The food here is about 3.5 stars. Sisig was pretty good. I appreciated that it came with rice. The beef tapa is a lot like beef teriyaki which is not at all authentic. The laksa tasted a lot like Thai yellow curry. But the dish was delicious. The service was fine since it was not a lot of customers when we got there. I do appreciate that the restaurant indicated that this is an Asian fusion. They serve Filipino, Indonesian, Singaporean and Thai food here. They also provide parking and a clean washroom. read more

Solid Asian cuisine spot!! We ordered some boba, which was pretty good. I got the strawberry milk tea and it reminded me of nesquik. My mom got the green tea one, and she customized it to unsweetened and extra matcha, and she loved it. The boba balls were fresh, soft, and chewy. Even after leaving it overnight in the fridge, my mom said the boba was still soft and chewy. For the main course, we got the tom yum, Thai curry, and sizzling ginger beef. The tom yum was tasty and tangy. The noodles were amazing. I was surprised they didn't serve this dish with rice though. The curry was a bit bland - I've definitely had better. The beef was delicious, throughly enjoyed the sweet flavor. They put LOTSSS of veggies in every dish, which I'm not complaining about, I'm just not used to it. Service was great!! We came off an especially long day of hiking and were on a mission to grub and did we sample quite a few dishes! In typical Filipino fashion, all plates are meant to be shared. We ordered 2 apps - glazed pork ribs (12.99 CAD) and pork gyoza (6.49 CAD) -- and 2 dishes -- Pork Adobo (17.99 CAD) Rice Bowl and Sizzling Pork Sisig (18.99 CAD). The Pork Adobo was a surprise favorite. A little sweet and sticky with some texture and crunch from the scallions and bell peppers. Adobo can have many different renditions and that certainly was the case here! We engorged every last bite and although the price was a bit high, the food was spectacular and service just as so. We came here for an early dinner around 4:30PM and got seated right away for a party of six. Their parking lot is located around the back of the restaurant. We ordered pork sisig (minced pork with onion, chili peppers, lemon/calamansi) and it was served with an egg and white rice. It was delicious but has a kick of spice if you aren't used to it. The sinigang (pork soup seasoned with tamarind) we ordered 2x but easily could have been split between two people because the serving size was so generous. It was so flavorful and had just the right amount of vegetables:meat ratio. The longsilog (sweet pork sausage, eggs and garlic fried rice) was pretty decent - the sausages were kind of over cooked and had that crumbly texture, not as juicy as we hoped it would be. But the garlic fried rice was soooo good. The lechon kawali was more of an appetizer rather than a meal like you'd expect at a typical Filipino restaurant, and it was kind of dry and it was served with this diluted chili sauce on the side. For dessert we got turon (jackfruit & banana wrapped in spring roll) with ice cream. It was really good and had a great amount of filling. We also tried their fruit tea with boba and (not pictured) avocado smoothie with boba - both were delicious and refreshing with our meal. Service wise, it was good. We got checked up on frequently and got our waters refilled a couple of times. When we left, we forgot our takeout leftovers and called them and to our surprise they actually didn't throw away our food and had it waiting for us when we came back ~15 minutes later. Very friendly people! We sat at the patio since we had our little fur baby with us. They were able to accommodate our big group (8 adults & 2 kids). It is next to a fairly busy road and a gas station but it wasn't terrible. It didn't really kill the vibe since it was gorgeous out and they had patio umbrellas for shade. They serve lots of classic Filipino dishes. Even the breakfast The food tasted pretty good and we ordered a good variety: Crispy Pata, chicken Teppanyaki, Sizzling Sisig, Sinigang and Tapsilog. The Sisig was a bit spicy which didn't say it on the menu (or at least I didn't notice). It tasted good, but I usually avoid spicy. Perks of getting old *reflux*. The rice tasted fresh. The crispy pata (deep-fried pork thigh) was crispy and good. They have some combos like Takoyaki (octopus in batter) w/ Milk Tea and Turon (caramelized banana pastry roll) & Milk Tea. The Takoyaki for me felt a bit undercooked. It was a bit gooey inside. The Milk Bubble tea was ok, not sweet. They also have Mango Shake, which was not sweet. It tasted like they just used fresh ripe mango, no additional sugar. Overall, worth dining in, especially if you crave some Filipino dishes. The waitresses were very friendly and sweet, and food came out relatively quickly. What We Reordered: 1. Turon (we got two plates this time ): ask for extra chocolate sauce!! This was a combo, and came with two bubble teas, which were AWESOME and had chewy soft bubbles this time! What We Tried This Time: 1. Bijon Guisado with chicken (noodle dish): savory, and not too salty. There were a good amount of vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and green beans). The chicken was a bit bland, but fine! 2. Ginger Beef: the sauce was awesome! A bit salty, but with the rice it was really good and tasted like hibachi. The beef was chewy but not tough. Beware, it's a tiny bit spicy! 3. Kawalisilog (pork belly with rice and an egg): this was pretty good. Not crispy enough, but the flavor was good! The egg was delicious as well. 4. The physical menu doesn't look appealing but it doesn't do justice to the meals, which are carefully prepared fresh and so flavorful. We also super appreciate that everything can be made vegetarian and feels super hearty. The soups are chockful of vegetables and savory spices, and the noodles are the perfect texture. For people who are comparing this to places with abundant Asian options like LA, I'd say that you shouldn't compare to other cities but rather within the city itself. Surprised to see authentic Filipino dishes on the menu. We ordered the Crispy Pata, Pancit Bihon, Sinigang, and the Inasal Chicken. All were great! The Pancit had a sweet flavor, different from the usual Pancit but I liked it! The Crispy Pata was tender fall off the bone, and came with a great onion garlic + cucumber tomato side. We got Halo Halo for dessert, it was like a deconstructed version - still good though. They also had other Asian cuisine options...dim sum and Thai dishes. Their sizzling beef looked yummy! Honestly, I don't understand the high rating here. It was a v bad experience for me. I started with chicken curry, and it tasted weird and had weird assortment of vegetables you don't usually get in curry. The chicken was rubbery. It seemed like it was made by someone who had never had currt before. I literally could not eat it & asked for bulgogi, thinking that would be a safer bet. It came out with thick chunks of beef (bulgogi is supposed to be thin slices) and the sauce was overly sweet. I got a to-go bowl because I knew my husband would eat it, but then found out the to-go order I'd placed for him never got made, so he's stuck with this. We are here during our stay in Canmore. We had the crispy pata and adobe. The crispy pata was perfect and abundant. The skin was perfectly crunchy and the meat was tender and flavorful. My husband didn't enjoy the adobo because there was an added spice that he's not used to -- I think they added Chinese 5 spice to the sauce. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the way we are used to having adobo prepared. The dishes do not come with rice, but they give you an ample amount of rice if you order it. They lady who served us was so nice and friendly. We really enjoyed speaking with her. We will be back to try other dishes when we are in the area. read more

We visited Quatro for lunch on our way to Banff and it was very pleasant. The restaurant has ample parking at the back and the dining room is big enough to have maybe 4 to 5 families all at once. The service was friendly and quick. We ordered pancit, sisig, fish sinigang, tosilog, and Yakitori chicken. All were tasty and the portions were quite large. Overall, a really great experience and would come back again to try their other menu choices. But if I were to nitpick, I would say the washroom needs a good deep clean, but it's not that bad.
