I 100% don't recommend this place. To keep it short and sweet the service was slow and terrible. After waiting 45 minutes to place our order then waiting some more we were served raw chicken wings. It was such a disappointment drove the hour from my house to try their acclaimed stuffed chicken wings, after spends months talking this place up to everyone I knew. My 1st visit was such a disappointment and will be my last. Go if you want to wait around forever to get food poisoning. But there's a couple of better places nearby read more

Went here for dinner we had wings, mozzarella sticks, and a flatbread. The wings and mozzarella sticks were ok, but the flatbread had chicken and bacon on it which was terribly dry. The service: Our bartender was pretty good, but there were 7 other people behind the bar and he was the only one that would make any contact with us at all. So it's disappointing when you are sitting at a bar for 5 minutes with a empty glass. I'll give it a second shot but for now this is where I'm at. read more

Terrible service, food took an hour and a half to come out and was incorrect with one order never even put in. Wing bites had bits of jalapeño and tortilla chips in them as if it was a reused dirty plate. Don't waste your time/money. read more

Wings are very light on the sauce. I specifically asked for ranch with the wings and all of them had blue cheese. I wish I wouldn't have tipped 20% on the to-go order when the contents weren't verified. So make sure you verify your order though it is somebody's job to do it. read more

We tried Otown on a Saturday night. Our large group was seated quickly, and the waitress came over immediately to take our drink order. Waters arrived promptly, but we waited over 30 minutes for our bar drinks. Other tables received complimentary popcorn, we did not. Dinners arrived before appetizers, with one wrong and the other undercooked. The remaining meals were lukewarm and just ok. The manager finally came over and apologized, offering free desserts and removed two meals from the bill. I understand weekends are crazy busy, but we watched food and drinks coming out quickly to other tables. Restaurant has a great atmosphere but needs some work in the kitchen and waitstaff and bar. We called ahead and asked for a reservation since we had a larger party and the woman on the phone took our reservation. The day of our dinner we called again to confirm and the man on the phone told us they don't take reservations. They need to get their story straight. When we did get there they seated us immediately however we waited over an hour just to have appetizers delivered and felt ignored as we were a larger party. Much of their staff sits in one corner by the bar with each other and pays very little attention to the clientele. That being said the bartender was excellent but he can't run a one-man show without help from the incredibly lazy staff. The food was fair. Our appetizer came out cold. Nice atmosphere and sweet waiting service. With that said. Sent French onion soup back because it came out cold. Then sent it back again because it was only luke warm the next time it came out. Five of us went here tonight. Out of five meals, three were correct. One (a children's cheeseburger meal) was brought out very pink (almost red). The server toon it back and brought it back, saying they just tossed it in the microwave. Ick. I ordered fish and chips. What was brought out was NOT fish and chips. The fish was barely battered, and seasoned with Old Bay. Again, this is NOT the proper way to prepare fish and chips. To be honest, I was on the phone with a family member who had just been rushed to the hospital, so I didn't notice it until our server was gone, and I was very hungry, so I did take three bites. When she finally came back to the table to check on our meals, everyone else was pretty much finished. I told her that my meal was wrong. She argued that that is how they make their fish and chips (again, I have gotten it they've previously, and it's definitely NOT). She offered to get me something else, but I would still be charged for this, because I had eaten some of it. I asked her to just take it off the bill; she refused, because I had eaten some. When she brought the check, $6 had been deducted from the $13.99 price. So, a grand total of $120 before tip, for five people (one of whom was a child), and for the pleasure of being dressed down by an argumentative server (to tell the truth, this is not the first time we have had problems with her, but always hope that this time will be better). Not anymore. Done with this place. Too many other good options in the area to roll the dice and hope for the best. My advice is to take your business and money elsewhere. read more

