Nick is the man! Most importantly to me in a mechanic, he is extremely honest and will show you exactly what is wrong with your car. He has never overcharged me, in fact undercharged me when I thought I had more serious problems. Things that other mechanics and dealerships will get away with robbing you of $200-400 for "finding" problems, he will fix the true problem for the price of the part and honest labor time. On top of that, the work has always been top notch and the problem fixed. Give these guys a try! Don't even bother calling just go there and talk to them in person. Nick and his father are genuine gentlemen who portrays down to earth integrity, honesty and proven skill sets that convinced me to be a repeat satisfied patron. Let me explain my experiences with Nick. I live in downtown L.A. But took my car here in the valley for oil changes a couple of times and each time the price was low and the price was lower than other places I was used to and the service was great. Just recently, my car died in the middle of the street while I was driving and I was not sure if it was the battery or the alternator. I had my car towed to VNT and asked Nick to check it for me. What I really appreciated was that Nick was concerned about the cost I would have to spend on fixing my car and instead of trying to up-sell me, he tried to see ways of making it as less as possible for me. With detailed explanation I provided, it was determined that I would have to replace my alternator and clean my exhaust system. Nick offered me a very good discount (way lower than other quotes) 20-30%lower. More than saving money, the important thing for me was the trust I felt with VNT. After a of couple of hours I got the call that the car was ready. When I got there, Nick had explained to me in detail what he did and why. Now, I am driving my car and loving it.
