I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. We were passing through Medford towing a 20k lb toyhauler with our Ram 3500 duality. On a quick…read morevisit to crater lake, we noticed a shimmy from the front passenger side. Got back to our RV and noticed the front end seemed toed out by about half an inch. Called a couple shops that were getting 5 stars on yelp and they highly recommended custom automotive. Talked to Roy and he worked us into his schedule considering our travel plans. He called out a broken belt on one of the front tires that we had not noticed. Being carpy OEM tires we decided to have them all replaced which required us to go to a tire shop. What Ram puts junk tires on a $70k truck I can't understand. Roy had us bring the truck back to him so he could recheck the alignment. Truck drives like it should have off the lot. Roy and team managed our issue, performed their alignment and inspected our front end to ensure we were safe to travel and the cost was extremely reasonable!
