I brought in two watches for battery replacements, and one also needed a band change. During the repair, an employee damaged part of my watch and couldn't fix it. The manager was polite and offered to replace the band, which I appreciated. However, the pricing kept changing. After paying around $70, I was later charged another $35 for the second watch, despite being told there would be a discount. When I returned the next day, there was even more confusion and another $25 charge. Overall, the communication was poor, the pricing was inconsistent, and one of my watches was damaged. Very disappointing compared to the good experiences I had here before.
