Double tip bill!!!!! They charged automatic 15% without telling you!

Never again! You swipe your card and add a small tip. THEN, when you get your receipt you find out they automatically charge 15%....for what?!?!? They don't tap tables. when you take the tray then follow up with the check...and 10 minute wait. Then we just went up to the counter to check out because it seemed like they were never coming up. So they got tipped 22% for doing not a freakin thing. I'll drive 30 minutes away and go to Fresco's in Lancaster. They don't play these game or raise their prices ridiculously high. Then $6.50 for a 2L soda?!? That's insane!!! Save your money and go to Lancaster.

We come here at least 5 times a year. They're charging system is annoying. They charge a credit card transaction fee plus if you eat in they automatically charge a 15 % tip,but if you do take out they still expect a tip. I guess people in central PA may not be tipping properly or at all. I just pay a $2 tip because we do carry out. You feel guilty! Tipping thing is getting out of hand. We do carry out most of time. The chicken is good, but lately they seem smaller. However, they are generous with the fried rice so that's a plus. Their ceviche is out of this world. It's pricey at $20.50 but it tastes so fresh and exotic. I also love their green and pink sauces to dip my fried yuca in. I could probably eat this food every day.

I was in town visiting a friend and he told me about this place. Nothing fancy but lady at the counter was pretty nice. I ordered the half of chicken with sweet plantains and white rice. It was pretty tender but the taste was nothing spectacular. It came out to be about $25 with a passionfruit juicepretty good stuff but it was a little pricey I would say about 3 1/2 stars and four stars for the nice lady at the counter

I stumbled across Quechuas on a food delivery app while trying to decide on something other than my usual to eat. I decided to get the half chicken, fried rice and sweet plantains. I kept seeing everyone talk about the green sauce in their reviews so I ordered that not knowing it already came with the food. It also came with another sauce that was a ketchup-Mayo mixture. I was not a fan of the sauces. The green sauce is full of flavor but a little too spicy for my liking and I don't like ketchup and mayo combined. But the food was super delish. The half chicken is legit a half of a chicken. The portion of food was enough for two. Rice and chicken seasoned well and the plantains were fried to perfect golden hue. The food was packaged well and still hot considering the distance the delivery person had to travel. I am a satisfied customer.

I ate here for the first time last night. I was super sad when I had to leave Maryland and my beloved local pollo a la brasa restaurant. Imagine my surprise to find a place that's almost as good and not too far from our new home! This restaurant is located in a small shopping center near an AMC movie theater and ALDI food market. My husband and I ordered the half chicken, sweet plantain, and arroz chaufa. The pollo a la brasa was seasoned nicely and the plantain and rice were quite good. I absolutely love the green picante sauce as well. The restaurant was very busy with a steady flow of patrons coming in to pick up orders and dine in during the 40 minutes we were there. The total for our order came to $38 including our drinks. I felt that the pricing was very standard, especially considering that they have no competition in the area. My only complaint is that we asked for half dark meat and were given a quarter dark and a quarter white. We'll be sure to confirm that they hear us correctly next time we order. I will definitely be back!

Wish there were more of these! We were in town to visit Hershey Park. We came here for dinner around 6pm. Service here was fantastic. We started off with 2 Inca colas and ordered a seafood plate (Jalea) and the classic chicken plate which came with with fries and rice. I was craving seafood and this restaurant had exactly what I needed to satisfy my craving. The jalea came out quickly and had cilantro, lime juice, and red onions. It was so delicious and aromatic! This restaurant was a bit hard to find because the GPS system tells you you've arrived, but it is in the back of the building so just keep searching until you find it!

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We stopped in here for lunch with the kids and had a great meal. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. The meals were hot and quite tasty. We were impressed with the flavors of everything. If you're in the area you should give them a try!

The restaurant is in a little strip mall with 4-5 other restaurants, and I bet any of the other restaurants would have been a better choice. Inka Kitchen looked the fanciest on the outside with its seating area and fresh hanging flower baskets outside. I ordered a water with lemon. Sorry, no lemon, is lime okay? I also ordered an Inka cola. Sorry, we only have 2 liters, no individual servings. Then I ordered a 1/2 chicken with fried plantains & black beans. Sorry, no Peruvian chicken and the plantains are not sweet. The Peruvian restaurant did not have Peruvian chicken or fried plantains. So, I settled for a burrito bowl. I could not have been more disappointed. The chicken was tasteless but salty and tough/dry. There was a tablespoon of black beans, some diced tomatoes, definitely NOT pico de gallo, four slices of avocado, no guacamole, no sour cream. The other person had a quesadilla which they said was okay. So, how the restaurant has a 4.7 review is BEYOND me.

Ordering: There is a Dr. Pepper drawing on the menu but when I asked for that specific drink, the server let me know they do not serve Dr. Pepper. We chose "1/2 a chicken" as our entree but we were told it's only served on Friday's and Saturday's--we went on a Wednesday. Nothing on the menu said anything regarding that. Was a bit disappointing to get told the two things I wanted from their own menu are not being served. Additionally, weirdly, we had to pay before we got our food right after we ordered so it was not the best when it comes to knowing what type of tip to leave. We ended up buying an extra drink after we ate to leave the waiter a tip. Food: We ended up getting Anticucho de Carne in place of the chicken they don't serve daily. We had Roasted Chicken Empanadas as well as Beef and Cheese, they were delicious--especially the roasted chicken one with peppers and onions. The beef and cheese filling was very mild tasting, most of the flavor came from the outer part. The Lomo saltado was very clean tasting and enjoyable. Lastly, we got fried ice cream with honey which was a 10/10! Ambience: The dining area was super clean. There was no music. The seats are pretty close to each other, initially we were the only ones there but about 5 more parties came in and it was pretty tight but not uncomfortable at all. You get to see the bustling around the kitchen and front serving area, however, there is a wall that semi-separates the sitting area from the pick up counter adjacent to the serving area so you get to skip out on the in and out.

The food is a delicious mix of Peruvian and Venezuelan flavors, and you can really taste the freshness and quality in every bite. Also, don't be deceived if the food doesn't look super "picture perfect" online or in photos (or at least my photos lol). It may not be the most photogenic food, but it's sooo worth it! I actually ordered almost everything on the menu because I had no idea when I'd be back in Lancaster again . My favorite was the fried rice with chicken and plantains, so flavorful and satisfying! My husband's favorite was the Lomo Saltado Bowl and Pernil Arepa. We also loved the yuca fries, which were perfectly crispy without being overly greasy. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the Esquites. It just didn't stand out and probably wouldn't order it again. Parking is limited and there's outdoor seating only.
