someone staring straight across at you lol We got there around 1pm and towards 5pm it started getting really crowded so we got out of there. It's not relaxing and I would definitely spend the money and go to elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately what started out as a great experience had a rather unpleasant turn for the worse. My husband and I came to vegas on a whim and the spa was able to schedule me same day which was super convenient. I arrived early and was given a tour of the space. They automatically charge 20% gratuity and with any purchase you have access to all the spa amenities for the day, they even allow for you to leave and come back. Sadly the steam room and sauna are closed due to COVID but there is a women's only jacuzzi room with heated chairs as well as two waterfall showers that are still open for use as long as you wear a mask. My massage with Vanessa was lovely. The beds were fabulous, the massage oils unscented, and the options for essential oils were great. I really enjoyed my experience but unfortunately when I finished and went to utilize the other amenities the area was closed off for maintenance. They told me it would be an hour which I waited out but then when I checked back in they said it would be another hour. I walked by the space multiple times and never saw any employees in there so I'm not sure what was going on but was very disappointed that I wasn't able to make the most out of my time and money and was really not okay with how the staff handled the situation. One woman in particular was very short and rude about situation and never apologized for the fact we couldn't use the spa features. It's hard because Vegas is a town filled with lovely spas and had I chosen another spa I could have had a relaxing afternoon but instead my day was cut short and I was rubbed the wrong way by the disgruntled staff. Ultimately I probably wouldn't come back. For me, the top dollar spa experience is about both the service and the amenities and while my massage was great the rest of the afternoon was not. read more

I'm not a person that can go to spas often but this made me reconsider. The facilities and service were amazing. In traditional Vegas scam fashion, don't get anything extra if they ask you, it WILL cost extra. I got a haircut to have access to the spa and it was well worth imo. Miranda was amazing in the salon and Safiya was super accommodating in the Spa. I wish there was maybe one or two more tubs with different heats and the sauna was not hot enough for me personally (other guests had no problem with the temp.) The rain baths and heated chairs with the beautiful wallpaper truly helped me relax. There are snacks/tea, nice showers and a relaxation room that made me sleepy just looking at it. Above any ammenity, the energy was truly relaxing, after being on the strip or in heels all day, the staff and other women made this truly relaxing! For anyone curious, some people went full nude, many were wearing suits. I would way rather put my money towards an experience like this instead of gambling. read more

Took my friends here for their birthdays and they loved it. This is probably one of the better spas in Vegas, at least from my own experience. The facility is as expected, Wynn level, however due the amount of people utilizing the spa, it kinda of takes way the serenity of it all. I wish they would control the amount of people using the facility, then again, it's a business, I'd probably do the same =P The massage was descent, not the best, not the worst either. I was probably most impressed by the hall-way leading to the service rooms. The design was really well thought out. read more