Went there July 5th because the menu sounded amazing. To their credit the place was pretty busy. It took a half hour for drinks to come after we placed our order. Appetizers came at about an hour. Firecracker clam strips and Cajun stuffed wings. Wings looked amazing but weren't anything special. Server wasn't attentive at all, had to get his attention when he was walking by to ask where 2nd drinks that we ordered 25 minutes ago were. Apologized for the wait once, but service was basically awful the whole time. Not really friendly and not attentive whatsoever. The place was only half full when our food came out and we ordered third round. Chopped steak and brisket. Looked very nice but unremarkable overall. We were finished 20 minutes by the time the third round finally came out. Overall food looked great but lacked any real flavor. Moscow mules were the best part, even though they took about a half hour to bring them each time. I'm not exactly sure what defines the culinary experience they speak of, it was mostly a bad experience. One and done. read more

For only being open for a day, the staff really had their stuff together and the food was great. We shared an app and had 3 meals. Everything was cooked great, the cuban is highly recommended! We also got the chocolate shots. While there wasn't much booze, they were tasty and only $5. This is a great little place and the food is awesome. The food itself was okay, It was pretty greasy and I had to tweak my order a bit because of a food intolerance. When the food arrived it was identical to my friends who had ordered the same thing as me. At the time I gave it the benefit of the the doubt and assumed that the identical appearance didn't mean anything. (Hours later my fears were confirmed that my substitution wasn't made because I was left with a horrible stomach ache). I was bummed that they didn't have normal sizes (not a pint glass or fishbowl) fun drinks. All of their fun drinks were massive and prices weren't clearly listed on the drink menu so when i was given a massive drink i knew that I was going to be wasting my money because I couldn't finish it. Our waitress also seemed to struggle to clear our table throughout the meal. Initially she walked away before taking the menus after we ordered, which was fine because everybody makes mistakes. Then we got side salads and when everybody was clearly done she checked on our table and then walked away without any plates so my the time we actually got our food the table was almost filled with garbage plates. I understand that waitresses get busy but at the time the place wasn't really busy. We kept having to ask her to clear plates. I get it, mistakes can happen, but all of these things added up to it being a pretty mediocre experience. read more

Came here off a recommendation from a friend. Couldn't be more disappointed. Waitress made us feel almost unwelcome, like we didn't belong. We ordered burgers and the short rib Mac and cheese. Ordered the burgers medium RARE and both we close to well done, nothing special. Mac and cheese was bland and the "short rib" was most definitely just pot roast. The others people in our group had been here before and said it was great. Not sure if this is because of covid or not, but probably will not return. read more

The beer glass was filthy...sadly, I was more than half done with my beer before I saw there were 20 different other mouth marks around the rim of the glass. Gross. Food was mediocre. Service was terrible! The server forgot many things including the popcorn that she gave every table but us. We had to ask a separate server about it. She tried remembering our orders by memory and completely butchered them. Then they brought out food and she just didn't bring us any silverware or napkins over. Again had to ask the other server who was busy serving his own tables. The food isn't like it used to be. Dedsnitky overpriced. Finally we asked to split the check between our two parties and she wouldn't. Each couple also had their own coupon and she would only let one of us use it. My son dropped his sippy cup and without even asking the waitress washed it in the sink for us....I was impressed! Atmosphere was great! Very pub like and beautiful with a great selection of beer. Food was really good.....may have been the best wings I have ever had. Great selection of food and very reasonably priced. Very good food and great service. Recently opened from a long closed prior establishment. The only other food in town was pizza and bar food. It's great that they have a full menu. And, like I said, the food was really good. My son loved the triple-decker grilled cheese. I had a burger and it was delicious. Loved the roasted red pepper bisque too! It tasted more like a tomato soup, which is fine because I was concerned that it would be too spicy. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be going back with my wife and daughter. read more

I was surprised to find this little gem located in Olyphant. The service was alright but the food was phenomenal! The overall feel of the restaurant is nice. It was during the week when we went so not busy. Prices are fair but a little more than other locations. The food was the best part. The other diner I was with ordered the shrimp wrapped in bacon and that was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!!
