Not happy. I ordered three Moen bath faucets on Monday, March 26, 2018. I received an email from them informing that they will email me within 72 hours of when I can expect delivery. Here I am on Thursday, April 5, 11 DAYS LATER -- 11 DAYS LATER -- without even having gotten the 72 hour email.... I just called them: Their office is closed for Passover for 11 -- ELEVEN -- 11 F____-ing days: from March 20 until April 9. If you are good waiting TWO MONTHS on these guys, go ahead. Pros: I have ordered the Hansgrohe PuraVida 150 AIR 3-Jet Handshower and hose. Their price is the best as compare to Lowes and Wayfair. Cons: it takes them one week before they have it in their warehouse before they can ship. The total turn around time is about 2 weeks. Looks like they don't keep any inventory. If you can wait, then the price difference is worth it. Their return policy is that you have to let them know 24 hours after the delivery. I would suggest that you use some credit card that has protection for extra protection. read more

Almost 2 months later I received the cancelled items. They are charging me 20% restocking fee plus shipping. They are very pleasant about charging me these fees, yet that does not change the fact that this transaction is not fair. QUESTIONABLE CREDIT CARD, SHIPPING & DAMAGED ITEM PRACTICES This is the first (and last) time I place an order with qualitybath.com. I ordered an expensive maple medicine cabinet from qualitybath.com. The ad on their website did not say anything about the item not being in stock. They charged my credit card the same day I purchased the item online, so I assumed that meant the item would ship immediately, since that's how all reputable companies work. To make a long story short, it turns out the item was not in stock on the date I ordered it. The item did not ship for several weeks after I ordered it. It did not arrive until almost a month after my credit card was charged. That's ridiculous. Eventually I found out the item is not actually kept in stock and shipped by qualitybath.com. Instead, they use a third-party company, that they have little or no control over, to house and ship the item. If qualitybath.com does not have an item in stock, or if for any other reason there is going to be a lengthy delay before the item is shipped, then they should say that in the ad for the item, so the customer can make an informed decision about whether they want to purchase the item from qualitybath.com or a different company. Qualitybath.com does not do that because they want the customers money, they want to earn interest on it while lengthy pre-shipping delays occur, and they don't want the customer going to one of their competitors. They should make clear in their ad the approximate date the item is going to be delivered, like reputable companies do. On the day I ordered their website said most items are shipped within 1 business day. That is patently false in terms of my order. Qualitybath.com should never charge a customer's credit card until the item is shipped!!! That's how all reputable companies work. The item arrived with one scratch in a highly visible location, several additional scratches in a less visible location, and a glob of stain on one of the visible finished sides because of poor quality control measures. The paperwork that came with the item said to contact their Returns Department at returns@qualitybath.com within 48 hours if there was any damage to the item. I immediately sent them an email describing the damage, and included pictures of the damage. They never responded. So, the next day I called the number listed on their paperwork during normal business hours. No one answered. THEIR VOICE MAIL BOX WAS FULL SO YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. I sent a second email. They never responded. I called a second time. No answer, and again the voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. There's no worse sin a struggling internet company can commit then not responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. IT MAKES CUSTOMERS POST REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH QUALITYBATH.COM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY ENGAGE IN QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES PER ABOVE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES. read more

Still haven't received my faucet! Before ordering I was quoted 1-2 weeks. After ordering I was told that was a mistake and it was actually going to take 4-6 weeks. Annoying, but I had time until I needed the faucet, so I could live with it. When it finally arrived it had the wrong kind of handles. Now I'm being told it will be another 2-3 weeks before the handles I ordered will arrive. This has taken so long that it is now threatening to delay completion of my project. Prices are great here, but know that it comes at a significant cost in terms of customer service. Update: Moved up to two stars. Still don't know when the handles are going to get here, but I believe they are working to fix it. Update 2: Moved up to four stars. It took a long time, but I now have the handles I ordered. After the mistake was made, I believe they did what they could to fix it as fast as possible. Though it contributed to some anxiety, the delays did not meaningfully impact my project, so, given the good price and the fact that they made everything right in the end, I think 4 stars are appropriate. read more

