The technician rushed through my service -- the cuticle work was sloppy, and when she painted my nails, they looked messy and chunky, almost like a child had done them. I spoke up, and another girl tried to fix it by suggesting a lighter color, but the end result still looked terrible. I left unhappy and $40 down the drain. I had a 5pm appointment. They started at 5:27 pm I couldn't even get the service I wanted because of the almost 30 min after my appointment time. What was the point of the appointment? The lady kept telling me to get gel on my toes and I said no. I was willing to spend more money on a more expensive pedicure service if my appointment would have started on time. I'm not upgrading to the gel to spend more if that's what I don't want. The whole experience was less than average. I've had better) you'd expect it to last longer. Loved the way the design came out I was getting complements. Just disappointed it didn't last. Second nail came off today when I was opening a bag. Came here to get a gel manicure because the location was convenient for the day. I called twice and nobody answered. I walked in and the receptionist was on her phone...how ironic. Next my manicurist was a little much. I told her I was there to relax and kept my answers short. She didn't get the hint and was a major chatterbox about her personal life. I was so Uninterested but I was polite. I don't think she picked up on my social cues. When my nails were done I was so very disappointed. They were sloppy and she did not oil my cuticles afterwards. She also noticed she got lint in my polish and instead of fixing it she literally just filed it off the top. Didn't add extra top coat or anything to at least play it off. Disappointed that I paid 35 bucks for this. Plus a two dollar charge for card. Won't be returning here. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. My nails were in terrible shape when I walked in and I trusted the decent reviews and tried this place. I regret it. My nails are all different sizes and the tech seemed like they have never done nails before. She cut my thumb and that was the last straw. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They charged me $62 for powder, I decided not to get French or a design because if the basic filing was terrible I didn't want to get charged for a design that would be the same awful quality. This review has been long over due. The nail techs do such a great job & my nails never lift! It's in the primer that they use because normally my nails lift by the 2nd week. Also, their salon doesn't smell like the usual salons I've been to. It doesn't smell like chemicals or acrylic. When I asked why, it's because they use a better quality of acrylic. Worst manicure of my life. I felt bad complaining because she was really sweet (I think her name was Darley) but I kept having to tell her to fix things. The shape was terrible and completely uneven at first. I had to point out every single issue and nail that looked different. Then she dug the nail file into my skin so hard that it cut me and I was bleeding and she told me I have thin skin....??? I don't think so There's fuzz and weird crumbs on a couple of them (noticeably in the left thumb). She barely cleaned the skin around my nails as you can see in the photos. And to top it all off it took her over an hour and a half just for a gel mani. Complete waste of $45. read more

So disappointed! Worst customer service!!!! I had made an appointment for a gel x color change and possibly fill. Other salons have done it and I was very clear when I spoke to Tina about this. I explained what I wanted she stated that they could do it. Come the day of my appointment I came in and was greeted. Lisa did my pedicure and truly that is the only reason for the star! She was phenomenal! The place is very clean and my pedicure was fantastic! Once she was done I asked if the person doing my nails was there yet? Tina kept telling me that Amanda was the person to do my nails but-had no idea where she was and laughed! But that they would figure it out. Amanda never showed. Another nail tech was going to do them. Where I became very upset is how rude Tina is and unprofessional! While waiting for the nail tech to finish her last client Tina yells to her from the back and says "Go ahead and take her I'm sure her butt hurts from sitting and waiting "!!! She became combative and was arguing about how the manager was out of town and she knew nothing about Amanda's whereabouts. I finally got my nails done. Which was such a insult because they charged me 27$ for just a color change. Amanda finally showed up and apologized because of a mix up in how they booked me. I would have just appreciated that information and Tina needs to have better customer service! I will not be coming back sadly!
