I soaked them to get them off and they still would not budge. I had to cut them off and soak again until I finally got them all off for a new set. The retention on these were amazing! The only downside was the price, $95 for a gel x set is a little crazy. But I mean, you get what you pay for. I always have issues with nails popping off and I could say these were definitely not popping off without wanting them to. The staff were very friendly as well.

Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. Please be advised that I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided at your establishment. I recently visited your salon after finding it on Yelp, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As evident in the attached photographs, my feet sustained burns due to the improper use of the Callous solution remover. The technician responsible for my pedicure wrapped my feet and left the chemicals on for an excessive amount of time, causing me significant pain and discomfort. Even after several weeks, my feet have not fully healed. Upon contacting the salon to speak with the manager, I was disappointed to receive no offer of a refund. Instead, I was informed that the cost of the treatment would be deducted from the technician's wages, only to have that decision reversed later. Given the circumstances, I feel compelled to share my experience on Yelp to warn potential customers about the risks associated with visiting your establishment. There are numerous other reputable salons in La Verne that can provide quality services without compromising client safety. It is regrettable that this incident has resulted in the loss of a potentially loyal customer. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. read more

My mom and I have been coming here for quite some time, and we absolutely love it! The ladies are always so friendly and welcoming, and the whole salon has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service is amazing, and I've had the best dip manicure and pedicure here. I actually brought my sister here today, and she loved it just as much as we do! It's always nice to find a place where you feel welcomed and know you're going to get great service. My wife spontaneously want to redo her nails, so she dragged me along. She stopped by Queen Bee Nails because its on the way for us. She had Amanda worked on her nails And she was quite pleased with the result. I've never seen her this happy after getting her nails done. I normally get the complaint this or that isn't right. But this time she is very please. And the workers there are friendly. Amanda is really helpful she knows how to pamper my wife. Very good service. This is my FAVORITE nail salon- I have been coming here for over 6 YEARS and have truly had the best experience every single time. Lynn, Lyndy, and Amanda do incredible work on my nails, and all of them do an amazing job on my pedicures. My acrylics last me 4+ weeks with no lifting, breaking, etc, and any designs I get are always so beautifully done and exactly how I want. I love it here and will never stray away! read more
