I haven't even begun receiving service from this company and it's already one of the worst service experiences I've had. I made the initial tech appointment, received a notice they were on their way, and gave the details for how to enter my building. the next text I received was to notify me that the they "couldn't access" my building and had already left. No text, no call, just a notice to reschedule. then folllowed a wait on the customer service line for over AN HOUR AND HALF before I finally got to speak to someone. Guess what.. the quality of the call on their end was so terrible I couldn't make out anything they said. After all of this. I threw up my hands. These ppl show up at my door almost every night trying to sell me internet. Minimum 3 days a week. It's well past annoying. Last night 4 little girls (looked 15) showed up with "quantum" lanyards. (Why 4 ppl?) It was 8 p.m. (too late to annoy ppl at home) My 2 little girls were sleeping. Told them I'm not interested in anything they're selling. 1 girl gave a smirk and attitude saying "what aren't you interested in?" Literally, almost got smacked. Door to door is outdated and cringy asf. Leave ppl alone, and definitely don't send a gang of annoying little girls with attitudes and low iq's. read more

I have reached out to them five times over the past month to resolve an issue where a cable was left exposed in the alley, with each interaction resulting in an appointment being scheduled for burial. However, no one ever showed up to complete the work. When I followed up with customer service, I was told that either the job was completed or canceled, neither of which were accurate. When the service works, we don't have a problem obviously. However our WiFi has been down now for 5 days at a business location and I have spent over 10+ hours on hold with their customer service line, only to set up TWO appointments that they never showed up for. I've spoken to Supervisors who told me they were going to call me the next day to make sure someone came out to help- no one showed up and no one called. A complete stranger walked PAST the do not tresspass sign and straight up to the Do not solicitate and left a flier on my front door. Buyer Beware,Century Link Fiber began work on my property. They drilled a half inch on my exterior wall all the way to the interior to install equipment, and then days later they back out of agreement and left me with a hole in my wall and with no fiber internet. read more
