The owner of Quality Care Automotive is Greg and I've had multiple experiences with him in the past. He sold me a car that turned out to be a lemon and threatened to take it back. The few times I had my car there to get repaired it magically got fixed. That's a rare occurrence! His attitude is very bad when it comes to the people he deals with and the other negative reviews are spot on. I was working with a company at the time that delivered parts to his shop and he managed to screw them over as well. He hit them for thousands of dollars because he decided to stop paying his bills. Greg at Quality Care Automotive doesn't care about good customer service and ripping people off is just another Tuesday for him. Don't take your car to his shop for any service and definitely don't buy any vehicles from him if he is still selling cars. After taking over $2k, registering the vehicle in my name, and then stealing the vehicle back when our payment doesn't begin till 7/11/25 per contract, they also said no one else would accept me for credit. Come to find out, dealerships and credit unions are having no issues giving us auto loans. No hesitation, nothing. And yes, this was a huge police investigation, and since this place didn't want to take the police recommendation to just give me back my $2k since it was considered a stolen vehicle since registered in my name, they are now going to be facing a lawsuit since they can't be decent. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS. Oh and the vehicles they sell are pretty crappy. They make them look decent and run long enough for a month or so before there is an issue. These cats sold me a 2005 Ford F-250 with a blown head gasket and a shit ass thermostat that left me stranded on the side of the road 3 days after I bought the truck. "We will help you buy your first diesel.!" What a crock of shit. They sold me a truck that needs 7500 bucks of work. Are they willing to make it right? Fuck no. But they will give me some nice stickers. Fuck this dealershit in all respects. They will sell you a pile of shit, too the least they feel like they have too make it "right" and go about their day. Do not by anything from these dirt bags. They do their contract clients right to make their moneys. Cars/ Trucks bought on auction? You are on your own. I don't appreciate being treated like a second rate citizen, nor do I enjoy being taken advantage of. I had transmission work done to my 2007 Cadillac Escalade in 2017 by Quality Care Automotive. I paid $2400 to have the transmission rebuild, well as least I thought. A few months later I was having the same issue. I contacted Quality Care Automotive to inform them I was having the same issue. They sent a flatbed truck to my home to pick up the vehicle, to reevaluate the issue. I receive a phone call, telling me it not a transmission problem, it is something electrical going on with the vehicle. I'm like okay, I just paid $2400 to find out its electrical. I was driving the vehicle every now and then but not far. At the time, I didn't want to put more funds into vehicle right away, so the vehicle set more than I drove it. I then get deployed and COVID hit, so I'm definitely not driving as much. Fast forward to 2022, as we move out of the pandemic, I decide to take my vehicle to a mechanic, and he tells me it is a transmission problem. I'm thinking how, this transmission only has 6000k miles. He tells me to take is back to Quality Care Automotive. I take it back to Quality Care Automotive to check it out. They call me the next day and tell me; it is definitely a transmission problem. We can fix the problem and honor the price you paid in 2017 which is $2400. To get the transmission fix at today's price, it would be $3500. I asked why wasn't if fixed the first time. Their response "Parts go bad". This is why it is so hard to trust mechanics. Now, I'm thinking was anything ever done to my transmission. Maybe they didn't drive it long enough to identify an issue and gave it back and said we replace you transmission or maybe they used use parts to fix my transmission. I'll never know. I have been using Quality Care Automotive (Greg) to repair my vehicles from 2004 to this year 2015. Greg always returns my calls quickly and schedules the repair or repairs to be done that day. I usually go across the street to a local restaurant and within an hour or two the repair is done. In the event when the car was disabled. Their towing service towed my car to Quality Car Care and Greg would call and tell me what needed to be done and the price for the repairs, I would give Greg the go ahead and He would call me back when the repairs where done and I would go pickup the car.