Five years ago in 2012, I bought a triple, mirrored medicine cabinet from Quality Bath. At the time, I remember one of the mirrored doors had cracked in shipment -- upon notifying Quality Bath, they immediately sent out a replacement, which was received with a week! I was amazed at the service, and that they didn't require I send anything back to them, etc. Fast forward to June of 2017...I went to empty out my cabinet due to an upcoming move/relocation, and the lower hinge on the middle cabinet went "wonky" on me. I tried to find a replacement hinge locally, but came up with something that "almost" worked, but not quite. I then contacted Quality Bath, having kept their paperwork on file thinking I might use them again in the future -- I reached "Lea" at Quality Bath, and she got back to me almost immediately that they would contact the manufacturer and see about getting a replacement hinge for me. Within one day, she had contacted me again to say that the hinge would be sent to me for no charge, and that it was being shipped the next day. I just received an email from her with the tracking number of the shipment, and I couldn't be more RELIEVED, happy, appreciative. I have a "walk-thru" by the new buyer next week, so hopefully this door will be repaired and ready for a new occupant...it is only happening because Quality Bath understood my timing need, and they really helped push the replacement hinge through. I was going to order a large, Rohl Fire Clay sink for my home remodeling project. However, upon reading several of the reviews, I changed my mind. Their return policy is stringent. I've copied it below. Since I travel on business and am out of town for a week at a time, if the sink arrived while I was out of town I would already void the return policy. Since I have all packages delivered to a private mailbox facility, I immediately void my return policy IF the item is signed for by a mailbox employee and not immediately inspected IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER. This is entirely out of my control. IF the package arrives in an apparently undamaged condition and I later receive and discover hidden damage upon opening, the return policy is voided. That's ridiculous. I changed my mind and decided to pay a bit more to insure I receive the item in good condition and, if not, I can reasonably return for an exchange. I suggest you do the same and not purchase from this supplier until their return policy is amended and CLEARLY listed on their website. ************************************************************************************************************** This return policy is onerous and not clear on their website. Quality Bath customer service and communication have been excellent! You can easily get lead time estimates through the website, responses are emailed quickly by the representatives. They were able to quickly ship items that the local Ferguson reps said had 12 week lead times. Prices were also better than Ferguson. I adjusted an order over the phone - they answered quickly and took care of the change right away. When some faucets were delayed twice beyond the original lead time estimate (due to manufacturer production delays), Tziporah went above and beyond, and called around to local suppliers and found what I needed so our renovation would not be delayed. All of the reviews that say buyer beware, are valid, but the buyer should always beware. Buyers should always read return guidelines and understand what they are getting into. I ordered the wrong product by mistake and ended up paying $100 to ship it back, that was not outside of their guidelines, they even waived the restock fee as I would be reordering the correct product (still paid a fee for their original shipment which is free unless you make a return, then you pay for it). Up to this point I'm just frustrated with myself for making the mistake. I think it's completely reasonable for me to be responsible for shipping the item back. The reorder went fine. Received correct product in a timely manner, though damaged. QB is not responsible for the damage, they processed my return and it was all good. I again order the correct product, which comes undamaged and I can start my project. This is when I realize, through all the exchanges that I'D SOMEHOW BEEN CHARGED $671 FOR A $318.47 PRODUCT. I think letting $327.53 slip through the cracks is unacceptable. They are quick to charge you for your errors, but in the end offered me nothing but what they overcharged me, which I had to break down for them, they should have been able to untangle this without me having to walk them through it. They were not quick to listen to what I had to say and continued to believe that the product I had ordered was indeed $671 when I had stated otherwise. Had I not been on top of my finances I'd have been CHARGED OVER TWICE THE AMOUNT of the product I was purchasing. No apology, no compensation for their error. read more

I wanted things that were unusual and amazing, so the Waterstone Traditional Towson Gantry Faucet was a must-have for me. I hesitated because of the restocking fee, but I understood because the manufacturer does charge QB the fee. I held off for a while, but Avi did everything but stand on his head to assure me that he would stand behind my purchase and I didn't have anything to worry about. I had it shipped to the new house and wasn't able to open it for several weeks, and I worried about what would happen in case of a problem, but Avi was very kind and understood my situation, giving me a bit more time to get there and look at the faucet. So, all was well when I opened the box and the installation went smoothly, and, voila! I have an insanely amazing 32" high faucet that makes me smile every time I use it and will surely make people say OMG when they see it. Either that or, "what the heck IS that?" My kind of faucet.
