Looked for a recommendation for duct cleaning/sealing for our 2001 house. When I called, I inquired about pricing. Attendant stated that an onsite assessment is conducted and then the customer will receive an estimate of the cost for the work. We had Norman come out and conduct the assessment with my wife. Norman was very helpful and informative and provided the estimate that included duct cleaning, sealing of ducts for leaks and dryer vent cleaning. Heads up - the price is not cheap and we even had a coupon that knocked $200.00 dollars off the overall cost. When the technicians arrived, they were friendly and courteous. Both used shoe covers in order to protect the carpet/floor. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (which were a lot). Ryan was the leader of the crew and has been doing this type of work for more than five (5) years. We had not had the ducts cleaned in the 4 plus years we have lived here and I am not sure the previous owners ever had it done either. There was quite a bit of debris in the ducts. When it came time for the sealing operation, I honestly was concerned that we were spending money unnecessarily. I did not expect the ducts to have any problems since it was a newer home (2001). I am glad we got the sealing done. Found out that our duct system was losing 497 cubic feet of air per minute. That is like trying to heat or cool the house with a window open. Ryan and the crew were very efficient and were able to resolve the leakage and get it down 35 cubic feet of air a minute. That was a 93% reduction in duct leakage. Very commendable. Once the operation was finished, everything was cleaned up and put back into place. We are very pleased with the service and would readily recommend this to others who are looking to have their HVAC systems cleaned and/or sealed. read more

My 15 year old furnace died early Sunday morning. I called Quality because of their great reviews online. Their phone recording gave an emergency phone number, which was answered immediately. I called at 8:30AM, and 2 hours later Adam arrived at my house to check out my furnace. He clearly explained the problems with my furnace, gave me estimates to both repair and replace it, and discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. replace. Due to the age of the furnace and cost to repair, I decided to replace it. Adam followed up later that day with a written proposal via email which I accepted. Since I was without heat, and Adamn committed to replace the furnace the next day, I did not get competitive bids for the furnace replacement, but the bid price seemed to reasonable. On Monday Adam returned with a crew of two other men and installed the new furnace. The furnace he selected fit perfectly into the small space available, installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up well before leaving. The new furnace works great. I couldn't be happier with Quality; they definitely deserve their high Yelp rating. read more

Used Amazon Local for $39 to do basic duct cleaning. Making the appointment was very easy. Got a confirmation call the day before, which was nice. The guys called me when they were on their way to let me know they are 20-30 minutes away, which was also nice and I appreciated. When they showed up at my house, they were booties and were very polite. Erik and his sidekick set up the duct cleaning machine in the basement and got to work. When Erik inspected my system, which was part of the coupon, he asked me to follow him to present me with his finding and suggestions. Given the state of my ducts (very dirty), I did agree to get the deep cleaning package with sanitation and to install a UV Light system. I never heard of these before, but it certainly made sense, after Erik explained to me how it works and what it does. The whole process took about three hours. My house smelled nice and clean afterwards and I am very happy with the results. Duct cleaning is not something I often do, but now that I have been shown what dirty ducts look like, I certainly feel like it's something I should do more often. read more

Basically they did a great job. We needed to call them back a few days after because one of the thermostats had been set too close to a door jamb and I couldn't replace the batteries. I called them at 9:30 in the morning, and their team (Leo and Adam) came out at 11:30 AM the same day and moved the thermostat housing over an inch. Everything works perfectly now. Guys were knowledgeable and courteous and got the job done within a very short period of time. Green Air Care is a fantastic company: good and skillful staff; courteous and on time; and reliable. Quality Duct Cleaning was amazing, friendly, very professional and efficient. I bought a coupon for my mom and we were very happy with this company. Prices mid-range but affordable and still no one comes close to the customer service and workmanship that these guys offer. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy. The serviceman give us a call 30 minutes before he arrived. They couldn't have been more polite and courteous. Their sales rep., is bright, experienced and thinks outside the box. The technicians were clear on all the details by coming to the job site when the project began.They had excellent equipment. We could immediately tell the difference in the air quality in the house. What a great experience with Leo and his crew. We had all the air ducts cleaned as well as the blower motor. Because I booked an appointment in May, he threw in the cleaning of our dryer duct - which was apparently badly needed. We've lived in our home for 17 years and we've never had the ducts cleaned before. So you can only imagine how dirty they were. We were in shock when we saw all the dirt. I spoke to 4 Season, and another service provider who was heavily-discounted by way of coupon. I chose Green Air Care on the basis of referrals, and I have no regrets whatsoever. I called 5 businesses for air duct cleaning information for our 1967 house. Quality Duct Cleaning was the only company that insisted on visiting the home first; the other quoted based on number of vents and returns. Don came to the house and was courteous and answered all of my questions. Quality Duct Cleaning was the most expensive option of the 5 I called; however, I selected them because I felt most comfortable with them. The technicians that came to the house were also careful and courteous. It took 4 1/2 hours for our 1900 sq. ft. home. The before and after pictures were all the proof I needed. read more

They worked almost an entire day to ensure that all was properly installed. We were shown how to use our new system. Guys left the house clean as they found it.
