I am very concerned that my elderly mother was treated unfairly and that an attempt was made to take advantage of her. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect my mother to be treated with dignity and respect throughout this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As an addendum to this review, I need to say I have now received my refund. Frankie said it was just an oversight, and apologized for the delay in receiving the refund. I am now satisfied.

I let time pass and the noise is still very loud, it turns out he replaced only the drums and not the rollers. He charged me close to $300! I gave him 3 opportunities to make it right. He said he would place the order for the rollers and call me. A month goes by and nothing. I followed up 2 more times and he won't respond. Avoid this guy at all cost, not trustworthy, and will try to play the system for his gain.

He is polite, hard working, we really can't say enough good things about him. A week after he fixed our washer, our dishwasher stopped draining, so Sean came out on a weekend, determined the issue, ordered the part and return within a couple of to fix it. Again, the bill was reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not working, before spending money on a new one - please call Sean. He will probably be able to fix it and save you time and money and prevent a fixable appliance from going to the landfill!
