Came here on the recommendation of a neighbor. We got a screw in a tire on the van and needed a repair. $37 and that was for a professional tire repair not just a plug, rebalance the tire mount it, and put the spare back under the van which is kind of a pain in the butt. We are still pretty new to the area and we're looking for a mechanic and we found one. When you walk into this place it doesn't smell or feel like you're walking into a mechanic's shop. It really feels more like you're walking into a little coffee shop. The lobby and restroom are very clean they even have complimentary coffee and water. Cesar was extremely helpful and professional. We were able to drop the van off and the repair and everything was done with it just a couple of hours. I know this was just a small repair that could have been done anywhere but for me professionalism and customer service go a very long way in getting my business and this place wins!

First off, this is my first ever yelp review as I am not big into leaving reviews but this place deserves their kudos. I have been to this establishment on three separate occasions. I have had new tires put on my truck, a safety inspection complete and as an exhaust leak fixed as of today. First and foremost their customer service is top notch, Cesar is one of the main guys that answers when I call and they can get me in the next day. They have had their technicians (Danny) come out to me and explain issues and how he fixed them with other things he noticed while doing his work. They never try to upsell you into getting items you don't need. I can say this as the first time I went there, an older lady was on the phone with one of the main service writers, she was adamant on saying something was wrong with her car and stated what she thinks it is. The service writer stated, "ma'am we can't recreate that problem, I wouldn't ever sell you something we can't guarantee, we are in the business of identifying and fixing not guessing." Overall, best shop I have been too. I take my truck there for everything I can. read more

Fast and friendly service that I rely on for routine maintenance. I took off one star because of a few forgivable oversights which the staff immediately rectified without cost. I had never been here before today, but this will now be my go to place for any future car needs. All the staff was friendly and John was especially kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Customer service is five Star alone, but they also did a great job on my car. After getting quoted for about $200 plus by other places to have new tires I had bought put on my Honda, quantico tire and auto care charged me around $15 a tire. Their prices are extremely reasonable and service was fast as well. If you need a new place to get work done I would highly recommend them. read more

I have taken 2 of my cars to Quantico Tire and Auto Care over the last 5 weeks. Once was for an oil change and the second car was for a State inspection and an exhaust rattle. During the oil change the shop found an oil pan leak due to a poor repair job of the gasket by another shop. They showed me the problem in the shop while the car was up. They gave me an estimate of $450 for the repair, which was reasonable from my internet search, but said I didn't need to fix it right away and they would look at it at the next oil change. No pressure. For the second car - it passed inspection. They couldn't find the exhaust rattle. They had lifted the car and inspected the exhaust and heat shields and everything was tight. They also test drove it. This particular day the rattle wasnt heard. Somedays it rattles and some days it doesn't. They did not charge me for their time in inspecting the exhaust and they didn't do any bogus repair. I feel they are honest. Cesar and the staff are very friendly. I plan on having the oil pan gasket repair done here this Winter. They offer a free shuttle to your home and back while you leave your car for servicing which is a nice benefit. read more

Extremely bad work and shoddy parts…read more I had them install new brakes in the summer of 2024. By the winter of 2025, the brakes were wobbling. Apparently the brakes they installed were faulty (the rotors warped), but they still charged be $200 to replace them even though they were still under warranty. That would be fine, I guess, if they had done a good job or used good parts the second time, but it's been 2 months and my brakes are grinding and slipping. Apparently, the pins, the rotors, the pin boots, the pads, and a few other parts are so low quality that they're falling apart already. At this point, I'm not trusting my car to these guys again. I took my car to the mechanic near my work in Fredericksburg and paid him $500 to just do the job correctly. I deeply regret not taking my car to him in the first place, as he would have done a good job, stood by his work, and I wouldn't be out $700 for bad work and bad parts. The issue with my Jeep was complex and it took a little longer to diagnose, after a few assessments the technicians were able to replace each of the hub bearing assemblies. John, Cesar and their technicians are honest, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Along with their comfortable and welcoming lobby to wait in, they also willingly go out of their way to offer a ride on their shuttle, a service most auto shops do not provide. I now live an hour away from their shop, however, I am willing drive that distance to continue my business with them. I never leave reviews but I got to say... this is hands down the best auto care center in the Stafford/ Dumfries/ Quantico area. I'm stationed in Quantico and during the past 3 yrs, I've gotten work done on three of my cars... auto work ranges from oil changes, radiator work, new tires, vehicle inspections, and a few other things. Every time I've gone there, the customer service is A class... I'm talking courteous, professional, efficient service, to include prompt phone calls to let me know exactly what they recommend, as well as price quotes. Rear brake caliper seized up on on my Honda the other day. Called up and John answered with a extremely positive and energetic vibe. Same day service, came with a 3 year warranty on the part and labor & they offer a 10% military discount! We were traveling home to PA from SC when we noticed a thumping sound. We pulled off the Interstate and into the first parking lot we came to - it was Quantico Tire and Auto Care. Unfortunately, it was after 2 pm on a Saturday and Quantico was closed. Fortunately, Cesar was still there and he came out to see what we needed. Top Notch honest guys here. Brought our boys car here numerous times and they did good work and were fair in pricing. Recently brought my truck because I was hearing noises, then ran diagnostics to find nothing. Test drove the truck and still couldn't diagnose a problem.
