I was told my review was read and acknowledged. I was told the former project manager was a "dirtbag" and a "car salesman". I'm not sure why the owner is acting as though this review is inaccurate. I was also told that the subcontractors that were assigned to us are no longer with ACR. I find it kind of disappointing that the owner chose to discredit this review rather than just take accountability, especially being dismissive about the paint brush comment. Nothing in this review was rude or subjective; all based on facts -- most of which his employees have shared with me. Nevertheless, I fully expect the owner to go on the defensive to my edit as he has on all the other reviews.
