We had a pinhole leak in the wall between the laundry and the garage causing water to permeate the laundry room and the garage floor. Maria handled the mitigation quickly by figuring out where to cut the drywall and dry the impacted area. 4 days later Josh and Tim handled the reconstruction. In just 2 days they replaced the drywall, insulation, baseboards. The laundry wall was textured and all of the walls were painted with matching colors. We went to visit a friend for the weekend and our cat had to have turned the bidet to one of our toilets on with the lid being up. Water was continuously spraying out. As many other one star reviews state, believe them as they are all true. Do not use this company. Hired owner, Josh Rudin, with ASAP Restoration to perform mold remediation, fired after one day due to aggressive behavior by owner. Angry that we fired him, we were then pushed and shoved to pay the bill in one day with a threat of a lien on our property supposedly prepared by his friend, the attorney, that all reviewers speak of. It is a form Property Lien with our address changed on it (which, btw he can do himself) given with the bill. Sent along with the Lien and invoice was a so-called "contract" to sign that stated we would not write any negative reviews on Yelp or any other website regarding him or his business in the future. Please note Yelpers: you are NOT required to sign this document, or any other document for that matter, in this regard. Obviously, we did not sign this ridiculous "contract." Move on ASAP, if this is how you do business, perhaps you should hire a professional mold remediation service for yourself and find out how a real business is run. A "contract" so no one says anything negative about you to others? A lien on the customer's property? Your friend offering to payoff upset customers to offset negative reviews? If you provide top notch, five star service for your customers without threats, liens, payoffs, and aggressive behaviors, you shouldn't have to worry about this in the first place. read more

I had some plumbing work done seemed like a simple job just to unclog a kitchen drain turn out the plumber that I hired decided to call out a litigation company. This company Copper state. The plumber stated that I had major leakage behind our sink. I woke up to find my motorhome flooded from a stuck water valve and I called ASAP when I realized it was more water than I could deal with. Rick responded right away. He figured a motorhome wasn't that different than a home and he was there to get to work right away. He brought in a huge dehumidifier and two big blowers to get rid of the wet! I highly recommend ASAP Restoration and their crew of people on staff as well as related contractors. The front office staff was always Courteous and efficient as well We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn't even the source of the leak?!) ASAP's plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn't supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right. While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn't.
