Rich has been working on cars for 30 years. He doesn't mince words. He is upfront about his prices. He is a good and honest man. The interactions I have had with him have all been positive and I was able to pick my truck up from him at 9pm at night because, frankly, he was still busy at work! The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away.
