One of the panels on the back of my Tesla came undone after driving through a deep puddle and started scraping the ground. I still had to make it from Burbank back to Lake Balboa, so I took a chance. I walked into Dave's, explained the situation, and asked if I could pull in just to get some help popping the panel back into place. Not only did they let me pull right in, they went above and beyond. They didn't just snap it back in -- they took their time, inspected it, replaced some bolts, and even zip-tied it to make sure it was properly secured. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that at all. It was a really pleasant surprise, and I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation. They didn't charge me anything, even though they easily could have. I was fully ready to pay -- even said I'd pay for an oil change -- but they didn't ask for a thing. I told them lunch was on me and tipped the crew a blue face to say thank you.
